• Lotte (5/5): Niet voor herhaling vatbaar - Mooi infinitypool Goede locatie Aan het zwembad waren maar 6 ligstoelen en amper plaats om van de zon te kunnen genieten. Bed was klein, niet comfortabel en een harde matras/ slecht kussen. Kamer is niet 1x proper gemaakt in de 5 dagen dat we er waren. Ook geen handdoeken vervangen, vuilbakken leeggemaakt, moesten zelf naar de lobby voor extra wc papier. De jongens aan de lobby waren niet heel gastvrij/ vriendelijk.

• Chouaa (3/5): Ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles malgré le Bel emplacement et la belle vue depuis la chambre - L’hôtel a un bon emplacement, pas loin du centre de bukit bintang donc super pour faire les magasins (à 10min à pieds de Petaling Street) Belle vue de la fenêtre La propreté de la chambre : la chambre n’était pas très propre. Nous avons eu à plusieurs reprises des cafards que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans la salle de bain. Personnel : Nous n’avons pas apprécié l’accueil à notre arrivé. Le gars de la réception était froid (arrivé le 18/05 au soir). Lit et isolation : concernant la chambre, le lit grinçait énormément. Il avait l’air même cassé. La pièce n’est pas bien isolée du tout, nous entendions même les discussions des voisins. Équipement : le peu d’équipement qu’il y avait n’était pas fonctionnel (le fer à repasser, la table de repassage très sale), pas de sèche cheveux, ..

• annarita (8/5): 👌🏼 - This hotel is located in a very convenient area, making it possible to reach central locations on foot, although this can sometimes be challenging due to the heat. However, there are several public transport options nearby. The hotel itself is very impressive from the outside—quite striking and visually appealing. The pool is very nice, especially in the evening or early in the morning, and a big plus goes to the gym. It’s small and spread over two floors, but it has everything needed for a complete workout, which I really appreciated. Another highlight is the terrace on the 39th floor, where you can relax and enjoy the skyline, either from the terrace itself or near the pool. On the ground floor, there is also a small shop where you can find anything you might need, and the prices are quite reasonable. Overall, I can recommend this hotel, but I would advise checking that everything in the room is properly clean, and if not, asking for it to be replaced The rooms are not bad, but honestly, they are not very clean, and the towels in particular did not seem properly cleaned.
• Kuba Rechowicz (1/5): I valued this place, but my last stay was an absolute disgrace - I valued this place, but my last stay was an absolute disgrace. Good location. Absolute nightmare. Disrespectful staff, safety issues, and broken facilities. A complete insult to returning guests. I have stayed at Ceylonz Suites multiple times (at least 5 previous bookings) and have always given high ratings. I valued this place, but my last stay was an absolute disgrace—it felt like a literal spit in the face to a loyal Genius Level 3 customer. Everything that could go wrong did, and the management's response was to lie about it. 1. Safety Hazard (Broken Door Lock): The electronic door lock was malfunctioning, flashing error codes, and not securing the room properly. My partner was extremely anxious about our safety throughout the night. A room that cannot be safely locked should not be sold. Each time we locked it, it opened by itself. 2. No Hot Water: There was zero running hot water. We couldn't even take a proper shower after a long, exhausting journey. To make matters worse, the remote control batteries were dead. The only things that worked were the electricity, the cold water, and surprisingly, a made bed. 3. Abysmal & Hostile Staff (Shafiq): When I reported the hot water issue to the front desk, the receptionist, Shafiq was unbelievably rude and dismissive. He initially told me to come back down if it didn't work. When I tried calling the property number, nobody answered. When I went back downstairs (35 floors), he completely changed his story, shrugged, and bluntly said, "Too late, they will check tomorrow." I explicitly reminded him that we only booked for ONE night and were leaving tomorrow. He didn't care at all. Helping us with the faulty/locked ground-level doors, when I came down to report the issue again, also seemed like an insulting request beyond his duties. Not to mention the receptionist advised me to call the number ASAP should there still be the issue with the water/lock but didn't bother to mention it won't connect to reception or anybody given time (around 1am). 4.

• Carlos (9/5): - Las vistas desde la habitación son expectaculares, así como la piscina en la planta 37. Mucho gusto por la decoración. Nos tocó un vecino un poco ruidoso, quizá falta aislar las habitaciones entre si. Nuestro suelo estaba levantado por alguna fuga de agua y los desagues no tiran suficiente, se queda el agua.
• jose manuel (7/5): Buenas instalaciones, pero mal el servicio de habitaciones. - Las vistas y la piscina, aunque no tiene nada más que 3 o 4 hamacas y no hay sitio donde dejar tus cosas. Solo nos pusieron una toalla persona para 4 días y no nos las cambiaron, pedimos que nos la cambiarán y no lo hicieron, tampoco nos limpiaron la habitación ningún día, los recepcionistas no hablan ni una palabra de español y deberían de tener conocimientos del tercer idioma más hablado del mundo. Tampoco había suficiente material de cocina como vasos etc.

• Alla (10/5): чистий номер, чудовий басейн - Центральне розміщення, чудовий сервіс, чистота і комфорт. Топ по співвідношенню ціна/якість. Мрію повернутись сюди наступного разу. Дитина була в захваті від басейну, правда іноді було багато людей ввечері, але о 8 ранку немає нікого. Дякую за наше чудове перебування.
• cherryl (8/5): A peaceful sanctuary within the city - I love the little reading nook by the window (we have a beautiful view of the KL tower and one of the Petronas twin towers), the kitchenette, the seamless check in and out (though the elevator can be quite crowded so take that into consideration when you plan your day), the tiny convenience store within the property is also a big plus. The toilet and shower do not have a partition so the whole bathroom is wet after each shower. The wifi is okay but the cable channels kept on freezing and the signal is lousy. Hope this gets addressed as the property is a wonderful place for a staycation and the lousy cable signal will ruin that.

• Elena (9/5): Wirklich sehr gute Unterkunft für ein paar entspannte Tage in Kuala Lumpur. - Das Hotelzimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und man hatte eine mega Aussicht aus dem Zimmer. Entgegen anderer Bewertungen und Befürchtungen, hatte ich überhaupt keine Probleme mit einem stinkenden Abfluss im Bad oder Ungeziefer, wie Kakerlaken. Der Rooftop Pool im 37. Stock war den ganzen Tag über zugänglich und auch hier hatte man wirklich eine großartige Aussicht über die Skyline von Kuala Lumpur. Direkt neben dem Pool gab es ein Restaurant mit wirklich gutem und leckerem Essen, hier muss man aber auch sagen, dass die Preise etwas teurer waren. Unten direkt neben der Rezeption gab es ebenfalls einen kleinen Mini Markt im Hotelgebäude, sodass man sich zu fast jeder Zeit noch Getränke oder auch etwas zu Essen holen konnte. Das Hotel verfügt über 4 Fahrstühle, daher kam es zu sehr geringen Wartezeiten, was wirklich komfortabel war. Die Zimmer sind leider überhaupt nicht gut isoliert. Man konnte jedes Wort der Zimmernachbarn hören. Auch wenn die Fernseher in anderen umliegenden Zimmern an waren, war es sehr laut zu hören, was wirklich nervig war. Zu der nächsten Bahnstation musste man so zwischen 10 und 15 Minuten laufen.

• Ashley Rudawska (9/5): Ekstra miejski klimat KL - Super miejsce. Praktycznie samo centrum KL, także można pokusić o pieszy spacer do Suria KLCC albo Bukit Bitang. Przyjemny pokój z pięknym widokiem. Niesamowicie fajny ogród na dachu oraz basen. Generalnie genialny stosunek jakości do ceny. Można by się przyczepić, że meble są trochę tanie i sfatygowane, ale widok z 39 piętra na miasto i możliwość posiedzenia sobie wieczorem na tarasie z widokiem na Petronas i wieżę Merdeka. Naprawdę warto. Trochę sfatygowane, tanie meble ale nie mogę za bardzo narzekać bo za pieniądze które zapłaciłam, ciężko by było znaleźć coś równie fajnego w samym KL, nie mówiąc już w Europie. W pokoju jest miejsce/przyłącze na pralkę i suszarkę. Szkoda, że jej nie było, bo chętnie zrobiłabym pranie.

And after the maintenance staff finished, the fan is still off and the left water mark. Receptionists are not better. Especially when we checked out. No hospitality at all, below standard compared to many places we have been.

• Anna-Lena (7/5): Perfekte Lage, toller Pool. Würden aber nicht nochmal buchen - Toller Pool, hervorragende Lage. Im Komplex sehr viele tolle Chill Areas und eine kleine Café Station am Eingang plus einen kleinen Supermarkt Es war nicht sauber, die Handtücher waren dreckig und haben gestunken. Zudem hatte man für zwei Personen nur jeweils ein großes Handtuch, jedes weitere hätte man bezahlen müssen. Als wir die Handtücher habe austauschen lassen, kamen neue dreckige nach. Bad war immer nass da die Dusche komplett offen war. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wird sich nicht um die Instandhaltung gekümmert

La chambre ressemble aux photos L’isolation entre les chambres et à revoir, nous pouvons entendre les voisins. Pas gênant si nos voisins sont calmes mais peut vite devenir embêtant.

Las instalaciones una pasada, lo mejor sin duda. El personal muy amable. La habitación muy cómoda. Quizá le falta un poco de cuidado al detalle a las habitaciones, pero nada grave, merece la pena calidad-precio de sobra.

• Syed Abu (7/5): Good Value for Money, Excellent location & facilities - Overall, facilities and location were good. You can get a taxi outside very easily. There is a small food shop in the lobby. View from room was excellent and comfortable sized room. Although clean and laundry fresh, there was historical staining on the bed linen and towels.

• Nicky (6/5): Prima verblijf gehad, maar ik zou niet nog eens gaan - Het hotel was goed gelegen, en op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. De fitness was ook van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht en het dakterras zijn prachtig! Er is duidelijk veel geïnvesteerd in de faciliteiten, maar minder in de kamers zelf. Zo werd je kamer niet tussentijds schoongemaakt en moest je zelf vragen om schone handdoeken en toiletpapier. Er zaten vlekken in het beddengoed, handdoeken, bekleding van de bank, etc. Het oogde wat het textiel betreft niet heel schoon.

• Hayley D (9/5): Excellent value for money - Excellent location and value for money, the rooftop pool is unreal! It was great to have the Bila Bila shop at reception. Our room was comfortable with a beautiful view. The elevators can be a bit slow but it is 39 floors so that's to be expected. Pity there is no cafe or bar in the building anymore.
