The room was much bigger, and the bathroom was also very spacious, plus it had a bidet, which was a huge positive for me. The location is perfect, very close to the Duomo. The staff was extremely kind, the WiFi worked perfectly, and the room was spotless every single day. I will definitely come back again without a doubt.

Receptionist was efficient and to the point, no chit chat. Elevator is horrible. Slow and creaking, its glass and the alternative steps are metal fire escape design. Not great if heights are an issue for you. Our room was on high floor, I hated using the lift. It seemed in need of a good wash and some maintenance as it seemed in need of a service. Didn't like the glass elevator, slow and creaking and dirty glass. Didn't like the metal external staircase, looked precarious.

Duomo ve çevresine çok yakındı Konum olarak mükemmel, rahatlık ve konfor olarak da İtalya deneyimimizi üst seviyeye taşıdı diyebilirim. Biraz sokak gürültüsü geliyordu fakat çok rahatsız edici durumda değildi.

På morgonen visste receprionen inget och vi fick en påse med torra produkter kellogs flakes , kakor etc .. ingen flaska med vatten eller juice vilket vi fick köpa. Mycktet dåligt och irriterande vilkert jag skulle vilja få pengar tillbaka för frukosten .

Camera pagata una cifra assurda per ritrovarsi in uno spazio minuscolo, stretto e soffocante. Muoversi era praticamente impossibile e non c’era nemmeno lo spazio per aprire comodamente le valigie. Il bagno, piccolissimo e senza finestre, dava una sensazione di chiuso e trascuratezza davvero sgradevole. I comodini erano letteralmente attaccati al letto, tanto che sembrava di dormire incastrati. Come se non bastasse, in camera c’era anche un enorme tendone inutile che non faceva altro che accumulare polvere e dare ancora di più un senso di sporco e poca igiene. Le foto viste online erano decisamente ingannevoli rispetto alla realtà. Ambiente freddo, poco curato e per niente accogliente. Rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo: assolutamente non vale i soldi richiesti.

Tiene un patio pequeño donde pude disfrutar de La Paz en medio de la ciudad. Tiene una terraza pero no alcancé a visitar. • Christa (7/5): - Check-In und -out schnell und unkompliziert. Alle Räume waren sauber, ausser die Fenster im Hotelzimmer. Der Standort war perfekt inmitten der Altstadt für Museumsbesuche. Ruhiger, angenehmer Hotel Standort, Aussicht von der Dachterrasse war toll. Frühstücksbuffet war auf engem Raum aufgetischt, es entstanden lange Wartezeiten, da viele Hotelgäste gleichzeitig in diesem engen Raum an das Buffet wollten. Gleichzeitig kam das Personal aus der Küche und musste auch noch durch den engen Raum.

• Graziella (9/5): Nel cuore di Milano - L’host giovanissimo ha risposto ad ogni quesito anche in orari comodi. Posizione ottima. Nel cuore di Milano Purtroppo c’è il riscaldamento condominiale che rimane acceso, determinando una grande calura in camera. Abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte. Ma questa cosa non si può addebitare alla struttura.
• Moritz (4/5): Nur die Lage allein zählt heute nicht mehr - Fangen wir mit dem durchaus positiven an: der Lage. Perfekt für den Start eines Städetrips. Nah gelegen am Mailänder Dom und an vielen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Auch das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Da wir die Lage zu einem Innenhof hatten, war es angenehm ruhig. Was uns jedoch störte, war der Service und das angebotene Frühstück. Beim Frühstück erwartete uns ein spartanisches Frühstück. Die Eier waren kalt und auch die Wurst neben dem Rührei war kalt und hat geschmeckt, als würde man Wiener Würstchchen (die Deutschen wissen, was ich meine) kalt essen - dies war um 07:30 Uhr. Vielleicht hat man hier Strom sparen wollen und hat die Herdplatte noch nicht angemacht. Auch der Kaffee war wässrig und total überzuckert. Dies kann daran liegen, dass zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes eine Kaffeemaschine kaputt war. Auch die verschiedenen Säfte waren sehr mit Wasser verdünnt. Unser zweites Frühstück hatten wir dann um 09:15 Uhr. Und von einem guten Start in den Tag kann man nicht sprechen. Zu viele Leute für einen zu kleinen Buffetbereich. Man musste lange anstehen und hatte auch nur einen gemeinsamen Ein- und Ausgang, der sehr klein war und daher hatte man ständig das Tablett seines Nachbarn im Rücken. Hier hätte man ein zweites Büffet oder gar gleich das ganze Buffet außen aufbauen können. Für je 12€ ist das Frühstück absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Stück weiter gibt es Sandwiches und einen guten Kaffee für 10€, was deutlich besser war. Was den Service betrifft, mussten wir in einem gebuchten Zweierzimmer Handtücher für eine Person vorfinden. Erst bei der Reinigung bekamen wir für zwei Personen Handtücher. Bei der Reinigung ist es leider auch nicht aufgefallen, dass man das Klopapier auffüllen muss und wir somit an der Rezeption nach Toilettenpapier nachfragen mussten. Wer ein schlichtes Hotel mit Klimaanlage im Zimmer in bester Lage sucht ist hier richtig. Bestellt am besten das Frühstück ab und sucht euch in der Nähe deutlich schönere und billigere Möglichkeiten.

• Andrik (10/5): Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο σε εξαιρετικά κεντρική τοποθεσία στο Μιλάνο. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. - Πάρα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο σε τέλεια τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του Μιλάνου. Άνετο δωμάτιο, καθαρό με όλες τις παροχές. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό. Επίσης στα πολύ θετικά του ήταν ότι μπορείς να κάνεις check out στις 12:00 (δηλαδή πιο αργά από ότι σε άλλα ξενοδοχεία).

• Davviz75 (9/5): Un soggiorno di qualità nel cuore di Milano - Un albergo ben tenuto e molto pulito. Abbiamo apprezzato tutti gli aspetti della filosofia green. La cortesia e generosità dello staff ci hanno sorpreso. La posizione è ottima e dalla terrazza sul tetto si gode anche di una splendida vista. Per quanto la qualità dei prodotti fosse buona e nella norma abbiamo trovato un po' costretta la "sala colazioni" in quanto è a ridosso dell'ingresso e della reception. Forse nella bella stagione gode meglio degli spazi esterni ma con i freddi dei giorni del nostro soggiorno è stata un'esperienza insolita per le nostre abitudini in albergo.
