Il ragazzo della reception si è impegnato davvero molto per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze, la stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato era spaziosa e di bell’aspetto, il prezzo molto onesto. In aggiunta, la posizione della struttura è perfetta, a pochi minuti da piazza Taksim. Ce ne siamo andate con nostalgia perché Luna suites ci ha fatte sentire a casa. Grazie ragazzi alla prossima!

• Rosida Anjani Safitri (7/5): awesome stay - we booked the room with balcony, the room is large with double bed and single bed, a room for 3. the room is clean, the facility is great, the balcony is not that clean which is understandable. the room is on the 3rd floor, there are no elevator only stairs, since I come with my mom, the receptionist ask me if I want to change the room in the first floor, considering maybe it's too hard for my mom to go upstairs, the receptionist is so nice, but we refuse, since we want the room with balcony. They also help us to carry the luggage to 3rd floor we stay for 3 days but there are no housekeeping offer to clean our room during 3 day stays, no water bottle refill and also changing towel. Also the stairs is very narrow, it's quiet scary to go up or down using the stairs.

Las habitaciones eran muy chicas, bastante precarias (el colchón estaba como vencido de un lado) el baño es muy chico, estaba limpio pero desgastado. En general estaba todo soportable pero en malas condiciones.

No informan que el acceso a las habitaciones es a través de una escalera de caracol estrecha.. muy difícil subirlas... Y conmigo iba una persona de la 3ra edad... Fue un sacrifico para ella subir y bajar esas escaleras... El último día estuve sin agua en el baño.. al parecer por una falla en el sector... El hotel no cuenta con reserva de agua para las habitaciones... Hice Chek-out... Y aún no había agua en el baño... Tuve que optar por comparar agua en botellas para poder ducharme..
• Arsen (1/5): Номер воняет, персонал ужасный, не советую ! - Ничего. Забронировал номер большой и просторный с балконом, дали мелкий номер без балкона. После моего возмущения переселили в соседний отель где комната была маленькая но с балконом, сказали другие номера не убраны. Несколько дней до приезда и во время моего пребывания не было воды , персонал не удосужился даже воду в бутылках предоставить, полное безразличие персонала. Так как забронировал за пару дней они не сообщили о проблемах с водой в отеле, Booking стоило бы о таких важных вещах сообщать, сидеть и молиться в отеле чтобы дали воду такое себе удовольствие. Бываю в Стамбуле несколько раз в год на протяжении долгих лет и этот отель и персонал худшие из всех! Номера пыльные, неухоженные. Из душевой воняет так как будто в трубах что то разлагается. Номер на двоих но набор полотенец был на одного человека. Все не понравилось . Персонал ужасный , таких нанимать на работу это портить себе репутацию. Местоположение отличное, Таксим очень люблю и отель находится в очень удобном месте .

• Natasha (3/5): اگ مجبور نبودم نمیموندم - صبحانه که نداشت حتی ۱لیوان آب هم ب من ندادند هیچ چیز چشم گیری نداشت فقط اینکه تو خیابون نمونی همینقدر بود از کوچه اش تاکسی تا جلو در هتل نمیتونه بره برای برگشت هم هیچ تاکسی قبول نمیکنه بیاد اونجا باید کلی راه با چمدون بری تا تاکسی پیدا کنی

• Verified traveler (2/5): HORRIBLE FOYEZ ! - Nous sommes arrivés à l hôtel à 14h comme convenu. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée est vétuste. nous voulions prendre une douche à l arrivée dans la chambre car nous avions fait de la route. La salle de bain est en mauvais état les joints de salle de bain dont noir les toilettes avec la cuvette cassée obligé de la tenir pour faire ses besoins mais le pire c est qu il n y a pas d eau ni dans les toilettes ni dans la douche on a voulu prévenir le l employé à l accueil mais il n était plus la. après une longue attente on décide de ne pas gâcher la journée et d aller découvrir la ville. Au retour dans la soirée nous informons l agent d accueil du manque d eau ce dernier repond qu il y a eu une panne générale du réseau turque. Le lendemain matin réveil à 9 h et toujours pas d eau pour se doucher nous prévenons le même agent qui s en dénier nous regarder nous répond les yeux rivées sur son portable qu il n y a pas d eau. Visiblement ils avaient prévus des bouteilles d eau car il y en avait quelques pacs à l accueil mais l employé ne nous les a même pas proposé. La cerise sur le gâteau c est qu à 11h20 il a frappé à la Porte de la chambre pour nous prévenir qu il fallait partir hors nous avons payé jusqu à 12h nous avons fait des milliers d hôtel mais c est la 1 er fois Qu on nous demande de partir et surtout avant l heure. N allez surtout pas dans cet hôtel ou il n y a pas une once d humanité
• Ramsey (3/5): Really unpleasant… - Absolutely nothing!! This place was quite frankly awful.. the mattresses were too small for the bed frame so they were constantly shifting! The sheets were too small for the mattress!! The noise and cigarette smoke coming in our room all night was awful! And the A/C didn’t work… I don’t know how it’s gotten good ratings in the best! A real disaster!!

• Anna (9/5): Good value for money - The location is great, Taksim Square is a 2min walk (with plenty of shops, cafes and beautiful places of interest) There’s an airport line bus station nearby as well It’s located in an old authentic building There is a tea kettle, a fridge, good Wi-Fi and an AC in the room So it’s a perfect and cheap place to stay for a couple of nights to explore the city The bathroom is tiny There’s no elevator in the building as it’s old and the stairs are quite steep.

• Kais (8/5): I recommend - You get what you pay for. A great location a few minutes away from taksim square (mostly a flat surface). The place is calm no nightclubs near. The personnel is helpful. And the rooms are clean and tidy. There are three stories with no lift (if that’s important for you) The view from the rooms is not good. The rooms are a little bit on the small side
