- Cihangir (2/5): Çok kötü eski bir bina ilgisiz kalmış - E 5 çok yakın camlar tam kapanmıyor ve içeri aşırı ses alıyor ve ayrıca çok soğuk oldu. Klima düzgün çalışmıyor. Fon makinesi çalışmıyor. Tuvalet kağıdı yoktur.
- Salma (2/5): - Ich kann nur sagen nie wieder in diesem hotel sehr schmutzig. Wir waren 4 tagen dort und ich habe jeden Tag nach Toilettenpapier gefragt sie haben ok gesagt und bis 4 tag nichts bekommen. Keine putz frau da 4 tagen niemanden unsere Zimmer genutzt alles war ekelhaft.
- Safa (2/5): - Ich war 4 Tage in diesem Hotel ungewollt Gast. Sehr verwirrend zwei Hotels mit dem selben Namen. Leider konnte man die Reservierung nicht mehr stornieren. Die Zimmer sind ok. In 4 Tagen wurde nicht einmal geputzt trotz Schild! In der ersten Etage Bauarbeiten. Ständiger Gestank und Lärm. Frühstück sehr billig kaum Auswahl. Noch nie in einem Hotel Gläser aus Pappe gesehen…. Etwas älterer Herr an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und lustlos. Die Zimmer Wände sind so dünn man hört den Nachbarn bis 5 Uhr morgen lautstark telefonieren. Innerhalb dieser 4 Tage wurde nicht einmal geputzt oder aufgefüllt
- Esmanur (2/5): Sakin ve güvenli konaklama için asla uygun değil - Aşırı kötüydü. Havlular pisti. Tuvalet kokuyordu. Sınav için iki gecelik rezervasyon yaptırdım. İlk gece gürültüden uyuyamadım. Dışarısı ayrı gürültülüydü ama iyi ki de gürültülüydü gece oteldeki sesleri duymamak için pencereyi açıp dışardan gelen seslere şükrettim. İki üç saatlik uykuyla sınava gittim. Sınavdan çıkıp eşyamı alıp çıkış yaptım son gece konaklamadım. Kabus gibi bir deneyimdi.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Oda temiz değildi. Perdenin üstü leş gibiydi. Duşakabin içinde alçı benzeri yada toprakımsı yapılar mevcuttu. Genel olarak temizlik otelde yok. Oda da rahatsız etmeyin yazısı konulmamış, dolayısıyla odamdan çıktığımda, odama giriş yapmışlar. Eşyalarım açıktayken odama girilmesini istemezdim. Koridordaki halılar bile leş gibiydi. Gürültüden bahsetmiyorum cam açık olmamasına rağmen çok fazla ses vardı. Genel olarak vasat diyebileceğim bir otel. Bir daha tercih etmem. Geliştirilmesi gerek. Otelde genç deneyimsiz personel var sadece. Taksi çağırmayı bile bilmiyorlar. İlk defa bir otelde taksi istediğimde yok diye cevap aldım.

- Ferda (6/5): - Otel yer olarak güzel. Temiz değil. Eşyalar yıpranmış ve eski. İlk girdiğimiz odada cam bozuktu.zaten çok ses var otobandan dolayı. Bizde başka oda istedik. Orada havlu ve sabun kullanılmıştı. Her yer pisti. Ertesi gün her yeri temizlediler. Bir daha gitmem.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Gerçekten hayal kırıklığı - Oda gerçekten kaldığım en kötü odaydı. Duvarda lekeler vardı. Yatağın kendisi oldukça pis ve eskiydi. Çarşaf oldukça küçük olduğu için yatağı tam örtememiş bile. Böylece de ne kadar pis olduğunu görünüyordu. Havlu eksikti. Duştan sonra kabinin dışına koyabileceğiniz ekstra bir havlu yoktu. Duşa kabinin içindeki gider açık ve oldukça pisti. Gürültü bambaşka bir problem tüm E5 in sesi camı kapasanız bile odanın içinde. Ayrıca otelle ilgili sıkıntılarda vardı. Ücretsiz otopark var dendi ama biz aradığımızda dışarıda yer bulamadınız mı etrafta turlasanız dendi. En sonda ise Ramada (başka bir otel) onun otoparkına biz kendimiz ücret ödeyerek bıraktık. Otelin asansörünü kırmızı etiketli aslında kullanılmamalı. Oldukça tehlikeli. Asla zor durumda kalmadıkça bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir otel.
- Ayse Gamze (6/5): - Temizlik acisindan cok temiz degildi, yastikta sac gordum. Ama koku vs gibi sorunlar yoktu. Koridor cok gurultulu, odanin klimasini ayarlayamadim lobiyi aradigimda hemen yardim icin geldiler, genel olarak insanlar yardimci ve nazikti temizlige dikkat edilirse cok daha iyi bir servis sunabilirler.
- Nurul Najwa (2/5): Stay away from this hotel - I left my watch in my hotel room after check out and only realized it after 15-20 mins. I messaged them immediately after informing about the watch and that i will pick it up in a week when i return to Istanbul but they did not respond. I tried to get through to them via the app, call, email but they just ignored. Even when hotel.com cust service called them, they pretended not to understand English. (the receptionists that I liased with on my stay both can speak good english). I am truly disappointed and upset that they decided to elude from the matter at hand. Not to mention while on my stay the housekeeper unlocked my door while i was inside. Did not knock or gave a warning. Location is also not good, it is far away from the historical area, if you were to take public transport you'd have to take a few modes of transportation. Please avoid staying at this hotel if you dont want your items stolen. And your privacy invaded. There are better hotels in that same area. That watch has sentimental value, i would appreciate if they could return it. Will edit this review if they reach out to me and discuss the matter.

On arrival the person on the frint desk was rude and arrogant. And we had to take our luggage up ourselves.the lock didmt work on the door..we stayed in the room for 3 hours paid for the night and left.we wasnt even asked why we wer leaving. Overall a horrible experiance.

Masamızı kendimiz temizledik oturabilmek için. Temizlik derseniz berbat serdikleri çarşaflar lekeli .havlular kokuyor. Personel deseniz ilgisiz ve yetersiz. Kesinlikle aile ile kalınacak bir otel değil

Ses yalıtımı sıfır oda genel olarak pis odalarda bilgi kitapcığı vb şeyler yok.Yatak da hep lekeler mevcuttu banyoda ayak havlusu yok yerler o yüzden çok kayıyor mini bar bomboş kettle bile lekeli gece diğer odalardan birileri bağırdığı için resepsiyona şikayette bulundum fakat değişen bir durum olmadı ilgilenmediler.3 gece konaklamada nevresim değişmedi sadece düzeltilmiş çırpılmamış bile anladığım kadarıyla görevliler sadece işini yapmak için yapıyor hiçbirşey tam değil..
- Omer (6/5): Not good - The first given room was terrible and it had a faulty window, really dirty WC and faulty bath, on the other hand, which is the room on the E-5 way was too loudly. When I called reception and I asked that could you changed different room instead of that given, A lady answered and she said that sorry, we have no other room which is a different side but I will send staff to fix all of this, but unfortunately, staff wasn't able to fix. In order to change my room, ı called hotels.com and they were very willing to help really. Afterward, the hotel gave me a different room which was another side and that was perfect. But cleaning was not enough, because there was a towel at the rear of the bathroom door and it was not taken by anyone within four days, I usually saw some hair on the ground. The breakfast was not good.
