Ahmed (3/5): Disappointing - Location, view Bathroom smelled very bad since the second I entered, tried to complain but nothing happened, I had a BB confirmed reservation but both days I was stopped in the restaurant because their sheet shows I have to pay, I had to go back to the reception every time to solve it, mattress and pillows are old and not comfortable, breakfast items were very basic .

Cristina (8/5): A fost ok per total. - Ne-a plăcut la cazare ca ne-au oferit camera la etajul 11 și am avut o priveliște super frumoasă. Personalul foarte amabil, mereu săritori să ne ajute cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Ce nu ne-a plăcut a fost ca, pernele nu-s așa comode, a fost cam frig în cameră deoarece ușa de la balcon nu se închidea super bine și a trebuit să stăm cu aerul condiționat pornit pentru a fii cald. Restaurantul are o mâncare de nota 6, în schimb prețurile sunt foarte mari, meniul nu e diversificat, am fost nevoiți să mâncăm o dată la hotel și nu am fost încântați

Abdulraouf (8/5): الفندق يصلح للاستجمام والهدوء - الفندق جميل وهادي والموقع ممتاز وقريب من محطة المترو مناسب للسعر وتوجد في الاستقبال موظفة من جنسية صوماليه تتكلم بالعربي والإنجليزية متعاونه وخدومه ويظن موظف تركي اسمه محمد متعاون ايضاً لوحظ وجود تلاعب في الأسعار داخل مطعم الفندق، حيث يتم مضاعفة السعر في حال عدم إتقان الزبون للغة، بالإضافة إلى وجود تغيير في المبلغ أثناء الدفع عبر البطاقة. وهذا يُعد غشًا وتدليسًا واضحًا، وهو أمر غير مقبول قانونيًا ولا أخلاقيًا. كما نُذكّر بأن: أي مال يتم أخذه بهذه الطريقة يُعتبر مالًا حرامًا شرعًا، لأنه قائم على الغش والخداع خصوصاً موظف مطعم لايحضرني اسمه

Haji Dizaji (10/5): All is perefect - The room was very clean as we saw it on the booking application. also, Mrs Aynur who was cleaning our room was very kind and hardworking. she is very professional in her job. In total, everything was perfect. thanks a lot there wasn’t any major thing to mention. just one thing I can note, the pillows can be smell much better than they are. they smelled a bit disinfectants.

Im zweiten Zimmer fiel nachts die Heizung aus bzw. die Klimaanlage fürs heizen und kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Im dritten Zimmer war es auch sehr laut das die Fenster nicht dicht waren.

Tobson19684 (6/5): - Tolles Team im Restaurant immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Zimmer immer sauber! Komfort der Zimmer gut und zeitgemäß. Modernes Viertel zum Ausgehen und ÖPNV in der Nähe. Team an der Rezeption ist nicht kunden- oder serviceorientiert. Tut nur das nötigste, es wird immer auf Vorgesetze verwiesen, Zusagen werden nicht eingehalten. Rechnungsstellung für Dienstreisen ist hier eine Katastrophe. Für Business-Trips nicht zu empfehlen. Da ist man von anderen BW-Hotels besseren Service gewohnt. Durch diesen Umstand passt hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht.

Breakf - Amazing balcony views, the location is not in tight place which is great to avoid major traffic and delays. The cooling in the hotel is not the best. Split units faced a problem, which resulted in changing my room. Nevertheless, the air from the balcony door did the job when needed.

Rany (10/5): Best hotel ever - This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s in an amazing location everything is nearby. There’s a strip mall not even a 2 min drive from there filled with amazing restaurants of all kinds. The blue mosque is 10 mins away, grand bazaar is 12 mins away airport is about 35-40 mins. Beautiful rooms. Very clean, the staff are very friendly and polite and anything you need is brought to you very fast! We’re a family of 4. Toddler and baby my toddler had his own twin bed and they brought my baby a crib. We all slept comfortably and the kids were happy. A win win for all!
Carly (9/5): Restorative and very nice. - I chose this property because it was on the water and had an amazing bathtub with a sea view. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I really appreciate their work. I was coming into town for surgery so this was the perfect place to heal and rest.

Alain (6/5): - Certes, l'ensemble du personnel est accueillant et disponible, l'hôtel est propre mais de gros problèmes techniques nous ayant contraint de changer de chambre sur proposition du responsable de l'hôtel pour une chambrd plus grande avec vue sur la mer depuis le 13ème étage, que je remercie mais malheureusement le problème n'a pas été réglé, bien au contraire....!!!!! La climatisation ne fait que produire de la chaleur au lieu du froid et fait un bruit insupportable, obligeant à l'arrêter ( 2 chambres, même problème ). Odeur insupportable dans les toilettes et pour finir une carte de choix de plats au restaurant de l'hôtel très très limitée nous obligeant àdéjeunerou dîneràl'extérieur. Vraiment dommage....!!!
Falis (10/5): Exceptional - From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcome. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and had such a peaceful vibe. But what really made it special was the staff - so warm, kind, and genuinely caring. They made me feel like part of the family. I honestly didn’t want to leave. Especially Umut and Khalid were so professional and welcoming and helped us with everything we needed and made the stay so much better. We’ll DEFINITELY come back.
