• Nicole (8/5): - Overall stay was good, room was small but quaint and well thought out. It was visibly very clean, bathroom especially, however it seems that the non-high touch areas such as lamps, windowsills, etc have not been dusted in quite while. I opened the window to check the temperature outside and a bunch of dust lifted from the frame. Then when I started looking around I noticed the lamps had dust all over them. Extra amenities were great, hot tea and pastries/soup in the lobby for free as well as toiletries! Location was perfect, 2 minute walk from Ueno station which is on the Yamanote line!

• Ari (10/5): - This is a fantastic and convenient hotel that was so convenient for my first exploration of Tokyo!!! Staff was so kind and helpful, everything was perfectly clean. And it is so close to the Ueno train station making everything so convenient and easy to get around! 10/10!
• Marwa (10/5): - Very friendly staff how were super helpful throughout my stay. Great location in an area with wonderful transport links, but tucked away on a slightly quieter street which was perfect.
• Racyl Tamar (8/5): - My family stayed here for 4 days and we loved it! Great location, literally next to a train station and Family Mart. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of space. The only reason I removed one star is bcos of the housekeeping never took out our trash or cleaned the room. They only changed our sheets but besides that everything was great!

• Jeremy (8/5): - Property is conveniently located. Rooms feel a bit small, compared to other properties, but the staff are extremely helpful, and nice. Breakfast provided is very basic, but overall I would stay here again.
• Alexander (10/5): Fantastic Stay - Lovely hotel in a fantastic location very close to Ueno station. Great-sized room and bathroom, very modern decor, everything was in great condition. Bed was extremely comfy and we slept well every night of our stay. The area was quiet at night but very close to a range of things to do. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for an affordable, well-located stay in Tokyo!

• Kim Carol (10/5): - Me and my teenage son stayed for 5 days and I was satisfied with the place and staff. Everyone is so helpful and the place is fairly new with a comfy bed. It's also conveniently located near places to eat and the train stations. The room was small and can get a little warm in the afternoon . I purchased the breakfast and it's a nice variety of food though my son liked the freshly baked/warmed bread.
• James (8/5): - This is a decent Tokyo stopover if you are traveling by rail after arrival at Narita, or the night before departure. Across the street from Ueno Station with Keisei Skyliner connection to Narita every 20 minutes, and frequent train connections to everywhere in Japan. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Ueno Park and its zoo and museums are a 10 minute walk on the other side of the station . The bed is comfortable. The room is small, but clean and bright and air conditioned. Standard amenities. Only one electrical outlet plus one in the bathroom.
• David (6/5): - Friendly staff, clean, very close to dining, shops and the train station. They brought us clean towels every day but no one cleaned or emptied out the trash cans.
• Melanie (8/5): Love the location - What I like about this hotel is the location. It is near Keisei Skyliner station and a lot of restaurants around the hotel. If you are traveling to Tokyo because of food and shopping this is the perfect hotel for you. But of course don’t expect a spacious room. Also, if u need clothes iron, you need to collect them from front desk. They do provide complete toiletries essentials which are available at the hotel lobby. Overall, will stay in this hotel again because of it’s location.

• roland (10/5): - Easy check in and they held my luggage till I could check in. Didn’t try the free croissant or soup but both looked good. Close to Ueno station and lots of food options nearby.
• Victor (8/5): - It is a business hotel with a small room. The room was made smaller by two pieces of furniture that were not functional and necessary. It is across the street from Ueno station but not across any exits. It was hard to find coming from the Iriya exit. The staff, especially Yukasan, was very helpful. They offer great amenities, and soup and croissants are available from10:30 am to 9:00 pm.
• DOUGLAS (6/5): - close to the train station. The room size was tight, no space to store luggage.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - I wish the bathroom had a ventilation fan. Also, the washing and drying machine didnt get my clothes dry enough and I had to do extra time. We loved the soup and croissants! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Jessica (10/5): - Appreciated the free amenities; croissants, wide tea variety, coffee, moisturiser and bath salts. Room was small, but this was expected and I managed fine, loved that it came with a bath though. Very convenient location and slept well. Would recommend and stay again.

• Edisson (6/5): - Hotel is located in a very convenient area, 3 min walk from the Ueno station. Abundant restaurants. Hotel has laundry and a lounge. Hotel rooms however are spacious… only if you are a Smurf. For real! It’s like if they had taken a small room and divided in 2. Beds are small too! The king bed accommodates comfortably a regular fit 5’5” (165cm) person. Not sure if that is common for the area, but I would take my chances somewhere else. Hope this helps

Very handy to Ueno Station and Keisei Skyliner to Narita Airport. Love the area, plenty of food places and alleyways. Would recommend for people who like HARD beds.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - お風呂が広く、アメニティなどのサービスも充実していて部屋でも快適に過ごせました。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思う反面、チェックイン時に案内された部屋番号が間違っていて何度も違う扉を開けようとしてしまったので室内に人がいたら申し訳ない気持ちになりました。私自身も外出予定があり急いでいたのにエレベーターの往復にフロントでの確認に時間をとられました。 値段の割に部屋が少し狭く感じたこと（クローゼットもなし）と、1階ロビーのゴミ箱が溢れかけていたことが少し残念でした。スタイリッシュなゴミ箱はすぐにいっぱいになると思うので2箇所くらい設置を検討されてもいいような気がします。 チェックイン時間に関する連絡に対しては、後日遅れて返信をいただけました。駅近以外の魅力も詰まっていると思うので、これからもっと良くなっていってほしいと思います！期待を込めて辛口コメントも含めました。

• Joseph (10/5): Great Location in Tokyo - Great location only minutes walk away from the Ueno train station which is a direct shot from Narita airport. Many restaurants and bars in the area. Great point of access to all parts of Tokyo from the Ueno station as well. The Ueno park is very close by and is a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The room we stayed in was small but clean, quiet and comfortable. Skip the breakfast and enjoy what the rail station has to offer. Best part of Tokyo to stay in in my opinion.

• AYAKA (8/5): - さいたまスーパーアリーナのイベントに参加するためこちらに宿泊しました。上野駅まで徒歩3分ほど。上野駅からさいたま新都心まで乗り換え無し20分強で着き、都心へのアクセスもいいので、とても便利でした。 施設自体は新しく、ユニットバスも綺麗でした。ひとつ気になるところをあげるとすると、トイレの匂いです(下水っぽい匂い？)。トイレ自体は清潔ですし、敏感な人は気になるかも…程度ですが。 ともあれ、アメニティ等も充実しており、快適だったため、また泊まりたいです。

• Milena (8/5): - Overall this hotel worked just fine. It’s super close to the Ueno metro station, Uneo park, some nice malls and neighborhoods. The hotel room we stayed in smelled like feet but it could’ve been worse. The carpet was a bit gross and had some brown stains- the desk chair was also stained and looked a bit gross. Rooms are small but I was expecting this. I think they could remove some furniture instead because this takes up so much space and it isn’t that functional. Everyone was friendly and there was free tea in the lobby!
• Sue (8/5): Great location - Very convenient hotel, once we found where it is in this very large station complex. The room was really small and negotiating where to open bags was a real challenge. However, we are in Tokyo! We were hoping to use their laundry but there are only 2 machines, both of which were in use from when we arrived in the early evening until 9 pm. We therefore had to shelve that idea. Pleasant staff.

• Eiji (8/5): - The hotel locations is very convenient. It's next to the JR Ueno station, and can walk to the Keisei railway station, Ameyoko area and the Ueno park. The hotel room is clean enogh to stay comfortably.

• SHU CHEN (4/5): - 入住時前台的服務人員服務態度冷淡不友善飯店沒有飲水機，而每日只提供一瓶水，當問到如何取用水時卻指著販賣機前台人員說道他們每日只提供一瓶水。飯店是禁煙的而當我入住時廁所的煙味相當的重而且很臭第二天跟前台人員說請他們處理他們說會幫忙處理，可是味道還是相當臭因為他們是全面禁煙的飯店在服務及環境的觀感上非常的不好！感覺這次入住這家酒店感覺很不舒服😞

The proximity to Ueno station and Ueno park, make this a splendid option if you’re looking to stay in the Ueno area. Highly recommend!
• Maryanna (6/5): - Excellent location which is close to Ueno Station. Friendly staff, so generous for providing face cleaning oil, body lotion, brushes, shower cap, tea bags at the lobby. Very small room, no housekeeping until at 5th stay. They will provide clean towels each day, that’s good. Overall it’s a good stay for 4 nights for the great location with lot of shopping and restaurants. Thank you.
• Po Ting Fanny (8/5): 上野2日1 - 洒店鄰近上野駅，非常便利，步行到阿美橫丁或上野公園只是數分鐘路程，房間整潔乾淨，浴室很大。酒店要連續住五晚才會有房間清潔服務，但會把清潔毛巾掛在你門口。自駕 Map code 會帶你到洒店後門，要留意。
