luisa (10/5): Consigliato! - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento nei pressi del Molo Beverello e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. La posizione è comodissima, perfetta sia per visitare Napoli sia per raggiungere facilmente il porto e i mezzi pubblici. L’appartamento era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Esperienza molto positiva, lo consiglio sicuramente a chi vuole soggiornare a Napoli in una posizione strategica!

Laura (5/5): - Personale gentile, disponibile e sempre reperibile al telefono, pulizie e cambio biancheria quotidiani, sorveglianza garantita, ottima posizione della camera, molto centrale. serratura della porta della camera difettosa, sistema di riscaldamento rumoroso e fastidioso durante la notte, vasca idromassaggio non funzionante, ma soprattutto pericolosa la posizione degli scalini della vasca idromassaggio, troppo vicini rispetto al gradino per accedere al bagno: rischio di inciampare sul primo scalino e andare a sbattere col la testa sugli altri poco distanti. per evitare ciò, abbiamo collocato delle sedie davanti agli scalini della vasca idromassaggio, in modo da scongiurare questo pericolo.

Annamaria (7/5): - Stanza confortevole e ben arredata, praticamente in centro Box doccia pieno di calcare con binari anneriti,vetro sul balcone rotto e sistemato alla meglio con lo scotch ma non abbiamo avuto mai la possibilità di aprirlo per il ricambio dell' aria nella stanza o per affacciarci. Nota dolente un rumore insopportabile ed intermittente che proveniva dal muro adiacente al balcone.Non siamo riusciti a capire cosa fosse e quale apparecchiatura azionasse ma ci ha impedito praticamente di dormire poiché si sentiva anche di notte.

Daniele (8/5): Soggiorno tutto sommato comodo e piacevole, seppur migliorabile. - Camera molto spaziosa, idromassaggio comodissimo, sauna un po’ meno, ma nel complesso sistemazione comoda e funzionale. La pulizia può essere migliorata, doccia da riparare, manca porta di chiusura quindi è molto facile, in queste condizioni, ricschiare di allagare il bagno.

Antonio Pio (9/5): Oasi di puro relax nel centro di Napoli - L'appartamento è moderno, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio e dotato di ogni comfort, ma il vero pezzo forte è senza dubbio la vasca idromassaggio. Dopo una giornata passata a camminare tra le meraviglie di Napoli, immergersi nell'idromassaggio è stato un lusso incredibile: spaziosa, pulitissima e facile da usare. L'atmosfera della casa è intima e accogliente, ideale per una fuga romantica. Anche la posizione è ottima, vicina a tutto ma lontana dal caos. L'host è stato gentilissimo, facendoci trovare tutto il necessario per un soggiorno indimenticabile. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia coccolarsi un po'!"

daniela Silvia (7/5): - Posizione ottima, personale gentilissimo e pronto a consigliare e gestire eventuali richieste, davvero molto disponibile. Stanza ampia con cucinotto ben attrezzato adatto a una famiglia con bimbi piccoli. Il materasso era davvero molto scomodo, si creava una conca che non permetteva di dormire bene, un memory ma direi sfondato. La vasca in stanza non era agibile (motivo per cui avevamo scelto questa struttura e non è stato possibile cambiare stanza perché la struttura era piena. Staff però molto carino nel provare a trovare una soluzione). I bagni erano puliti ma il silicone si era scurito a causa dell’umidità e creava quell’effetto “muffa” un po’ sgradevole.. consiglierei di rivedere le rifiniture per rendere la stanza più piacevole. Scrivo questi commenti a fini di miglioramento del servizio.. a parte questi difetti io assolutamente consiglierei di soggiornare qui.

Giampaolo (5/5): Peccato. - La posizione dell'hotel, la gentilezza dello staff. Ho trovato due bottigliette di acqua nel frigo come benvenuto, fa sempre piacere. Il letto era scomodo perchè eccessivamente morbido, non ho la sicurezza di dire che le lenzuola fossero pulite, in generale la pulizia non era all'altezza. Il soffione dell'acqua della doccia talmente pieno di calcare che era impossibile fare la doccia. La vasca indicata idromassaggio indicata come servizio nella stanza era rotta e nessuno me lo ha comunicato prima.
Ben (2/5): Very disappointed, will - The tv was a big size in the bedroom The location was not welcoming, also very confusing with a clear lack of directions from staff, the room itself what a disappointment, dirty, loud and smelly, it was advertised as a double and a single bed, there was no single bed. The sauna was broken, the tv remotes were missing (these did come after requesting from reception) however only one tv worked. The bathroom was vile there was mould and limescale enough to paint the apartment with, the shower pressure was non existent and it was cold, there was a lot of wear and tear throughout the property. And the wifi as advertised did not exist when we asked reception they just shrugged their shoulders.

Federica (2/5): Pessimo - Non è tutto oro ciò che luccica, dal vivo è molto trascurato. Non vale il prezzo che chiedono, rubinetteria incrostata, doccia senza vetro si allaga tutto. La famosa vasca unico motivo per cui ho prenotato si può solo riempire non funziona ha i comandi distrutti e anche il rivestimento cade a pezzi. Alloggio rumoroso non insonorizzato si sentono voci nel palazzo e gente che corre al piano superiore. La sconsiglio

Kai (3/5): Unangenehmster Aufenthalt seit Jahren, aber freundliches Personal - Die Lage. Das Apartment war ein Raum in einem alten Gebäude. Der Fahrstuhl war ekelig! Das Apartment hatte einen nicht funktionierenden Whirlpool. Das Bad war nicht schön obwohl Fliesen wohl erneuert wurden. Die Fugen im Bad sahen zum Teil unschön aus...ohne FlipFlops hätten wir nicht geduscht. Insgesamt ein ungutes Gefühl. Das Bett war das Schlechteste das ich je erlebt habe. Eine Schlafkuhle. Richtig fies. Noch Fieser...das Zimmer wurde von Booking als Genius Schnäppchen angepriesen von über 200€ reduziert auf 100€..

Jyotish (3/5): It was just good for the location and hygiene, breakfast, access to the property, in-house facilities like hot tub are a - I think the location and overall hygiene were some good points about the propriety. The hot tub listed in description was not provided for use, we were told strictly not to use it as it had leakage.If it’s not usable, why would it be posted in there properly description in the first place? The included breakfast was a sham, as well. it was provided by a third-party cafe.We paid for 5 nights of stay but breakfast was not provided on Sunday morning. The property staff told us it’s impossible as the cafe is closed on Sundays. if such is the case, it should have been mentioned clearly that the food was not an in-house provision.

Strazdins (7/5): Good - Very comfy bed and quite big apartment. All necessary supplements for stay, except for kettle for hot drinks like tea. Ac was working. Jacuzzi was not working and wather for tub was warm not hot.
Atb93 (5/5): Passable for one nights stay - Location close to the port where we needed to go early the next day despite the actual area not being very nice. Not very clean, shower kept switching from boiling to freezing. Located down an alley so not the nicest area.
Ian (6/5): Have a good look at what you are booking, I didn't do that.... - The location is good for the port area, the pedestrian area of Naples and catching a bus to the airport. The flat is away from a lot of traffic noise up on the 5th floor of an office building. The reception is not at the property, but it isn't far away... maybe 200m or so in another building. The flat itself is small and is getting tired after multiple use, the décor is really not great and needs to be refreshed. One of the bedside lamps didn't work and on the other side of the bed, the USB port didn't function either. The fridge was switched off (apparently) which is pointless if you are only staying one night. The younger man who showed us to the property is perhaps in the wrong job? he sadly has lost any enjoyment that he had for his chosen profession and this really needs to be addressed by his manager. It is important to add that since returning to the UK, I raised the disappointment of our stay with the reception staff, I've got some messages back and commitment given to addressing some concerns I've raised. This COULD be a good property, with better maintenance and décor but sadly at the moment it is not a choice I would make again.

Ribal (8/5): clean and modernish - b&b clean and spacious with “modern-ish” furniture nice bed and TV and s good shower and kitchenette i stayed only one night and didn’t find any issue with the room i like that there’s an ironing board, a toaster and a microwave / oven and some cutlery unfortunately jt s not a room with a view sadly! check in counter snd reception was in a different building (1 or2 mn walk) it was OK for me, but wanted to highlight it in case it s a concern for others .. was a small struggle to find the entrance at first.. but no major set back
Greg (8/5): Quick stopover for sporting event, would gladly stay again - Location, cleanliness & decor of rooms very good. Trying to locate office for keys. Curtains in room need some attention but still worked.
Dennis (7/5): Good - The whirlpool has been functioning well, even though some comments suggested otherwise. The interior is modern. The apartment has been cleaned every day. The fridge is very cold making cooling of drinks quite fast. There is an elevator to the fifth floor in which the apartment was located. Smart TV offers all necessary options. There is a very good Napoletean restaurant just outside the apartment complex. The AC is quite loud and located very close to the bed, making it difficult to sleep at times. The tap in the bathroom is leaking and dripping. Some lights in the whirlpool area (the whirlpool itself for example) haven‘t been working. The shower which is located close to the „bedroom“ has been leaking in some nights. All water supplies are connected to each other, causing the whirlpool to significantly reduce water supply if you use the toilet for example.
