The soundproof on the room was good The beds and pillows were not comfortable, the AC was turned off so I had to open the window for the room not be so hot. The hotel is far away from city center so Ubers take time for pickup

Obwohl etwas abseits vom Stadtkern, gute Anbindung mit den Öffis. Frühstück okay. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist zwar aktiv aber recht lustlos. Ein Lächeln wäre schön. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der abends die Bar macht, ist nicht tragbar. Er hat keine Ahnung von gar nichts und ist bei 10 Gästen "lost". Eine Gästin hat ihn sogar unterstützt. Das geht gar nicht! Da um Nachhaltigkeit gebeten wird, sprich Handtücher mehrfach nutzen, sollte für Aufhängemöglichkeiten gesorgt werden.

• Martina (1/5): Aus unserem Zimmer wurde gestohlen – Hotel reagierte weder mit einer Antwort noch mit einer Lösung. - Frühstück war gut Aus unserem Zimmer wurde ein Ladekabel entwendet; trotz Meldung an der Rezeption und zweier E‑Mails blieb das Hotel jede Reaktion schuldig (Mails blieben unbeantwortet). Die Schlafcouch war instabil (dreiteilig, der Kopfteil bewegte sich bei jeder Bewegung mit), und die Aussicht ging direkt auf den Lidl‑Parkplatz. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend!

Breakfast was nice and the girl that did our check-in and check-out was really kind!! I really really appreciate a good service :) Maybe would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

Positiv ist außerdem die große und geräumige Tiefgarage. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Parkgarage ist mit €23 pro Tag nicht gerade günstig.

• Görkem (7/5): Güzel lokasyon, tren ulaşımına ve markete yakın, sessiz odalar, yeterli bir kahvaltı. - Hotelin konumu çok güzeldi, sessiz sakin bir mahalle,odalar da sessiz, S-bahn ve Tram çok kısa bir yürüme mesafesinde, resepsiyon taleplerimize olumlu cevaplar verdi. Kahvaltı fena değil yeterli seviyede, çalışanlar genel olarak ilgililerdi. Otelin tam karşısında Rewe, Lidl ve Dm içeren bir Avm var, küçük bir cafesi de mevcut. Oda çok kullanışsız ve dardı, 2 yaşında çocuğumuzla çok rahat ettiğimizi söyleyemeyeceğim, mimarisi hiç kullanışlı değildi, oda temizliği yeterince yapılmıyor, çekyattan çıkan nevresimleri housekeepinge söylediğimizde değiştirdi, açılır kapanır yatak çok rahatsız hatta kaldırırken ayağıma düşürdüm.

• Niitsu (8/5): ゆっくり休めた - 駅に近く、周りも静か。 朝食も朝６時から食べられ、必要十分な内容で満足。 空港に行く際に、乗り換えが必要。 googleの案内通りに、一駅隣りの駅Leuchtenbergringで乗り換えようとすると、エレベーターがなく大変。二駅隣りのOstbahnhofdr乗り換えると、エレベーターがある。さらに三駅隣のRosenheimer Platzであれば、同じホームで反対方向のS8空港行きに乗り換えられる。

• Aliaksandr (8/5): - Наше проживание совпало с проведением чемпионата по футболу и большинство отелей были недоступны либо очень дорогие. В Хилтоне цены оставили демократичными . На парковку за 23 евро как то сразу не обратили внимание… Завтраки , чистота в номере, расположение- все соответствует описанию в Букинге. Так как карточками из Беларуси не везде можно зарезервировать и оплатить услуги , этот отель можно было забронировать без предварительной оплаты, это большой плюс так как в большинстве случаев это было не возможно, учитывая еще и проведение чемпионата. В нашем случае платили наличными , т.к, повторюсь , не все услуги можно оплатить банковскими картами выпущенными в Беларуси. В целом всё было хорошо .

• Umut (9/5): Oteli beğendik Münih’e tekrar yolumuz düşerse bu otelde kalırız - Tesisin konumu iyiydi hemen karşısında bir alışveriş merkezi vardı alışveriş merkezinin içinde Rewe, Aldi ve Dm büyük mağazaları vardı o mağazalar otelin hemen karşı Caddesi’ndeydi, odalarda Ütü ve Ütü masasının olması ayrıca saç kurutma makinesinin güçlü olması hoşumuza gitti, otel yeni bir otel oda temizliği çok iyiydi odalar her gün temizleniyor, Metro istasyonuna 100 metre mesafedeeydi çok yakın. Kahvaltı da ortalama Avrupa otelleri düzeyindeydi. Banyoda kullanılan şampuan sabun kaliteleri gayet iyiydi Odalarda buzdolabı yok. Otelde terlik de yok. Odada içme suyu ikramı da yoktu.

Zaradi omejenega števila parkirnih mest v garaži je sistem parkiranja prvi pride prvi melje. Drugače je potrebno parkirati na ulici.

• Heiko (10/5): Eine klare Empfehlung - Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren sehr überzeugend. Besonders hervorzuheben in meinem Falle die Möglichkeit zum Late Check-In bis 23:00 Uhr. Ebenfalls lobenswert ist die Möglichkeit zum Check-Out bis um 12:00 Uhr. Das Bett war wirklich nicht unkomfortabel, könnte aber noch ein wenig komfortabler sein. Das Frühstück war wirklich in Ordnung, die Auswahl gut frische Brötchen statt Aufbackbrötchen und noch hochwertigere Käse und Wurstwaren wären noch besser.

El desayuno es muy completo también. La atención del recepcionista cuando llegué, cogió mi tarjeta y no me dijo el cargo que iba a hacer en ella. Tampoco me dio instrucciones de como llegar a mi habitación o donde se desayunaba.

The staff is great ( shout-out to Emre, thank you!), the location is very convenient, stores, places to eat, transport all very near.The hotel is incredibly comfortable for such a good location, very silent, great beds, very clean and so important that the cleaning staff doesn't slam all doors in the morning, they really seem to care for guests' comfort.The breakfast would need more protein and veggies options, in my opinion but there is variety and the food is ok, I loved the waffles and the tea! We would appreciate more variety for protein and veggies for breakfast. Each morning there would be eggs but cooked in just one way ( either boiled or a fluffy omelette).

Die S-Bahn Linie war an 2 Tagen für längere Zeit wegen Arbeiten am Gleis gesperrt, aber aufgrund der nahen Tram konnten wir ohne Probleme unsere Ziele erreichen. Die Aufbewahrung der Koffer ist gut gelöst. Wir konnten bei der Ankunft früher auf das Zimmer, so dass wir die Kofferaufbewahrung nur am Abreisetag in Anspruch genommen haben. Im Zimmer war es sehr ruhig. Vielen Dank.
• Νικόλαος Δρόσος (9/5): - Μείναμε εξαιρετικά ικανοποιημένοι από το κατάλυμα και τη διαμονή μας συνολικά. Άμεσα προσβάσιμο με τα μέσα (S-Bahn, Tram) προσφέρει γρήγορη μετάβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης. Οι παροχές του ήταν εξαιρετικές, το πρωινό του είχε ποικιλία και εξαιρετική ποιότητα, ενώ το προσωπικό φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Επιπλέον το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Γενικώς συνιστάται και θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα.
• THOMASKRIK (10/5): Άνετο σε σχετικά βολική θέση ξενοδοχείο - Άνετο στρώμα στο δωμάτιο , φωτεινό δωμάτιο , με καλή ηχομόνωση και άνετους χώρους εντός και εκτός δωματίου , ικανοποιητικό πρωινό Το δωμάτιο μου ήταν στον 1ο όροφο και έβλεπε σε κάδους σκουπιδιών αλλά οκ δεν υπήρχε μυρωδιά
