- Esther (9/5): Un lloc excel.lent per quedar-te a Roma i anar a peu a tot arreu. - Ens va encantar el lloc, la situació és excel.lent per explorar Roma a peu. Sortir cada dia de l'hotel i haber de passar per davant del Castell de Sant Angelo per començar la ruta és un luxe. El lloc està molt net, l'entrada és autònoma 100%, i en tot moment estàn pendents de tu per whatsApp per saber si tens peticions, inclús amb l'esmorzar. No puc dir res negatiu. Potser l'entrada autònoma per gent gran una mica més complicada, si no estàs gaire habituat a l'ús del mòbil, però entenc que en aquest cas els anfitrions t'ajudarien. La veritat és que res negatiu a dir.

- Natascha (9/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und schön eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber Lorenzo ist sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Die Sicht aus dem Schlafzimmer war auf die Hauptstrasse und etwas lärmig.

El apartamento es muy bonito ya que aunque cuente con los elementos básicos resulta amplio, suelo de madera que lo hace acogedor y muy luminoso, una finca regia preciosa con vistas a un jardín. El titular pendiente de todo nos enviaba mensajes. Sin duda 100% recomendable. Uno de los dos baños solo uno es completo (ducha) y el sofá cama del comedor es individual, pero es cierto que debería haberme fijado mejor o preguntarlo al hacer la reserva, mea culpa. El resto todo super!!

- monica (5/5): Middels sted ,enkel frokost uten egg , sentral beliggenhet. - Det var sentralt og kort veg til severdigheter. Nydelige farger på interiøret. Det var spisesteder i nabolaget. Hjelpsom personale. Det var mye informasjon man måtte fylle ut før man kom med passnummer etc. ikke bemannet så vi slet med innsjekking og få opp link vi hadde fått som skulle låse opp dørene. Verten var heldigvis hjelpsom. Utsjekk / gjensetting av bagasje kun til kl . 16.00. Vannet i dusjen ble ikke ordentlig varmt og døra inn til badet kunne ikke lukkes ordentlig.

Lots of good places to eat. Very helpful staff. Lorenzo was able to let us leave luggage for a few hours after checking out which gave us the opportunity to see some more of Rome’s sights. Highly recommend. Nothing.

Easy walking to the Castle San Angelo, Vatican, great local restaurant (Sorpasso vin cafe cucina) that was recommended by the property manager (fantastic gnocchi) and very short walk to Te Caffe’ for a great cappuccino or flat white and quick breakfast. If up for a longer walk, you could get to colosseum etc but quick taxi if not. Get the Freenow by Lyft app for taxi’s. Lorenzo (property mgr) was very attentive and welcoming! Perfect location for a 3 night stay traveling with 3-4 people. You’re in the city so expect traffic noise til late at night.

- Daniela (8/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft! - • sehr schönes Zimmer • toller Frühstücksservice • einfaches Einchecken, sehr gute Kommunikation über WhatsApp • gute Lage (neben der Engelsburg, nicht weit vom Petersdom) Die Unterkunft liegt nahe einer großen Straße, daher ist es etwas lauter. Mit geschlossenem Fenster war es viel ruhiger zum Schlafen. Wer mag kann die Klimaanlage benutzen (brauchten wir im März nicht).

- Liesen (9/5): - Super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden und sehr einfach zu erreichen vom Flughafen mit dem Shuttle Bus, der in der Parallelstraße fährt. Das Hotel hat alles, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht. Wir haben vom Hotel aus alles zu Fuß erkundet. Check-in und Öffnung der Türen über die App haben immer einwandfrei funktioniert. Lorenzo ist ein super Gastgeber! Er hat nicht nur auf unsere Anfrage Brot zum Frühstück besorgt, sondern auch für den Geburtstag meines Partners ein kleines Gebäck und eine Kerze auf unserem Frühstückstisch vorbereitet. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack leider sehr hart.

- Manuela (10/5): Schöne Wohnung in super Lage - Es handelt sich um eine sehr große und geräumige Wohnung. Sehr sauber, mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ein fach top! Direkt hinter der Engelsburg. Wir waren fast nur zu fuß unterwegs und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Bequeme Betten und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Frühstück wäre verfügbar gewesen, haben wir aber nicht genutzt, weil wir sehr zeitig gestartet sind und dann immer unterwegs frühstücken waren. Es gibt nur öffentliche Parkplätze, was aber in ganz Rom ziemlich aussichtslos ist. Der Bus vom Flughafen hält aber nur wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt.

- Shirzat (10/5): If you’re looking for a convenient, safe, and comfortable place, this guesthouse is an excellent choice - This guesthouse is about a 10-minute walk from Castel Sant’Angelo, and about a 15-minute walk to St. Peter’s Square. The room is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The atmosphere is safe, and the host is very welcoming, making the stay truly enjoyable The breakfast is relatively simple and not too abundant; the metro station is also a bit farther, about a 10-plus-minute walk. However, even so, I still think the place is absolutely worth it!

- Silvia (8/5): Lo terrò sicuramente in considerazione per i prossimi soggiorni! - Ho apprezzato molto la stanza, ben fornita di tutto il necessario, la centralità della struttura, poter gestire in piena autonomia gli ingressi nel palazzo tramite telefono e il fatto che lo staff si sia attrezzato bene per la colazione sapendo la mia intolleranza al lattosio, mi sono sentita davvero accolta e li ringrazio moltissimo per questo!! Non so se già in possesso ma sarebbe utile in caso dotare la struttura di un distributore automatico in caso si voglia acquistare dell’acqua o simili.

The location was great so close to Vatican City and wonderful restaurants! Lorenzo & Giulio were wonderful hosts! We loved everything!!
- Ange (9/5): Très beaux appartements proches du centre historique - Très bel immeuble avec des chambres décorées avec goût, spacieuses et confortables. Le cadre est idéal pour rayonner vers les sites historiques du centre de Rome. L'accueil et le support client se font à distance mais notre contact était toujours disponible. Nous enlevons un point pour l'isolation phonique qui reste moins bonne que dans d'autres hôtels. On entendait des éclats de voix et la télévision chez un voisin, sans que cela ne nous empêche de dormir - mais le calme n'était pas total.

- Mats (7/5): Centralt belägen lägenhet i lugnt område - Lägenheten låg centralt men ändå var det lugnt i området. Nära till Peterskyrkan och gångavstånd till tunnelbana. Smidig incheckning digitalt, bra när vi kom sent. Bra dialog med värden som hörde av sig och frågade hur det gick under veckan Skulle vara att det var lite ojämn nivå på sängarna. en del hårda en del mjuka. men inget jätteproblem. Hade lite problem med en sensor i sovrummet som pep till ibland under natten som jag vaknade av de två första nätterna.

- Henk (9/5): Uitstekend appartement, mooi, verzorgd en prima locatie. - Prima gelegen. Rustige straat en toch direct bij restaurants, het Vaticaan en de bruggen om naar het oud stadsgedeelte te gaan. We hebben alles te voet gedaan. Mooi appartement met hoge plafonds, veel ruimte en alles netjes. Leuk voor met een gezin van 4. De mooie lift was authentiek. Het gebouw mooi en alles proper onderhouden. Zeer vlotte en vriendelijke communicatie. Voor de 5de persoon was het extra bedje niet zo comfortabel.
- Анастасия (8/5): Затишний варіант в дуже мальовничому місці - В цілому враження від номеру позитивні, світла, достатня за площею кімната з неймовірним виглядом з вікна, можна зробити багато інстаграмних фото. Гарна шумоізоляція, вночі дуже тихо. Дуже зручне місцезнаходження, легко знайти, електронні ключі і кодовий замок роблять заселення дуже легким і швидким. Сніданок в цьому ж загальному приміщенні, різноманітний. В кафе окремо тільки такий сніданок обійдеться по 20-25 євро на особу. Продукти дуже свіжі, соки, мʼясні, сирні і молочні вироби, хліб, круасани чудової якості з досить високої цінової категорії. В листопаді було вже досить прохолодно в кімнаті, але дуже виручили дві теплі ковдри, то ми не змерзли. У ванній електрична сушка для рушників, також швидко стало значно тепліше. Єдиний суттєвий мінус (але на скільки ми зрозуміли, що в Італії з цим особливо не переймаються), це пліснява в душі, її досить багато і це дає ще неприємний запах. Регулярно прибирати там спеціальними засобами не склало б труднощів, буквально 10 хвилин, а враження від помешкання було б приємнішим.

- Barbra (7/5): Love the location and efficient staff. - The location is great. The room is well sized and easy access when we arrived late at night. Staff very helpful and quick to response to any requirements. Room looks a little run down, needs a bit of an “uplift” with basic maintenance. Cleanliness is good but could be better.
