• Paul (6/5): - Bed needs a box spring. We had read it was painfully soft, but thought we could manage. We took a terrible night's sleep to learn how to situate ourselves so that we wouldn't collapse on each other.

• Domenico (1/5): Je ne suis resté qu’une nuit le temps de trouver un autre hébergement - Sa proximité avec la place San Marco. Je n’aurais jamais réservé si les photos de l’annonce avaient été conformes à la réalité. Les rideaux étaient sales et partiellement dépendus, le dessus de lit aux couleurs vives était remplacé par un « duvet » de couleur terne, le baldaquin était dépourvu de ses tentures et exhibait une armature de bois brut qui contrastait avec la notion de «  « Palazzo da Ponte » que revendique le propriétaire. Il n’y avait aucune aménité. Pas de télévision, pas de verre à dents. Bref une atmosphère plutôt sordide que j’ai dû supporter une nuit en attendant de trouver un hébergement correspondant à mes attentes.

• Jenny (10/5): Had a fantastic stay here - everything was great and would highly recommend - Location was excellent- just a short walk to Rialto Bridge and easy access to other areas. Room was very clean and spacious. Communication with hosts was very good and instructions to find and enter property were incredibly clear - the pictures were very helpful. Overall a great place to stay!
• CARDE (8/5): Nous avons bien apprécié malgré quelques bémols... - L'emplacement : à 2 minutes du rialto à 5 de la place saint Marc.... idéal. La chambre sympa grande et agréable. Climatisation et chauffage ,mini frigo.... Fenêtres donnant sur des gouttières (chambre 2, la moins chère...) Pas de café dans la pièce commune malgré la théière. Un peu de soluble serait pas mal . Manque de verres et de mug aussi.. quelques couverts....des bricoles qui pourraient améliorer l'endroit...

• Bee Lay (7/5): Good location. Self check-in - Location good. Near Rialto water bus only 5 min walk. Also very near Rialto bridges and Doge palace within 9 min walk and eateries. Have complimentary tea and pastries at common area, electric kettle. Stayed suite 4. Only able to walk out to the small balcony at the common hall and see the canal well. Limited canal view from the room window (you can't walk out to the small balcony) though it mentioned canal view. Arrived late in the night after 11pm. The street was very quiet and dim light leading to the apt. Could not see the hotel instruction on the wall well.

• Stephanie (7/5): Perfekte Lage, unkomplizierte Abwicklung - Die Lage war perfekt und mit der Anleitung, die wir vorab gekommen haben, war es kein Problem die Unterkunft zu finden und die Codes einzugeben. Die schlechten Bewertungen diesbezüglich kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Die Größe von Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr gut, der Blick in den Innenhof auch in Ordnung. Das Bad hätte etwas sauberer sein können und die Matratze war viel zu weich.

• Dewarumez (3/5): Man darf sich nicht zuviel versprechen. Wenn man nur zum Schlafen kommt gehts. - Die zentrale Lage zwischen Rialto und Markusplatz. Heizung funktionierte sehr gut, es war nicht kalt (Ende Februar). Man kann sich mit dem Wasserwärmer einen Tee machen. Kein Personal vor Ort. Total anonym, schwer zu finden und Zugang mit mehreren Codes. Die Bilder bei Booking sind irreführend, unser Zimmer hatte keinen Balkon, ging in den Innenhof, wenig Licht. Jeden Morgen ist am vorbeiführenden Kanal die Müllabfuhr, sehr früh und sehr lästig. Der Föhn im Bad funktionierte nicht. Es gibt keine Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad. Keine Gläser. Im Foyer der Selbstbedienungskühlschrank war komplett leer. Es gab keinen Fernseher.

Notre chambre et la pièce commune étaient très propre et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages lors du départ pour une dernière balade. Thomas, l’hôte a su être réactif et nous expliquer le trajet entre l’aéroport et l’établissement. Les chambres ne sont clairement pas isolées et la qualité de la literie n’était pas très bonne malheureusement. Il n’y avait pas de machine à café…

La explicación de como llegar y el check-in todo fácil y claro. Aunque las fotos parecían muy buenas, al llegar nos encontramos con moho en la ducha, paredes sucias y muebles muy desgastados, la tele no funcionaba. Avisamos al personal por correo, pero la respuesta fue poco amable y no ofrecieron ninguna solución

Cuscini pessimi, ne ho richiesto uno in più ma ne hanno solo due per camera (mah!). Scrivono continuamente di provvedere a gettare la spazzatura autonomamente, nessuna pulizia giornaliera della camera. Il balcone sull'acqua da su uno spazio dedicato alla raccolta dei rifiuti già dalla mattina presto, molto rumoroso. Distributore automatico non funzionante. Al momento del ritiro dei bagagli il codice per l'accesso alla struttura era stato cambiato senza preavviso e ho dovuto trovare online un contatto Whatsapp per richiedere l'accesso temporaneo. Hanno scritto messaggi sui rifiuti per tutta la durata del soggiorno ma non come entrare l'ultimo giorno.

La ubicación es espectacular y el check in fue muy fácil de realizar, si bien jamás hablé con alguien personalmente. Un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo, y la habitación mucho más grande de lo que usualmente se consigue en Venecia por el precio pagado NADA

La habitación es bastante amplia y cómoda. Las instrucciones para entrar a la habitación fueron claras y fáciles de seguir. La habitación no tenía servicio de televisión y solo podías acceder a una aplicación de películas que tenía pocas ofertas. El edificio histórico que está en diagonal al hotel estaba cubierto por mallas ya que estaba en restauración, por lo que no se tuvo la vista deseada desde el balcón.

In reality the room is poor and there are better options available for the same price nearby. We stayed 1 night and cancelled the rest of our stay. We got a refund. The air conditioner wasn't working and there was mold in the bathroom.

Le matelas extrêmement mou et affaissé dans le milieu dans lequel on s'enfonçait. Les voilages mériteraient d'être lavé voir changé sur deux fenêtres. Ménage à parfaire, poussières sur les meubles. Frigo vide sans eau fraîche, un peu dommage. De plus la cafetière commune n'avait pas de café.

Fridge didn’t work properly and wet our food we put in there. Air con stopped working on day 2. Mould in shower and clogged plug. Would not stay again.

• khaldi (9/5): Un voyage dans le temps … - C’est un voyage dans le temps , littéralement il vous emmène au futur avec les code d’accès , le check in automatique, c’est comme faire un puzzle le tout dans une deco ancienne les murs de la façade , le meuble et la décoration antiques vous emmène dans une époque très lointaine après juste a coté la sale de bain moderne confortable … vous aurait l’impression d’être dans un château ancestral Si vous n’avez pas une chambre avec une vue sur le canal , l’espace commun dispose d’un petit balcon qui vous laissera profiter d’un bon thé une belle vue La chambre donne l’envie de lire un roman avant de dormir … Le propriétaire ou le gérant Thomas est très disponible et réponds rapidement sur wats up La machine a café ne marchait pas Il y’avait un peu de poussière sous le lit, la femme de ménage doit faire plus attention Les escaliers si vous avez trop de bagage vous allez galèrer un peu
• Piotr (7/5): - Zacznijmy od plusów: - bardzo dobra lokalizacja wypadowa z widokiem na jeden z kanałów - fajna i czysta łazienka - właściciel, który pomógł nam z klimatyzacją - bardzo dobra instrukcja z dostępem do apartamentu - bardzo dużo kurzu (w zasadzie wszędzie i w dużych ilościach. Na lampach, na listwach, na lodówce, na projektorze, na ozdobach). Jeżeli masz alergię, to od razu to poczujesz. Myślę, że ogarnięcie tego mogłoby zająć 30min. Dziwię się, że oddaje się do wynajmu salon w takim stanie. Mógłby to być wyjątkowy apartament. - okna pod punktem zbiornym odpadów, tak więc jeżeli macie słaby sen, to z pewnością zostaniecie obudzeni ok 7-8 przerzucaniem i załadunkiem odpadów. Widok na kanał świetny, ale w nocy pływa trochę motorówek z muzyką na full.

Pillows and bed were super uncomfortable and there were 4 different coded doors - Good location and nice size room, bathroom was also nice a big. Pillows were paper thin and very uncomfortable, there was no TV only a projector. Lots of codes to get in.

The room was beautiful, grand four poster bed with gorgeous wood furniture and a huge bathroom. The communal area was nice with a good coffee machine. Very comfy bed, no noise. Great air conditioning. Nothing negative to say

Very useful for Venice Furniture was a little outdated but that’s the style we kind of paid for. The whole place is modern though and bathroom is super nice and big. Not much to complain about

• Katie (10/5): Clean, great location, friendly host, would return :) - Very secure and great location! nice open communal room overlooking the canal and the room was very well sized, plenty of room. Room was clean and directions to property from Thomas were very clear and easy to follow from Rialto bridge. We had heavy luggage so it was a struggle to carry up the stairs but all places have stairs so cannot complain and there was a handle on the stairs which did help a lot :)
