The staff were very friendly, especially Angel. The room was spacious. The toilet and bathroom were massive as well. The bed was good. It was just quiet and relaxing which we liked. It's walking distance to UM. Its affordable and we loved it.

It’s not included in the package even though we stayed at the hotel. Wifi at my room (the last room at level 5) wasn’t working well. Could connect to the wifi for few minutes but it got disconnected after that.

• MK (10/5): Comfortable. Affordable. Clean. Decent wifi. Ample parking if you drive. - Convenient location to SS2 for dinner. I'm a long time guest monthly. I have no complaints and this is a lovely and comfortable hotel. There's a nice convenience store downstairs. You can get good breakfast choices on the 2nd floor. The water dispenser machine didn't work on my 6th floor this time. The hot water was not hot.

• Michele (1/5): Overall TERRIBLE. Go somewhere else - Staff were somewhat helpful They have serious issues with leaky air conditioning. Within 2 days was moved to 4 different rooms, the first 3 affected by leaky air conditioning and subsequently mould infestation. By then I booked another accommodation to spend my remaining days in KL. A partial refund was denied multiple times even though it was supposedly possible after paying a small penalty.

The toilet mirror is slightly dim and if have 2 person occupying the room will be hassle when one is using the toilet. Moreover it is plus point especially with guest who are having dinner event at The Grounds.
