I had 3 apartments in total for me and my colleagues and we were all really happy there! So happy I’ve booked 3 rooms for a team on a different project in two weeks time! Also, all my correspondence with the staff was incredible, they were personable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. And they responded quickly too! The area itself is close to most places you’ll want to visit with hundreds of places to eat nearby. Not as busy as other areas, but really lively all the same. Throughly enjoyed my stay there, I was working on a really stressful project and it made my life so much easier, thank you!

- Jeremy (7/5): Everything you need for a comfortable stay in a quiet neighbourhood - Fantastic location, close to shops, places to eat and metro train stations. Lots to do within walking distance of the property. We felt very safe and secure in the apartment. It had everything we needed for a very enjoyable four day stay in central Tokyo. Having a washing machine and a balcony to dry things was really useful when we unexpectedly needed to do a quick wash. We did ask in advance if the sofa bed could be made up as a bed. When we arrived we found a duvet and pillows in a wardrobe but no covers or sheets. We were quickly advised that we could help ourselves from a storage cupboard downstairs but when we looked we couldn’t find any there. We were only there for a few days so it wasn’t a major problem and we chose not to chase up again. A minor issue that wouldn’t put us off staying there again in the future.

- Leonid (8/5): Overall, good stay, convenient location but tight for 3 people. - Location was good, not too far from the metro, instructions provided about the residence were detailed and helpful. Although the place was small it had everything you need in terms of amenities to make your stay comfortable. They weren’t able to store luggage after checking out. Room was a bit too crowded for travelling with a child. I would recommend for 2 people but for 3 was a bit too tight. Could use extra pillows as was really uncomfortable to sleep with just one small flat pillow.

Highly recommend staying here. - I love that the building has a security coded entrance, a compact lounge (table and chairs) which is so helpful while waiting for a car if it’s raining. There is also a section of products to iron out wrinkles. On top of that a free rental for umbrellas should you need. The elevator has a live camera, when you place your key on the pad it goes straight to your floor. The apartment itself is cozy, space was just right for my husband and I who had 3 luggages. It has a separate toilet and the shower includes a tub. Really cool there’s an option for a sauna but didn’t get to use that. The area is prime location, there’s a seven eleven 30 steps away. The restaurants and train station are about a 5-7 min (Akasaka station), which took us to Shibuya. N/A

The he location was incredible. Close to a couple main metro stations, 7- eleven stores, family mart, Starbucks and local traditional local restaurants , cafes and business center. We had our 10 year old with us and had a perfect time. It was really the best ! It is super close metro station from Shimbuya, ginza, and many other areas. Nothing. - KaterinC (7/5): Good location but no usual perks - Location is great. Close to a few of the lines, which gives you 20 min to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo Station and Ginza, and also walking distance to Team Lab. The bed was also big and comfortable. Even though the total space is bigger than in most of the hotels, the room itself is super crammed. We had to move the tea table maximum to the TV to have at least some space. The space is "eaten" by the long narrow corridor, which doesn't add any value. Despite the fact there is an AC and heated floor, the room was cooling off at night very quickly because of the single windows and a cool draft along the walls. The ventilations were just taped around, but that obviously didn't stop the draft. No hooks in bathroom for the towels to dry (only rail inside). Also no hooks by the entrance. The closet by the entrance was only shelves - so we had to fold our coats on the shelves. After two weeks in Japan in hotels as well as apartments, it was very unusual not to have: toothbrush and toothpaste, any tea or coffee. All others had those free and convenient goodies. Also there was miscommunication about luggage forward. The staff said it can be received even if we are not in apartment and they could open the door to the lobby. But in practise it meant someone had to be in the apartment to wait for it and open the entrance door. Luckily we figured out how to order redelivery.

- Maisie (10/5): - Convenient location, tidy and easy to use all appliances and facilities. Easy check in and out, no problems whatsoever. Really enjoyed our stay here with 4 adults, roomy enough for all.
- Meishuang (7/5): Convenient location, value for money but apartment could be cleaner - Location was good, surrounded by many good restaurants and coffee joints just a stone’s throw away. Value for money and plenty of space considering the hotel rooms in Tokyo. Apartment wasn’t very clean. Dryer in bath left a very strong musty smell after being used, visible dirt on the sink in the toilet, stains on couch, bath tub was grimey and had to be scrubbed clean before use. Also did not like that host provided a dishwasher but asked guests to buy their own dishwashing tablets. Small touches go a long way. Feedback has been provided to host for future improvement.

- Giulio Umberto (10/5): Perfect - Excellent apartment, clean and with everything you need, very close to a 7Eleven and Starbucks, but also many other excellent places in the area for breakfast/lunch/dinner (personal recommendation: Izakaya Sanzoku いざかや 山賊) about 10 minutes from the G subway station (with which you can quickly reach Shibuya, Ginza and Asakusa) and the M subway station (with which you can reach Shinjuku, Tokyo Station and Ikebukuro). Self check-in is very convenient and even though it was written that the room would be ready from 4 pm, we were lucky and it was already ready at 3 pm. However, they provide a space where you can leave your bags that is only accessible to residents. When I return to Tokyo, I will stay here again!

- Aysym (8/5): - The apartment is quite spacious and conveniently located, close to metro, restaurants and convenient store. The balcony is a nice source of crisp fresh air. The heated bathroom is very nice for warm showers or drying clothes. It would be nice to have night stands with lamps and some shelves for luggage in the bedrooms. It would also be nice to have coffee and tea and some basic items for cooking just to be able to feel a little at home after a long trip.

- Wan-Wei (9/5): 雖然地點離其他熱門觀光地都有些距離，但因為離地鐵很近也還算方便。附近餐廳很多，但又離商店街一兩個街區所以很安靜。浴室滿大的洗澡很舒服，又有洗衣機能使用，適合多天居住。廚房有基本廚具，滿方便的。 - 離地鐵很近，附近應該是辦公大樓聚集，所以走一兩個街區的地方就有很多餐廳、藥妝店，但住宿的街道又非常清幽。房間乾淨且有廚房非常方便，還能洗衣晾衣，適合多天居住。浴室很大又舒適。 通道真的有點太小，行李箱難以打開，兩人交會也不太方便，還好有儲藏室可以放行李箱。房間一直有個機器運轉聲，朋友睡眠有點受影響。

The location made it easy to visit the major Tokyo locations but still be in a quiet neighborhood. We prefer staying in accommodations like this so that we can have more space to relax. The staff was very responsive and we are looking forward to returning soon.

- Giora (1/5): Don't go there!!! - Nothing We arrived at the apartment earlier, it would be better to leave our luggage. We found the cleaner sitting on the edge, and not understanding a word of English. It was pouring outside - but they wouldn't let us stay. We asked to upgrade the apartment, and the landlord was "nice" and suggested that we take another room, and pay for both.... There is no connection between the size of the room and the pictures. They were probably taken with a wide-angle lens, to give a feeling the tiny room is more spacious. It's not thirty meters, it's maybe 20 (the owners of the room may also include the long hallway at the entrance and the balcony, which is the only thing spacious in the apartment). In the three hours we were in the room until we decided to escape from there, we found used tissue paper, hairs, used and dirty slippers, and more. All the wording on the signs is blatant and insulting (both in English and Japanese with Google Translate). When we asked for more bedding so we could sleep on the sofa, the cleaner (yes... the same one who was sitting on the sofa before...) entered the corridor without knocking and tried really hard to get into the room, when of course he doesn't understand a word, and it's impossible to understand him either. To sum up - after three hours we ran away from there and looked for another apartment. After sending a complaint to "Booking" the landlord was "nice" again and agreed to refund us one night out of the three nights we paid for. You can take a look at other reviews we gave. We are usually very polite and friendly. But here... there is nothing good to say. Don't go there!!!

Et le lit était un peu dur.

- Forsberg (8/5): - Highly recommend this accommodation. Good, quiet location. Easy to get around Tokyo. Perfect for families! Two bedrooms with large beds, and the accommodation is spacious and clean! The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing we thought about was that it would have been nice to have two keys to the apartment in case you want to split up and come "home" at different times. But no big deal, just that it would have been convenient.

I didn’t like that there were more beds than space in the room. The room size is definitely not enough for 3 people, or as advertised. It is way too small to efficiently accommodate more than 2 adults. They should not have the option for more than 2 adults.

- Nicole (4/5): würde ich keinem freund empfehlen. - gute lage, 7min zu fuß zu metro, nur 1min zu kleineren Supermärkten. leider nicht sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer wurde nicht ordentlich gereinigt. das sofa und die Kissen waren fleckig. die Unterkunft sah nicht aus wie auf den Bildern, sehr spärlich eingerichtet. manche Möbel standen so im raum, dass andere schränke nicht geöffnet werden konnten.
- James (10/5): If I ever make it back to Japan, this will be high up on my list of places to stay again. - The location is amazing!!! Short walk from the station, extremely easy to find thanks to directions provided from the host. The area directly around is peaceful with easy access to some convenience stores, and a very short walk from a beautiful shrine or a very short walk back to the station area which is filled with endless restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The apartment itself is great - comfortable and has about all the amenities we could need. The bathroom and shower are excellent. I personally did not find the pillows remotely comfortable which made it hard for me to sleep, but chock that up to personal taste. Also, while clean, I think the provided bath towels are in need of replacement.
