The room and hotel was really clean, great facilities and lots of toiletries provided. Good selection at breakfast and free hot and cold drinks available all day and night. Fantastic location, right in the heart of the busy area in Osaka but not noisy in the hotel at all. Nothing bad to say

• Tohru (10/5): Enjoyed the stay in the hotel and location is ideal next to Dotonburi street. - The welcome staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, included a fridge and USB charging ports. You have the choice of four different breakfast options but only had time to select the Japanese breakfast. To enter bathroom you need to step up and is quite small.

• Lisa (9/5): Good for 2 female travellers in twin room, comfy, small but no noise and good location - Excellent location near food market, shops, transport, no noise, brilliant breakfast, convenient drinks (tea, coffee, water), fridge in room, exceptionally clean, nice shower products, comfy beds. No gym but common in Japan, twin beds a few cms away from each other. Better if toilet and shower were separate. Would stay again though due to location and comfort e.g. no noise and all other aspects written above.

• Emily (9/5): Perfect Osaka location for a one night stay - The location was perfect for our one night stay. It allowed us to walk to all the main places, and then places like Osaka castle were really accessible by train which was close by. And close train links to the airport. The staff were very friendly (even gave us bags and tape to protect our luggage from the rain) and it was incredible clean. The room was very small. We were in their economy room so could’ve paid more for a bigger one, but we struggled with 2 of us and 2 sets of luggage. We would’ve had to upgrade to a bigger room if we were staying more than one night.

• NILVA MARÍLIA (10/5): HOTEL AGRADÁVEL E SATISFATÓRIO e MUITO BEM LOCALIZADO - A acomodação atendeu as expectativas, Fiquei confortavelmente instalada , muito silencioso, dorme-se bem, tem amenidades, troca de toalhas constante , shampoo e condicionador muito bons. A localização é perfeita: muito próxima do metrô e também paralela a Dotambori .O café da manhã é simples mas suficiente e a máquina de suco e água ficam à disposição dos hóspedes. Eu recomendaria um suco mais natural pois as opções são muito gasosas e artificiais, isso iria enriquecer muito o café da manhã . Eu voltaria nesse hotel tranquilamente. Nota 10! Apenas do piso de carpete , acho que valeria um piso sem o carpete pois esses tecidos provocam muitas alergias, mas como estava limpo e aspirado não senti grandes problemas.
• Stephanie (10/5): Nice hotel, fantastic location! - The location was excellent, right in the center of Dotonbori but still about a block away from the busiest streets and also very close to the train station. The staff was very friendly and professional and the rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again! My only complaint would be that the dryers in the laundry room took like 2 hours to dry even a small load of laundry. But there was a vending machine with beer in the laundry room so it helped to cushion the minor frustration lol. All in all an extremely small complaint!

When they clean they don’t even pick up the p - Love the location just around all the resto and near to Glico. The pillow . We our not use to this kind of bed flooring which is the tradition Japanese style . For younger age don’t feel uncomfortable but for us 50 and 60 of age difficult to stand up in this kind of bed.

• Amanda (7/5): Comfortable and clean, a bit on the pricey side and right in the bustle of Dotonburi so if that is what you want it’s a - Good location if you want to be in Dotonburi. Rooms are small but complete. Breakfast is good. TV has lots of options (according to my son) I had no idea it was right in an outdoor mall. So no break from the bustle of Dotonburi. I would not say it’s a great value for the price. Maybe Osaka is all expensive?

• Maria (9/5): Very good, wholeheartedly recommend this hotel - Very comfortable bed, clean and spacious room, unlimited water, coffee and juices in the lobby, very kind and helpful staff (we had a small health emergency and they organised a cab and found an English speaking doctor for us). Location close to the metro station (direct line to Nara Park), close to many different restaurants/food stands and few minutes walk to the river (Dotonbori). Because of the close proximity to food hall, if you open the window during the day and evening, you can smell the frying oil. Despite that the hotel is great!

• Michiyo (10/5): 綺麗で居心地が良かった！ - お部屋もユニットバスも綺麗でした。 スリッパも使い捨てのもので衛生的でとても良かった！ チェックアウトの時清掃の方とお会いしたのですが とても感じのいい男性でした。こんな方が清掃しているなら安心だと感じました。 ホテルの場所も商店街の中にあるのでコンビニも飲食店もたくさんあるし暗くないので安心。 窓は二重窓で20cmだけあきます。 お隣の壁面が近いですが、その分覗かれる心配もないので空気の入替も安心。 お部屋にコーヒーやお茶スティックなどがなかったのですが、もしかしたら受付横にあったのかな？アメニティとかそこにあると言われたのだけど見なかったからわからなかったけど…。ペットボトルのお水は冷蔵庫に入っていました。歯ブラシもありました。コットンなどは2階の受付横に多分あったのだろう。

• Marie (8/5): Nice but cramped. - Location was good. Staff were lovely. Breakfast room was great. Bathroom products were nice. The room I booked was a comfort room. It was very cramped. No where for bags. We had one one the floor next to The bed w hi ch we had to step over. And one on a small round table on the other side of the bed.

• Marie (7/5): We liked that we could walk out and get to places relatively quickly. The breakfast room was great. - Breakfast was good, location great. Bed was very comfortable Good shower pressure, and good bathroom. Bathroom products were lovely. Helpful staff. Laundry room was a great asset, although dryers took a very long time and still clothes not dried. The room size was so small, although I did expect a small room, But there was no room for our bags. One bag had to be beside the bed which we had to step over to get into the bed. The other bag we had to put on the small round table. I think the room I booked would have been better having a long bench under the window in place of the chair and round table. A bench would service as somewhere to put the suitcases. And also give a place under the bench for other articles. To get into the bathroom was a big step up. I found it difficult in the night. Hanging space. I had to ask for more coat hangers to hang my washing that didn’t dry in the laundry dryer. The hanging area needed to be larger for more clothes.

• Lesly (6/5): - Asked the reception if it was possible to call a taxi very earky in the morning for us because we have a lot a luggages and they said yes but when checking out the other reception staff said no. That we have to walk to the taxi stand

• Andrew (10/5): Great Location and cozy rooms, would book again! - I recently stayed at IAM HOTEL in Osaka and had a fantastic experience in their double twin bedroom. The hotel is tucked right between Namba and Nipponbashi Stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Just a minute’s walk from Exit B26 of Namba Walk, it’s a dream for travelers who want easy access to public transport and shopping streets The double twin room was cozy yet functional, with two comfortable beds and a clean, minimalist design. The space was well-utilized, and despite being compact, it didn’t feel cramped. The room also had a Japanese futon option, which added a nice cultural touch N/A
