• ABDALLAH (8/5): موقع رائع وفريق عمل متعاون - الموقع رائع وتقدر تنطلق منه الى جميع الوجهات السياحية، قريب اكسفورد ستريت 10 دقائق مشي ، محطة القطار تبعد دقيقتين، محطة الباص مقابل السكن مباشرة طاقم العمل متعاون جدا كل الشكر لـ Mr.Shabir السرير نوعا ما صغير ، ولكن يفي بالغرض لقضاء إجازة قصيرة بشكل عام لا تعتبر سلبية كبيرة

• Anand Shankar (5/5): For the price we paid, we would expect better quality bedding - The apartment was clean and location was good as it is next to metro and bus stops. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible, we had a bad sleep all of the days. The bedsheets and pillow covers were synthetic which we found very uncomfortable. Secondly, the bathroom smelled of oil, especially the towels, and smell was there the whole stay which wasn’t nice.

• roberta (10/5): Appartamento perfetto per 4 gg a Londra - Posizione ottima, a 50mt dalla fermata metro Edgware Road e la fermata bus esattamente sotto, con 3 linee che portano in centro in 15 min. È in una via piena di negozi e ristoranti, supermercato Mac e Starbucks vicini. La casa è accessoriata al minimo ma con l’essenziale. La comunicazione con Rishad è stata ottima e veloce. La strada è molto trafficata e l’appartamento proprio al primo piano, ma con i tappi si dorme e alle 24 comunque era tutto chiuso e si dorme senza problemi.

• Ben (10/5): - The location was very central close to a lot of the attractions we wanted to see. Close to the tube station and two bus stops directly outside made it very accessible to arrive from Heathrow airport. The host was very friendly and allowed us to check in early for free.

• Candice (8/5): Pratique et bien situé - L’avantage principal de l’appartement est sa localisation : à seulement 20 min du centre et de la gare St Pancras et situé dans un quartier très agréable et avec toutes les commodités, c’est le choix parfait pour une visite de Londres. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Le logement en lui même est pratique et cosy. Quelques petits bémols: nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la machine à café. Nous aurions apprécié avoir quelques capsules de café et un peu de thé à disposition, la cuisine ne disposait pas des basiques (sel, poivre, huile). L’appartement n’est pas très bien isolé et nous entendions les bruits de la rue, en particulier les sirènes, et nous entendions les voisins très nettement. Enfin, nous avions régulièrement une odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain.

• farida (5/5): - Niets De tweepersoonsbed is niet voor 2 personen bedoeld. Het is een kleine bed. De slaapbank is niet comfortabel. Er is enorm veel geluid van buiten waardoor je niet kunt slapen.

Expérience absolument incroyable. Personnel très disponible et à l’écoute. L‘appartement était jolie et propre avec plein d’équipement à disposition. Je recommande à 100 % ! Merci d’avoir contribué à notre bien-être durant notre week-end.

• A (7/5): Mooie locatie, schoon, maar veel overlast - De locatie. Perfecte ligging om London te verkennend. Het hele gebouw bevat omgebouwde appartementen voor de verhuur. De appartementen zijn er over verschillende etages met flinke trappen. Als je op de eerste verdieping slaapt krijg je alle beweging over de hal met de koffers en geluid van vakantiegangers terwijl de deuren niet licht en geluidsdicht zijn. Het appartement waar waar wij verbleven was heel slecht geïsoleerd waardoor zowel kou als geluid heel storend waren. De ramen stonden aan warmtepompen en aircos wat voor constante geluidsoverlast zorgde. Daarnaast was er geen luchtcirculatie door het appartement in bijvoorbeeld de slaapkamer waardoor het altijd of te warm was of te koud. Voor het geld dat we hebben betaald verwacht je wel betere faciliteiten.
• Simone (5/5): Straßenlärm raubt einen den Schlaf - Das Apartment war geräumig und hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Leider fehlten so kleine Lampen, da es nur das Deckenlicht gab und das war sehr grell. Man kann Nachts nicht schlafen, da die Straße so belebt ist und es nur eine einfache Verglasung ist. Wir hatten in der Nacht das Gefühl mit weit geöffneten Fenstern zu schlafen, weil es extrem laut ist. Das Sofa ist nicht zum schlafen geeignet. Belegung des Apartments meiner Meinung nach höchstens für 2 Personen…

• Ewelina (9/5): - Lokalizacja, bliskość metra, w okolicy dużo marketów i innych sklepów spożywczych, czystość apartamentu i samej klatki, wyposażenie kuchenne we wszystko co potrzebne, wygodne łóżka również to w salonie, ładne pościele i ręczniki. Była suszarka na pranie, deska do prasowania, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, zapas kapsułek do zmywarki i pralki. Pomocny i gościnny gospodarz. Było mało takich rzeczy np. tylko powitalna rolka papieru toaletowego (byłyśmy tam we trzy na tydzień), denerwowała znikająca telewizja, chyba była internetowa i czasami był sygnał a czasami nie, hałas z tak ruchliwej ulicy jest normą ale są wstawione dobre trzyszybowe okna i to daje dużo, gorzej jest pewnie latem w takiej lokalizacji.

Men kun til gengæld ringe og skrive alt for meget om hvornår vi ville tjekke ud. Lejligheden er fin, men lidt klaustrofobisk med soveværelet, mangler hygge. Kun loftslamper.

• asma (9/5): نظيفة ومجددة والموظف متعاون - الشقه نظيفة ومجددة ، مناسبة لشخصين اوسع عن بقية الغرف الي تحصلها، غرفة النوم صح صغيره بس افضل انها معزولة عن غرفة المعيشة والمطبخ.. دورة المياه فيها شطاف مناسبه للعرب. تنزل مباشره في شارع العرب، هو المكان الي ما حبيته بس حلو في بقالات ومطاعم عربية في الشارع كامل المطبخ متكامل فيه كل شيء، وفيه غسالة، بس آلة القهوة ما في كبسولات لها. الشقة قريبة من الهايد بارك، تقريباً 10 دقايق مشي. في محطة باص قدام باب الشقة، وفيه محطة ميترو قريب جداً.. الشقة في الطابق الأول وما فيها لفت الموظف كان متعاون وعطانا تشيك ان قبل موعد الدخول على س11. نوافذ غرفة المعيشة مفتوحة على سطح وفيها معدات التكييف وغيرها، لذلك ما تقدر تفتحها.. وشارع العرب ما حلو.

• Tomoko (9/5): 便利。キッチンも洗濯機もあってリビングも広くすごしやすかった。 - ロケーションがとても便利 スペースがひろい インテリアがシンプルでおしゃれ 洗濯機も電子レンジも冷蔵庫もあり、体調が悪かったので部屋で過ごす時間が多かったのでとてもよかった 窓がない（あるが、外の景色が全く見えない） エレベーターがない 周辺が中東街でちょっと雰囲気が珍しい感じだった 途中で、部屋から水漏れしているかもしれないといわれて不在中だったのでおどろいた。結局不在中にスタッフが入室して確認、何事もなかったといわれたが、急に他人が入室することになってすこし不快だった

• AURELIE (8/5): Appartement sympa et bien situé - Appart bien situé, à 150m de la station de métro edgware road et dans un quartier animé avec resto rapide, starbuck, arrêt de bus à la porte. A 100m d'un market MS et de plein de petites épiceries. Lieu à 10-15min des lieux touristiques. Appartement propre avec le necessaire pour une semaine. Lit (2 places) confortable en 140. Téléviseur avec Netflix et amazone primé. Linge de maison fourni avec les produits pour la vaisselle. Le lit secondaire est bien pour un enfant ou pour dépanner. Il n'est pas très confortable. Un balai ou un aspirateur balai aurait été parfait pour une semaine. La rue est animée donc bruyante mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, avec les boules quies, c'est parfait.
• Abdullah (6/5): تجربه حلوه بس ما اتوقع راح اعيدها - الشقة حجمها كويس وفيها مكيف ودفايه ومطبخ كامل واجهزة كهربائية 1 - غرفة النوم ضيقة والسرير صغير 150 ف 200 بس يمشي الحال لان الشقه وسيعه وفيه سرير ثاني متصل بالكنبه اللي ف الصاله 2- الحمام مافيه تصريف يعني تتروش المويه تعبي الحمام بسرعه وبرضو مغسله المطبخ مسدوده 3- في الليل توصل ريحة الدخان من الدكاكين اللي تحت العماره تصحيني من النوم مرات

Die Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter im Vorwege sowie die Übergabe war super und hat perfekt geklappt. Vielen Dank Die Wohnung liegt direkt an viel befahrenen Straßen und ist auch nachts recht laut. Kann auch sein, dass wir einen ungünstigen Zeitpunkt hatten, in der es nachts sehr viel hupende Autos gab.

Comfortable bed and quality linen. Nice table to work at. At least 3 large supermarkets within 2min walk as well as tube station, so perfect location. Even at this busy location the apartment was super quiet. Host met me at apartment to show me everything and was very kind and super responsive to messages. I would recommend this apartment and will definitely use again when in London

• Nadia (9/5): Superb - The host was very accommodating in allowing for early check in by noon as well as late check out by 1pm. Very smooth stay. Place is cozy and clean. Small details can further add to comfort like cooking spoons / spatulas etc, hooks on the bathroom door to hang clothes / towels.

• Jiacong (3/5): Poor - Location: Close to bus stops and metro stations. The host kindly agreed to accept our luggage drop-off 2 hours before the standard check-in time. Noise: The walls are thin and you can clearly hear activity from upstairs and neighboring units; The building's AC external units are also positioned directly outside the windows (Flat 1), and unfortunately the "triple-glazed, soundproof windows" don't effectively reduce the noise levels. Floor: The flooring is delaminating in several spots. Bedroom: The bedroom is stuffy with the door closed, but noisy with it open.

It was a short walk to Lords Cricket grounds as well as Paddington Station, Hyde Park and Oxford Street. It was very clean and modern. It was lovely and quiet - we didn’t hear any traffic or street sounds. We were very grateful for the complimentary early check in which was a big bonus! There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property.

• Amelia (10/5): Exceptional - The facilities and overall apartment look exactly like in the pictures. The fact that the toilet has bidet is such a bonus especially for Asians like me. It was comfortable, everything worked fine; the kitchen, the bathroom and all. The staff was also helpful in answering and accommodating our inquiries. The location was good, walking distance to the tube, tesco express, halal restaurants and marts. But like other people mentioned, it can be noisy sometimes with the blarring sounds of ambulance or police cars. Take note that apartments in london is quite small and this is not an exception especially with all the facilities they try to include in. However, it was still a great place to stay. One thing that may be an issue to people who have back problems is that their bed mattress is too soft, might not provide adequate support to the spine. Everything else was fine!
• Amina (6/5): Pleasant - Arabic halal resturants We were not told that the building has no lift, and we had to carry our heavy luggage the second floor. A lot of noise from the street (people, car honking, police & ambulance sirens) all the time. Flat is hot & Air conditioning was not working for the first two days and despite complaining, the owner did not act fast to fix it!!!? . For the amount of money we paid we expected a better treatment & facilities. The bedroom extremely small and the bed is pushed towards the wall and the bed is not comfortable and too small to accommodate two people. Sofa bed is not comfortable.

• Tahseen (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, right across from a bus stop and near Edgware Road Underground station—super convenient! The apartment was very spacious with a powerful heating system that kept it warm and cozy. Everything was clean, well-kept, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The washing machine was also incredibly helpful during our stay. The host and cleaner were lovely and made the experience even better. However, I’d recommend staying in a room not facing the road as it can get quite loud. Also, the towel racks heat up very quickly and can get extremely hot, so be cautious. Overall, still a great stay!

No one ever answered several requests about late checkeout og dripping ac-unit. We'll choose a more friendly area and hosts

Very helpful host who gave us early check in and answered our messages promptly. All perfect! Strongly recommended.

• sean (8/5): - The apartments appear to be newly renovated with care and provided a very comfortable place. There is no front desk at the facility. They have installed windows with good soundproofing, but Edgeware Road is very active and might not be the best choice for people who are very light sleepers. Bottom line is that I would stay there again.

• AARON (8/5): - The property was immaculately clean and in excellent condition, boasting modern furniture and a well-equipped kitchenette that contributed to the overall cozy ambiance of the unit. Located in the bustling "Little Beirut" area of London, the unit is on a lively street with many Middle Eastern cuisine options. While the host has no control over the external noise, as previous reviews rightly noted, the significant street noise. Notably, there is a small restaurant and a hookah bar directly below the unit, with patrons often gathered outside until around midnight. Really, the biggest disturbance there was the noise from a group of what appeared to be the same group of cars repeatedly circling the block, revving their engines and causing their mufflers to backfire. This may be a one-off, but it happened all 4 nights we stayed starting midweek and seemed like the "cool" thing to do on the block. Despite these disturbances, this unit offers excellent value for younger visitors, heavy sleepers, or those accustomed to urban environments and not bothered by the hustle and bustle.

Extremely central and we had 2 bus stops right in front of the apartments as soon as we step out. 2 super markets on the road which was a blessing for us as we were travelling with our 7 year old. Very lively area and just 5 to 7 minutes from all the key places in bus. Also the tube station is just few steps away.. loved the apartment. Clean, neat , with all the necessary amenities inside. Best 👌
• Jack (8/5): Very good - Easy access to underground. Chose because on the trainline to Wimbledon. Street traffic is very noisy.
