• Maximilian (5/5): Fürs Übernachten ausreichend - Der Mann am Check-In war sehr nett, Lage vom Hotel auch top. Die Dusche war kaputt, es war extrem heiß im Zimmer ohne Fenster oder Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Das Frühstück ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Es gab Tomaten, Gurken, Filterkaffee, Sesamring und eher mehr kleine Tapas. Der Eingang des Hotels ist nicht gekennzeichnet und auch das Treppenhaus sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

• Mehonic (5/5): - The location is good because its the very heart of the city, on the main Istiklal street. However that also sucks because its so noisy at night, sleeping without ear plugs is impossible. It is cheap, if you're travelling on a budget it could be considered. Hygiene level is questionable. The bed sheets were stained, the towels smelled of mold, the windows that look on the Istiklal street have never been cleaned. You have to run the shower for about 5 minutes before the water starts to get warm. They also switched us into a smaller room in the middle of our stay, saying they need the big room for a family that's coming to stay in the hotel. Super noisy, and its not just from the outside of the hotel - the walls are paper thin, you can hear the people in the room next door. There's also a club near by so the music doesnt stop till about 3am. The single beds are really narrow, even turning in your sleep is a risk.

• JG 231 (5/5): Preis-Leistung war gut ... Minuspunkte gibt es trotzdem - Wir hatten ein Deluxe Familienzimmer. Die Lage vom Hotel war super. Es gab kostenloses Wasser und das Klopapier wurde kostenlos aufgefüllt. Die Männer an der "Rezeption" waren zu jeder Zeit nett. Eins von beiden Zimmer hatte Fenster. Es gab Frühstück. Aber das war jetzt nicht so gut. Man konnte satt werden. Unter Deluxe Familienzimmer haben wir uns trotz des Preises etwas anderes vorgestellt. Das zweite Zimmer hat extrem nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und es hatte kein Fenster zum Lüften. Durch das innenliegende Badezimmer (auch ohne Fenstern) hat es zudem auch muffig gerochen. Die Luft wurde über die Zeit des Aufenthalts nicht besser.

• Tamar (1/5): I did not stay there because of the above mentioned reasons. Conditions were below standards. - Only the location! I was unable to stay there. My decision to cancel was due to serious issues that I encountered upon arrival. Specifically, the room and overall hotel environment had a very strong and unpleasant odor, and the level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. This made it impossible for me and my spouse to stay in the property. In addition, the actual condition of the hotel did not correspond to the description and photos presented on Booking. The discrepancies between what was advertised and what I experienced were significant. Based on these factors, I believe this situation constitutes a clear case of misrepresentation and failure to provide basic hospitality standards.

• Elene (2/5): - Only location First we asked for a transfer but the day before our flight they didn't answer us. So we had to find another transfer company. When we arrived they didn't give us the rooms that we have booked. They insisted that this was the room we booked, but it was completely different from the photo. We asked to change and after a lot of hassle and waiting, they changed it. The staff was very rude. The air conditioner was not working and they didn't even check it. He was laughing at us.

• Sharon (5/5): There are pros and cons on this hotel. - The location is in the prime area of Taksim. Foods, souvenirs, cafes and etc. are centrally available. The hotel provides luggage storage, which is very good. For tourists with luggages, it is a hassle to drag our luggages to the hotel from the metro station. Our room is without the heater, and later on the staffs provide us with one.

• Zohreh (4/5): - Location war im Zentrum Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem. Die Armaturen sind alt und müssen ausgetauscht werden. Aufgrund der Lage des Hotels an einer der belebtesten Straßen Istanbuls war es sehr laut. Das Frühstück war sehr durchschnittlich und das Verhalten des Personals war nicht zufriedenstellend.

• NEVENKA (4/5): - Lokacija. Naša izkušnja v Golden Hotelu je bila, žal, izjemno slaba. Soba ni imela nobenega okna, kar nam ob rezervaciji ni bilo nikjer jasno navedeno. Ko smo se na recepciji pritožili, se je receptor namesto kakršnekoli pomoči ali pojasnila neresno in neprofesionalno smejal, kar je bilo res neprijetno. Stanje sobe je bilo skrajno slabo — omet je odpadal s sten, kar daje občutek zanemarjenosti in slabe higiene ter neudobne postelje. Tudi zajtrk je bil razočaranje: marmelada s pretečenim rokom, ko pa smo želeli dobiti pribor, ki ga je zmanjkalo, osebje sploh ni reagiralo. Iskreno, v tem hotelu ni niti “H” od hotela. Na podlagi naše izkušnje ga res ne morem priporočiti nikomur.

• Anonym (3/5): Nepríjemná časť výletu do Istanbulu - Raňajky sme ani nevyskúšali, v noci sme prišli na hotel (ktorý sa nedá nájsť pretože označenie vchodu je menšie ako obrázok na toaletách inde). Pán ani nevedel, že máme prísť, nereagoval na správy cez booking ani what´sUP. Keď sme prišli čakal nás starý, špinavý a zatuchnutý priestor, s výťahom čo nás ledva vyviezol hore. Prišli sme do izby ak sa to tak dá nazvať, bol to totiž kumbál bez okna, ktorý bol asi prenajatý fajčiarom a vetraný len do chodby a nastriekaný osviežovačom vzduchu. Katastrofa. Ihneď ráno sme zabookovali iný hotel (asi 30 metrov od tohto). Veľké sklamanie.

La poussière était sous le lit – les oreillers n’étaient pas confortables et l’un d’eux était sale – la télévision ne fonctionnait pas – le petit flacon de shampoing était à moitié vide.

• Laura (6/5): Buena ubicación con cosas a mejorar. - Muy buena ubicación. El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones eran bastante antiguas, las camas muy viejas e incómodas. Al estar poco aislado había mucho ruido y no se podía descansar bien. Compartía edificio con gente muy ruidosa. El desayuno no es internacional, es típico turco con ensaladas, te y café.
• Laura (2/5): Hotel klame zákzníkov, jediné pozitívum je lokalita - Jediným pozitívom tohto hotela je jeho poloha, blízkosť obchodov, stanica metra. Hotel zavádza s informáciami o objednávanej izbe. Objednali sme si izbu, ktorá nemala okno, iba dvere s matným oknom k vnútornému schodisku bez denného svetla. Na fotografiách toto maskujú závesom. Jedinýkrát kedy to oznámia je v potvrdzujúcom e-maily po zakúpení pobytu. Po upozornení personálu na túto skutočnosť sa Vám smejú do tváre a tvária sa, že hotel je plný a nevedia izbu vymeniť, očividne úmyselne zavádzajú a hotel si je toho vedomý. Po naliehaní sa tvária, že to musí riešiť mažér, ktorý však nikdy nepríde a nič nerieši. Celú záeližitosť sme riešili až so zákazníckou podporou bookingu, avšak hotel nekokunikoval ani s nimi, dostali sme však aspoň finančnú kompenzáciu od bookingu. V sprche chýbala jedna časť sklenenj steny. Na raňajkách bol veľmi slabý výber jedál, neustále chýbali poháre, príbor a taniere. Izby majú veľmi tenké steny a chýbal prah pri vstupe do izby, takže nonstop presvitá svetlo z chodby a počujete všetko z vedľajšej izby. Hotel určite neodporúčam.

Chodząca podłoga , porozwalane gniazdka , dziury w ścianach. Brudno zimno . Dodatkowo obskurna dzielnica . Wyjlocilam sie o zwrot pieniędzy i uciekłyśmy z koleżanką . In the morning I had to go from that hotel to the Golden street hotel to have breakfast. The breakfast hall is very small and there was no room for me to eat so I had to stand and wait for other guests to finish.

Geschweige den Vom Tourismus Büro eine Bewilligung bekommt. Das ist Fahrlässig, Leute lasst euch vom Preis und der Lage nicht täuschen. Es ist es nicht wert.

Beaucoup de calcaire sur le robinet et porte gobelet ( sans gobelet ) . Echantillon de gel douche ( bas de gamme ) . Pas de mini bar > juste de l'eau dans le frigo. Très bruyant . Pas de double vitrage. Protège matelas manquant!

• sindy (8/5): - Su ubicación es excelente, puedes moverte a pie a muchos lugares de interés, el transporte público también está cerca. El desayuno es abundante y rico, aunque podría variar un poco el menú, ya que luego de varios días de hospedaje el menú exactamente igual puede aburrir un poco. Instalaciones cómodas, cuenta con ascensor. Creo que los anfitriones y el personal en general podría ser un poco más amable, no sé si es un tema cultural pero fue un poco difícil interactuar o recibir un trato más cercano, al menos para poder resolver dudas.

Also I had reservation for deluxe room with view on city.... I got room without window.... if I wouldn't be tired after very long flight then I asked about room which I booked
