Se ofrece para 5 personas pero es una única habitación con dos camas de matrimonio y una supletoria de 80 cm, pequeño para dormir 5 personas. Lo segundo, el hospedador. Viajábamos con tres niños y solicitamos nos dejasen dejar la estancia el último día a las 12:00h, para q los niños se levantasen tranquilos, y nos dijeron q no, q a las 11:30h. Cuando fuimos a recoger las maletas a las 16:00 estaban limpiando la habitación, así q la verdad es q no lo entiendo.

• Fabiola (10/5): INSUPERABLE - La ubicación es insuperable, estas en plena vía del corso a 5 minutos piazza popolo, a 5 minutos de piazza spagna... a 13 minutos de fontana si trevi.. si lo que quieres es shopping, entonces también estas en el lugar ideal.!!! Volvería a quedarme ahi sin duda alguna. Sandra , super servicial y amable. La habitación impecable , comoda y con todo lo necesario, si algo te falta sandra inmediatamente se ocupa. Infinidades de restaurantes divinos alrededor. Definitivamente 10/10.

We had some troubles with the app system to get in and the key pad lock as well which was a little stressful in the heat and humidity and with kids in tow. The door issues continued the next morning too but they were very communicative about it being looked into. The elevator was also not working for our stroller but we didn’t really need it. Clean accoms, perfect for a family and we did like it very much! Recommend highly.

The wifi worked poorly quite a lot and the shower in the bathroom was a little small and sometimes the water would get cold mid-shower.

Walkable to many of Rome’s tourists attractions closest being the Spanish Steps. Staff immediately available and responsive to our needs. Daily housekeeping. We were very happy with our stay.

• ASMA (6/5): Beautiful apartment but no Wifi - The property is located at a very convenient place, very near to Spanish steps and walkable to Trevi fountain. High end shops and great restaurants near by. The apartment is clean and kept well. My only concern is almost non existing wifi. I had office work and zoom meetings to attend and because of the poor connection I wasn’t able to connect at all, missed a lot of important meetings because of this issue. Toilet seat in the bathroom was loose and wasn’t fixed until we left. If you’re someone who depends on a reliable wifi look somewhere else. I would like to return if wifi issue is resolved. The hosts should make an effort to install high speed connection.

• Liza (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Clear instructions from host about getting access to property. Booking stated bath and city view, room didn’t have either. Basic supplies like water and milk would have been a nice touch for a “superior” room .
• Carina (6/5): The location is the main selling point of this apartment. - The location was excellent and the apartment was newly refurbished and clean. Cristina was very helpful whenever we needed something. The wifi was not very good, the shower was small and the hot water would run out if more than 3 of us showered after each other. They also did not always replenish the shampoos and shower gels daily which I would expect for 500 euro per night and there was an extra charge for fresh daily towels.

Bed, was extremely comfy also, and toiletries provided were adequate. Cristina, you are an angel. Thank you for letting me fist by you at 3am whilst needing medical attention. You are like no other. Thank you for being so kind during my stay and even when I returned home to the UK. We definitely will be staying here again! The hotel itself is a perfect stone throw away from literally everything & even the metro connections! Nothing!

• Lama (6/5): Location of the apartment was excellent and the automatic check in was very convenient.The host is nice but the room was - Location of the apartment is perfect! 1- We were deceived because the AC was not cooling properly it was super Hot in the room - given the high temperature outside 40 degrees,having an AC not cooling made our stay in the room unpleasant. 2- The suite looked much better in photos. 3- lack of bathroom proper ventilation

The aircon should be a bit bigger for the big area it has to cover and the bathroom definitely needs a fan. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom and it gets very hot in there, especially in summer with temperatures going up to 38/40 degrees. 🥵

• Christina (10/5): Perfect stay! - Excellent stay. The room was very clean, modern and spacious enough. Hotel quality linens, and fixtures. Coffee machine and kettle with tea and coffee in the room, and a small number of eating utensils (plates, forks etc) There was also a fridge and safe in the room, and iron and ironing board provided on request. Room cleaned daily and host very responsive throughout the stay for any and all issues. Location was excellent, right in the heart of Rome. Overall, it was a hotel-like experience, just without a front desk. Would recommend 100%

Christine was very helpful and professional. The room is small but modern. The towels and bedding are of good quality. This suite is only suitable for 1 or 2 people. I highly recommend this property. The only small complaints was that there was no small microwave oven and no soap or cloths for cleaning dirty cups and plates.
