- Victor (6/5): - The tub is extremely dangerous.... I'm not sure what they were thinking when they designed the bathroom, because you have to "climb" to reach the tub, and all the water will overflow outside the tub. Then the surface is slippery, and if you are not careful, the story will be different. The lady at the front desk was nice, but I think the supervisor was not ok with my "observation". They do not provide a hand soup, but there is a 7 11 just around the corner. The old safe is not good for laptops.

- KENSHI (10/5): - 日本語ですいません。周辺はとても静かで夜はゆっくりと休めました。歩いてすぐにセブン-イレブンがあるので簡単な飲み物、お菓子などは手に入りますし、ホテルあるあるでシャンプーが、ごわつくなどありますが、セブンで買えば問題なし。また、食事は少し歩けば食べるところもありますが、買い物ならタクシーで行くのが良いでしょう

Only annoyance was the sound of other rooms door closing which sounded like they were being slammed as we were trying to sleep. Also lots of coffee shops and restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

The room and the bathroom is big, spacious and really clean. This hotel may be hard to find because it is one way road to get to the hotel. But overall, I definitely will stay there again. highly recommend.

- S (6/5): Ok for 1 night stay - While the room and toilet were clean, the design of the bath area was super weird. You had to step on a bench to get into the tub where the shower was. And there was no curtain so the water spilled out and below the bench. While getting out of the tub, there was a risk of the bench slipping on the water. Shower was also intermittently switching between hot and cold. But had good pressure. Bed was comfy, pillows were ok. We went down to the "restaurant" for breakfast but they didnt have anything on the menu but plaij crossaints, coffee and tea. They did have other items like ham and cheese crossaint on the menu, but we were told they ran out of them.

- janenL5473RB (10/5): Must Stay! Financial district in BKK - Family owned hotel with all the amenities and located in a central but quiet area of the financial district in bkk. I stay @Nares everytime I visit - feels like visiting family! Room is clean, spacious, and with slight upgrade there is a full kitchen. Wifi / TV in all rooms, washer and dryer available on-site. Friendly staff knows English and around 24/7. Hotel features restaurant and rooftop lounge. Local streets offer delicious quick bites, and about a 15 minute walk to the train station. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bangkok!
- Harveen (10/5): - Property in very good condition. Room generous in size and very well fitted out. Be prepared for walks most places you'd need to get to if staying in the area. Street food options within easy walk, on the other side to Surawong Rd in the alleys on the way to Silom Rd. Mosque and Hindu temple also nearby for those so inclined. Property is in an alley but felt very safe, and never had any issues walking by myself. Staff are exceptional and a real asset to the property. Nankia and Sharida were very helpful, as were their lovely and very competent colleagues. Would stay here again and highly recommend it notwithstanding lack of leisure facilities on the property.
- wh0thatb (4/5): Nice staff, horrible location. - First impressions (especially for a hotel you’ll be staying at) is important to me. Before I continue with my review, I’d like to say that the staff was friendly and courteous. My review is purely based on the location, room and amenities. This being my first solo traveling experience abroad, I didn’t want to waste any days and wanted to explore a bit. The location of the hotel is in a very dark, dimly lit, narrow alleyway. Not very welcoming, especially at night. My grab/taxi driver had a hard time navigating through just to get me there and after I checked out. (I only stayed one night of my 3 night visit) There is absolutely zero foot traffic in the area and it didn’t inspire any confidence to try and leave the hotel at night. The room itself was clean, but just my luck; the room was located directly next to the elevator. It was a shared wall, so the room could get pretty noisy from the elevator and its occupants. The room was also equipped with a kitchenette but couldn’t find any napkins or tissue paper at all. There weren’t any face towels or soap either. Just a bath mat and two bath towels. I had to go in the shower to use the bath gel for hand washing. Furthermore, if I’m nitpicking there wasn’t a television in the bedroom, no bathroom amenities like lotion and soap, and a window view of a pile of garbage outside. Maybe my expectations were a bit too optimistic from the positive reviews but something didn’t sit right with me staying at that hotel for more than I had to. I was hoping that we could come to a compromise on a partial refund, since I only stayed one night; but the hotel was unwilling; even though I raised my concerns with hotel.com almost immediately.

- 239RichardR (10/5): Wonderful, affordable, convenient Hotel - I felt such a warm welcome arriving and throughout my stay, staff were gracious, professional and sweet. Everyone! My room was clean consistently and beautiful. This was such a personal and satisfying experience. It felt like home right away. The location is close enough to walk to wonderful street food, good restaurants and bars with a taste of Thai nightlife. A highlight was meeting the owners' pup, so kind and gentle! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the big city of Siam!
- Yang Pao (10/5): - This Hotel is amazing. The Interior design is so beautiful and clean. The staffs were amazing and so sweet. Would totally recommend and would definitely stay there when I come back. The only downfall is that they don’t have hot water, but the water is not that cold so it wasn’t that bad. But everything else was amazing!
- Grace Wai Wai Thaw (4/5): - Not suitable for families, couples or a group of friends due to location. It is located very far from any BTS station. The nearest BTS is 10 mins away and its about 8-9 stops to the central areas such as siam and chitlom. The rooms look great and new as it is a very new property, but its a pity that its deep in this narrow one-way street. The staff are friendly and helpful who would always recommend to take a taxi on your own but its very difficult to get a grab or a taxi due to the location. For our room, the aircon made this rebooting rattling sound at intervals, which kept us up the whole night. We could not get help as the front desk hours are only till 8pm. There is a guard who guards the residence next door but the main door is not locked, nor does it have restricted access so it felt really unsafe.

- stephen (10/5): Excellent new hotel - It is a fabulous hotel. Our room was terrific for the 3 of us. Everything was spotless. They gave us additional wifi passcodes because we had more than 3 devices. The location is just on a small alley the edge of Silom, so lots of food stalls and restaurants very close to the hotel. Their restaurant was not operating, there is no gym, and there are no english language tv channels though netflix is available. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in an alley but staff managed to get cabs on short notice. It's also well located near to major shopping / eating / business hubs. I liked the place. It was peaceful. I would stay here again.
