• Jablonski (8/5): - The location and service were excellent. Reception was prompt with responses and made transfer arrangements for me that addressed all my concerns. Cost was provided upfront and drivers were prompt and courteous My room was spacious as was the bathroom. Shower water pressure was good and hot. A generous and delicious breakfast was included at a nearby cafe. I knew i was to be in an annex building but for $500 / night the entrance and hallways were less than desirable. My view was marred by scaffolding and netting. Being my first visit to Rome i was uninformed of Rome hotel standards This property listed their rooms as luxury. If there are rooms available in the main hotel I would book those in the future.

• Andrew (10/5): So good that we will definitely return. - The Spagna Luxury rooms are approached via a street entrance not far from the Hotel’s reception. The premises are very secure and our room large with wonderful views. Not only was the bedroom large but there was a separate dressing area and a large and well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was taken in a small trattoria in lovely street setting with plenty of menu choice and friendly and helpful staff. The trattoria was a very short walk from our rooms and wandering down the street for breakfast also added to the experience. The rooms are located perfectly. We have been to Rome many times and this area is our optimum location as a base from which to explore. Nothing. All good. A small quibble was that a few drawers for clothes storage could have been helpful.

• Ria (9/5): Close to Spanish steps and right at the shopping area - The rooms are really big and spacious. There is also a communal kitchen and lounge area with coffee, tea and snacks. There was a weird smell in our one bathroom.

• Yasmine (8/5): So commercial - Room design and safety Its nice over all but its very commercial place as i asked them to order Taxi like I use to do with other hotels but unfortunately they kept saying after one minute it will arrive but it didn’t and I had a flight delay and after all that they took extra charge from me for them besides what I paid for the Taxi, “as the Taxi driver said”

Thank you to the staff for excellent s - The location, accommodations, the rooms are spacious and the view is spectacular. More a suggestion, it would be helpful to offer bottled water in the main area. There is nothing we did not like.

It was a large open space and the aircon was a huge plus given how hot is was. Breakfast was great just around the corner. Loved the little shared kitchenette providing tea and coffee and biscuits. • Tabitha (10/5): Would have to be the best place to stay in Rome - Everything about this property was great - staff were lovely and communicated well. The room we stayed in was very nice and big. Absolutely fantastic location right near the Spanish Steps. Only very small thing was that we didn’t realise that the check in is at a different location so when we were dropped off we had a slight panic attack. Thankfully we had the WhatsApp number and after a quick phone call we realised it was 50 metres away it was fine. After travelling for 20 hours we just wanted to get into our room so it was a slight delay.
• Grant (9/5): Great, would stay again. - This Hotel is in an excellent location. It is right on teh Piazza D'spagna, and near lots of shops and restaurants. They have recently put in doiuble glazed windows and so teh noise is not asn issue as some previous reviews have stated. The room was very spacious and there was a well stocked kitchen are outside with tea cofee and snacks. Would defintely stay here again. Only complaint was that the check in was late and they made very littel effort to hurry it up. Check In

Breakfast is done via a voucher at a near by coffee shop which offers limited list of items. Ordering nothing from the offered list and ordered a simple pouched egg on toast with avocado was told to pay for this EUR5 . They should be flexible !

• Hmai (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful view and very clean apartment - The location is perfect, right in the centre of Rome. You can go everywhere by walk. All restaurants, supermarkets, metro, ice cream shops are around within 5 minutes walk. It has an amazing view of the Spanish step. The apartment is very clean, with enough space for our family of four, bigger than most of the hotel rooms. They have a pantry with tea, coffee, and sweet treats. The staff is very friendly and helpful.We are really happy with our stay and we will be back. The only small thing that could improve is the single bed, if it is a sofa bed which we can open to a double bed then there will be more space to sleep for a family of four like us.

The location is close to all major tourist spots, perfect for city walks and surrounded by a variety of restaurants in the area. Only one key to hold not convenient for family people in and out

• Amal (10/5): I spent 3 night and love the place and will stay again with the same hotel chain - The location nothing better than it ,also the room was nice even the out side of the room there is small kitchen with a setting era you can have a cafe and small snack , the staff in the reception where so friendly and nice , the breakfast was good it was not far from the place . I was worry about the idea that the reception will be in another building , but it was not a problem at all , the tow building was so close and you will get any thing you need ,
