My room’s ring bell didn’t work together with the panel “ clean my room” or “ do not disturb “ but didn’t bother me too much . Not a big hotel but arranged and clean. Breakfast was tasty but everyday the same limited choices. Sadly the bartender have no idea how to operate a manual coffee machine, the coffee was horrible and they would burn the milk, very very noisy milk frothing. I wouldn’t rate it a 4star hotel, more like 3 .

- KHALED (6/5): Its not a 4 star hotel as described - The room was smelling so bad from smoking although I requested previously a non smoking room, they had no other better option so they brought a fragrance to kill the bad smell and opened all windows. Minutes later I noticed that all the carpet is so wet from a previous water flood from the toilet, the water looks brownish so I insisted to move out and they offered a nother room. The staff were cooperative and friendly.

Here are some of the issues I encountered during my stay: **Room Size & Cleanliness:** The room size was quite cramped, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. I noticed housekeeping smoking in my room while cleaning, which was not only unprofessional but also unpleasant for a non-smoker like myself. **Bathroom:** The bathroom had a broken shower handle, which made it challenging to use the shower comfortably. This is a basic maintenance issue that should be promptly addressed in any hotel, especially a 4-star one. **TV Channels:** The TV channel selection was disappointingly limited, with only Turkish channels available. A 4-star hotel should provide a more diverse range of channels to cater to the varied preferences of its guests. In summary, my experience at this hotel fell short of the 4-star rating it claims to have. It would benefit from significant improvements in room size, cleanliness, maintenance, and TV channel offerings. - Nick (8/5): Decent hotel, nice staff, great coffee - recommended - The staff at the hotel were great, very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast which was included was also good with a selection of warm and cold options and a plentiful supply of coffee. The hotel itself is in a decent location with a Metro stop a few metres down the road, although there isn't a huge amount to do in the immediate area. The curtains in our room weren't great and struggled to keep the light out in the mornings, could do with replacing, but that was one specific room. There was also some traffic noise, but I think that is a reflection on the bustling city of Istanbul rather than the hotel itself - I think it would be impossible to avoid in the city centre.
