• YUNMI (10/5): 윈야드 지하철 역 바로 옆, 위치가 훌륭 - 중심부를 도보로 이용가능해서 위치가 좋았고, 1층인데도 소음이나 안정감이 있었습니다. 가끔 차 마시러 올라가 있었건 루프탑도 좋았습니다. 침대 매트리스가 너무 푹신해서 저처럼 허리가 안 좋으면 힘들긴 할 거 같아요. 그리고 저는 혼자 묵어서 불편하지는 않았지만 두명이 더블베드를 쓰면 들고나기가 좀 불편할 듯 합니다. 그래도 침대는 초대형으로 넓었어요

• Richard (10/5): Perfect stay in a boutique hotel! - Amazing hotel in the centre of Sydney CBD - perfect location if you need to head to Barrangroo or the Martin Place or Circular Quay. Right next to Wynyard Station so super easy to take the train to and from the airport! Loved the faciilities - "working space" on the rooftop and great bar as well.

• Christian (10/5): cozy mitten im Zentrum von Sydney - Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind gemütlich. In den Betten schläft man hervorragend. Die Einrichtungen wie Lounge und Gym sind super eingerichtet. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundliche und zuvorkommend. Für die Lage im Stadtzentrum hat das Hotel ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
• SARIN KAUSHAL (9/5): - Nice clean place close to trains and Darlng centre. Kristine was polite and helpful Room is very small and not worth the money! Woken up midnight with loud smoke alarms but no actual fire. Automatic curtain controls failed from 2nd night!

• Yvette Ryan (8/5): Cutting edge hotel with great location, rooftop bar + fireplace, excellent fitness centre - The location is outstanding, right beside the metro.. but you don't hear any noise. We were on the 3rd level, and still extremely quiet. The small touches like sleepytime tea and chocolates were very sweet, electric curtains and hanging luggage rack. We enjoyed the toiletries and attention to detail. LOVED the upstairs bar and fireplace, it makes the hotel really special. While not the hotels fault, we were awoken at 1am with a blistering fire alarm followed by fire trucks.. we didn't sleep at all after that, and were a mess for a big family event. A little discount toward a future stay might have been nice seeing we didn't get to sleep which is what we paid for. The beds truly are cloud like.. but actually maybe slightly too much so, I had a terrible neck and back all weekend. Maybe just a personal choice.

• Woodward (10/5): Excellent hotel for a short stay, very close to the city, good rooftop bar, would choose again. - The bed was comfy; the bathroom was clean and well stocked. The room was comfortable with enough space to walk around without feeling cramped in. The hotel was very close to the city and a train station making traversing the city very easy. The lights were a little tricky to figure out. The hard floor was cold during the morning, so a rug would've been nice. The view outside wasn't very good, but that wasn't too important anyway.
• Judith (9/5): A wonderful little sanctuary of comfort and luxury in the heart of the city, with exceptionally friendly and attentive s - Perfect sleeping pods with a very generous sized mattress, luxurious linen, exceptionally comfy pillows (2 choices of different comfort levels per person) and a super plush mattress. Lighting choices, electric blinds and curtains, clean as a whistle, generous water pressure, abundant hot water, soft robes in the cupboard for those, slippers and even a little foot stool in the shower. Easy check in and absolutely EXCEPTIONAL staff. They even gave us a cocktail voucher as it was my daughter’s birthday. Sadly; we didn’t get to use it. 24/7 reception so perfect for travellers who arrive late. The signature scent in the hotel aircon is sublime. The reviews are all spot on. Our room smelled of mould, however, we were moved to another room which did not have that musty smell. The room we were moved to had only just enough body wash for 2 showers and we had to ask for it to be replenished. The milk was as also not replaced and I had to ask for another milk. I’ll book LNH again. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in - here and overseas.
• Antony (10/5): Was an excellent stay over two nights and would most certainly return - - Situated on top of Wynyard station making navigating Sydney CBD quick and easy. - Great facilities including gym with modern equipment on reception floor, convenient workspace and cozy bar/lounge on floor 11 - Bedroom was great as a solo traveller. incredible bed, nice selection of complementary teas and coffees, pleasing selection of lighting options accessible throughout the room, ability to connect bluetooth audio to room speakers and chrome cast to TV were seamless, climate control was excellent and a smart tablet that had information about the property, location and amenities came in handy. - Staff were absolutely lovely and so too were house keeping with requests Personally i had zero complaints however those booking a room for two individuals with large check-in luggage may feel a little cramped (though the culmination of everything else would certainly outweigh this)

The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. For anything but a short stay we found the lack of clothing storage meant we lived out of our suitcases for the most part. Having some drawers and a cupboard to hang clothes works have been a great touch

Gym was absolutely fabulous-best I have used in a boutique hotel. Staff were responsive and very friendly. Close to great eateries.

• DI HUI (1/5): 澳州最差的酒店！火警扰民！叫来澳州警察驱赶旅客 - 我完全不接受酒店方的敷衍辩解，他们从头到尾都没有正视自己的任何错误，全程避重就轻、毫无反思，也没有一句诚恳道歉。 我把全程真实遭遇再次明确说明： 1. 我第一天早上11点提前到店办理入住，酒店前台服务态度就极其恶劣，一开口就强行索要30澳元提前入住费，我没有同意缴纳，前台全程语气冷漠、态度傲慢。 2. 后续酒店突发火警事件，工作人员处理慌乱、工作态度依旧极差，没有任何耐心沟通和妥善安抚住客。 3. 我办理离店沟通正常诉求时，酒店经理处理极其荒唐、处事极端，无故直接叫来四名澳洲警察，刻意用这种方式对我进行恐吓、施压和威胁，给我造成了巨大的心理压力、精神困扰和心理伤害。 酒店全程回避自己服务态度恶劣、乱收费用、处事过激、无端报警恐吓客人这些核心问题，只一味找借口搪塞，毫无诚意。 我强烈要求Booking平台继续向酒店严厉施压，绝不接受这种敷衍回复。要求酒店必须正视全部过错，就恶劣服务态度、乱收提前入住费、荒唐无故叫来警察恐吓客人、给我造成心理伤害这件事，向我作出正式、诚恳的书面道歉，平台必须跟进到底，给我一个公正合理的处理结果。 酒店只在找借口、推卸责任，全程没有半点诚恳致歉，也完全没有正视自身服务严重失职的问题。 重点问题我必须郑重重申： 1. 火警突发时，不只是简单语言沟通问题，而是沒有任何工作人员服务处理火警紧急撤离。 2:在退房时，因酒店既不当场退还200澳元押金，又不结任何押金收条。 在没有任何合理缘由的情况下直接擅自报警、叫来4名澳州警察，这种行为严重无端惊扰住客，对我造成了极大的心理压力、精神困扰与被恐吓的不良体验，酒店对此刻意回避、只字不提，完全没有反思自身过错。 2. 所谓离店已提供收款凭证、押金5-7个工作日原路退回，我不予认可，实际并未妥善给到有效凭证，且押金退款拖沓本就是服务疏漏。 3. 酒店以中文员工不在当班为借口搪塞，纯属敷衍推诿。作为涉外接待酒店，理应具备基础多语种应急沟通能力，不能把内部人员安排的失职，转嫁为给客人带来糟糕体验的理由。 请平台继续向酒店强力施压，不要接受这种敷衍式的借口回复。要求酒店必须正视自身全部过错，就粗暴处事、无端报警惊扰客人、服务态度恶劣给我造成精神和心理伤害一事，正式向我作出书面诚恳道歉。

• ginnywoo (10/5): Very comfortable, conveniently located, staycation treat. - Reminiscent of the CitizenM concept chain. I loved that everything was controllable via a tablet, and the staff were very accommodating for my partner's birthday. Comfortable bed, amenities were high quality, and in-room services made it a perfect staycation location. Pretty much non-existent view from the room, which was a bit disappointing considering the price tag.

• Travel_Not_Work (10/5): The Little Things Matter - We would like to say ‘thank you’ to the LNH team for providing excellent service at the front desk, rooftop bar and housekeeping. The quality of toiletries, linen and bathroom towels are all greatly appreciated. King bed is very comfortable. Housekeeping has done a great job throughout our stay. We have really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return again sharing our hotel experiences with our family, friends and people we meet in our travels. The roof top lounge/bar/workspace and surrounds is truly a fantastic concept which we really enjoy after a busy day exploring Sydney. Location of the LNH is excellent close to trains, light rail and for easy walking and access to quality dining as well as enjoying an eat in experience (delivery) on the rooftop lounge/bar area. We have truly appreciated the small things that have been done for us when asked during our stay. The location of the room provided was great. Thank you again for a wonderful few days based at your hotel whilst visiting Sydney.

It's impeccable modern room amenities and stunning roof top bar made our week-long visit in Sydney very comfortable. The staff was exceptional. Whether it was staff in reception, the bar, or those behind the scenes who serviced our room each day, all made for an incredibly inviting stay. LN had very easy access to the Wynyard train station which allowed us to take day trips by train to places like the Blue Mountains. Easy walking to The Rocks, Opera House, and the Wharfs, where one could catch the ferries. Highly recommend!

The rooftop bar was lovely, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay extra comfortable. Would highly recommend for a short Sydney stay. Very good location for walking to the harbourfront (10-15 mins) or less than 30 seconds walk to the train station.

• Mary030303 (10/5): Little National Hotel stay - We stayed in the Little Sydney for 2 nights following our cruise. The walk from the cruise port was a little uphill. Not a problem for most of us. The hotel is right next to a metro station and a dry cleaners (they wash clothes as well as dry clean). Restaurants were close by. The room was smaller, but it had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The top floor had free coffee and tea. We would stay here again.

She answered all of our questions and give us very good advice on directions and restaurants in the area. the location was ideal for our trip plans. I would highly recommend this Hotel.
• Craig (9/5): Great hotel with awesome facilities in a brilliant location at an affordable price. - The room was awesome, quirky and the rooftop facilities are great. It's close to the harbour which is brialliant. I liked everything. The only thing I can think of is that if I was travelling with my wife (I travelled along this trip as it was for work), the bed isn't particularly accessable over the other side. This wouldn't stop me staying here though.

Use the light rail to move around the city or walk to Circular Quay and get a ferry to Manly Beach or visit the zoo. So much to see and do
