• Marko (10/5): - The apartment is excellent. We enjoyed staying. Very professional and nice host. One night was very cold, and there was no heating alternative (late April situation)
• Nousheen (4/5): - The location of the apartment was good. The garden was good for the kids to play. The stay was highly disappointing.we stayed here for 6 nights. We all had severe allergies whilst inside the house and the bedding was not clean. The appartment was extremely dusty. There were cobwebs at most of the places.. My toddler had a wheeze and I had to give him inhaler everyday. Then on top of all of this, there was a plumbing issue which was reported the very next day. The whole week passed and still it had not been fixed. I messaged the owner everyday but would get a response like I will send the plumber but then he never came. Prior to chosing this apartment for our stay I had read reviews stating the same that it was dusty and had leak issues in the toilet, but I thought the reviews are old, surely this must have been fixed by now, but obviously not! All reviews about this property not being clean, being dusty and having leak issues are true. So if you have dust allergy, are asthmatic or just want a clean bathroom without having to sweep the dirty water on the floor after each flush, then this place is not for you.

• Francesco (10/5): - tutto. gran bell'appartamento, confortevole e pulito, la zona è tranquilla ed è dieci minuti a piedi dal centro c'è stato un problema con il check in, il link per aprire la porta non funzionava, sono entrato con una signora che usciva ma l'assistenza era pronta a mandare una persona per risolvere il problema

• Ruff (7/5): Bien. Con detalles importantes a mejorar - En general el departamento estaba muy buen. Prolijo. Equipado. El baño a nuevo Tendrían que tener en cuenta ciertos detalles: No había bolsas de residuos para cambiar la basura. Tampoco detergente para lavar los platos. Deberían avisar que al usar el horno eléctrico no se debe enchufar ningún otro artefacto porque salta la térmica( lo resolvió mi novio porque nadie atendió mi llamado) Esto anterior me lleva a resaltar la falta de comunicación con el responsable. Me intente comunicar en 3 oportunidades pero nadie me atendió. Por suerte no fueron cosas urgentes y las pudimos resolver.
• Audrey (7/5): - The location is great in Le Cure, not far from Fiesole and city center of Firenze easily accessible. The apartment is big with one separate bedroom, and the terrace is very nice in summer. Getting in was hard. I wad supposed to ring a doorbell "Pezone", but there was none. And then open the door to the courtyard with an app. It did not work. I had to ring the neighbors to get in the courtyard. Only then can I enter the apartment with the code. The keys were nowhere to find in the appartement after that, the agency had to bring it (at 11PM) and put it under the doormat. It wad hard to contact the agency as I did not know they were responding on whatsapp (and not the regular line). But as soon as I contacted them, they were responsive. The apartment was not so clean, the floor was not clean and I didn't feel like cooking in the kitchen, and there were a toilet paper roll (that fell in the water ?) on the window of the bathroom.

• Alessandro (9/5): Ottimo appartamento con grande terrazza - Ottimo appartamento in zona Le Cure, si può raggiungere facilmente il centro in poco tempo. La terrazza è davvero molto grande anche se al piano terra. Poco luminoso perchè è al piano terra

• Nedelcu (8/5): Mulțumit și conform așteptărilor . - Foarte spațioas , terasa este foarte mare și plăcută ca să stai la aer , patul foarte comod , bucătăria este foarte bine dotată și WiFi merge bine , iar smart tv chiar se conectează , este într-o zonă liniștită , cam la 30-40min mers pe jos față de centru , magazin aproape și faptul ca taxa de oraș se plătește online înainte este mult mai comod . Am avut probleme cu self-acces, însă personalul a răspuns rapid și a venit să deschidă , în apartament pe jos puțin era murdar însă nimic exagerat , în baie șamponul și săpunul au fost cam la limită ( gel de dush nu am găsit) .

It’s very well connected to the city center by public transportation, as well as to San Domenico and Fiesole. The communication wasn’t that good. I got the instructions for self check-in late at night, just a few hours before leaving to Florence.

• Olga (8/5): Very good - Comfortable apartments. Corresponds to the description. All equipment is in good condition. Inconvenient procedure for obtaining keys. A personal meeting is needed. Valeria helped us with the keys. She was very nice and responsive. She was ready to arrive at the most convenient time. We are very grateful to her! But nevertheless, this procedure is not convenient if the apartments are far from the city center. You have to limit yourself in time. The owner should consider a different method of handing over the keys. walk from the apartment to the center is at least 40 minutes. We weren’t able to use public transport, so I can’t estimate the time and convenience.

• Marjan (8/5): Amazing - The facility on the property was great. It didn't have a toaster but that's nothing. The location is great and live the neighbourhood. It was not very close to the city centre.
• Joan (8/5): Enjoyed our stay and the ability to come home after a day sightseeing to a comfortable apartment. - It was a full apartment and had a large outside area. It was close to a bus stop and a grocery store. The apartment was well furnished but the kitchen supplies were poor. Only a few mismatched dishes and pots. It would not take much to provide a better cooking condition. The shower door closed but with space to let water out. The mattress on the bed was quite soft and worn out.
• Sandy (7/5): A few issues but nice apartment - The apartment was very nice and just as described, and the large, private outside space was perfect for the kids. The bed and sofa bed were comfy and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The location was good and very quiet, although about a 25 minute walk into the centre of Florence. We had some issues, which was a shame as the apartment was great and just what we needed. We had to message the property directly as the local agent didn't respond when the fuses tripped on the first evening. We played cards by candlelight while we waited for the maintenance guy, who arrived and eventually fixed it and showed us what to do if it happened again. It did! We did report this to the property as it was the same light switch which seemed to trip the fuses. Hopefully they will get it checked out. The local agent was hard to get hold of and not responsive. We had to chase him for the WiFi details he promised to send us as the ones in the apartment were not correct. We also requested extra pillows as there were only 4 for four of us. He didn't get back to us so we messaged the property directly and were told they would arrange extra pillows, but they never materialised. Lastly, when we wiped up water on the bathroom floor from the shower, there was black dirt and dust under the sink and behind the loo. The rest of the apartment appeared very clean. It would be helpful to provide up to date details on the WiFi, heating controls and local information such as transport, restaurants etc.
• Karime (7/5): Not bad could be better - The location was great for what I needed. The apartment is modern and had everything. All my years of renting apartments this is the first one that provides very little amenities. We were 4 people (2 teenage girls) and were given 1 used toilet paper roll and 1 new thin roll. We ran out by the second day and we were staying 3 nights. I asked for another and the response was they do not provide hotel service. Great but for the price we paid I think an extra roll was not going to break the bank. Also the instructions on how to turn on the heater were not provided and we slept in the cold the first night. After I sent a message the following day I was given instructions on where the thermostat was. Need to brush up on their customer service. The apartment was not completely clean many of the items were dusty.

• Jacob (9/5): Beautiful, modern, quiet apartment close to public transport and important sights of Florence. - Host waited for us to arrive even after we missed our train to get there. He gave us a very detailed walk through of everything. They had a washing machine and all modern appliances including a smart tv. Was very close to bus routes and a grocery store. Great value for the price we paid. Would stay again They didnt provide any soap for dishes or clothes. But this wasn't a dealbreaker. They were cheap to buy and the price of the rental was so good it didnt matter.
