Sebastien (4/5): Not the best place of my 3 weeks trip … - The bedroom booked online was not the same when I arrived. They gave a room on the basement the first night. I was desappointing. I canno t accept this kind of offer. For me, it s disrespectful. The owner must put the right pictures online or, better option, transform its basement into a fitness space. Fortunately , they proposed me another room for the second and last night.

Maiken (1/5): Bad - Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants and cafes are in walking distance from the hotel. The staff were very impolite. No warm welcoming or appropriate goodbyes. They seemed irritated and like they didn't want us to be there. We received two stained pillow covers at check in which were reported immediately. They didn't apologise for this and seemed angry upon returning the clean pillow covers. Other than that the hotel was filthy. There was a weave of blonde hair on top of the bathroom cabinets - this clearly shows that they are not doing top to bottom cleaning. The breakfast is small and you have to ask for it at 9 AM, and then wait an additional 30 minutes to receive it. Save your time and go to one of the lovely places in Ortaköy - you will feel fuller and happier. Other than that we also didn't receive our complimentary water upon checking in. There was an open 2 liter of water in the room. The guy in the reception said that might be from another guest... And was shocked to hear that we had not received any water. And the water pressure in the shower is terrible... All in all a very poor experience. Stay away from there. If you decide to go tell them you don't want to stay in room 204.

Cgeel (9/5): Lovely stay in Ortakőy, friendly staff, great breakfast - Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, great location close to Ortakőy with many restaurants, shops and bars in neighborhood. Walking back from Ortakőy impossible, uphill. Need to take taxi which is reasonable price in evening like TRL 300-500.

Farangis (7/5): Over all it was really good. - The hotel is really nice with nice hosts. We had a comfortable experience there. The only issue with the property is the location which is quite high and will give you a climbing experience.
Ender (2/5): - Das Jacuzzi und die Aussicht Alles andere war schrecklich, wir waren 5 Tage dort. Das Service Personal, sehr schlecht… wenn wir zum Hotel zurück gekommen sind hat einer von den auf der Couch geschlafen. Die Lobby wurde nie gelüftet und es hatte einen eigenartigen Geruch. Die Zimmer wurden in den 5 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt, wir hatten nicht mal einen Mülleimer im Zimmer. Das Toilettenpapier war leer und die haben es nicht nach gefüllt erst nachdem wir es meinten haben die es erst am nächsten Tag gebracht. Handtücher wurden nur einmal gewechselt und das weil wir die darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben uns war eine Packung Erdnüsse runter gefallen, wir bräuchten einen Staubsauger haben es angesprochen damit wir es selber sauber machen können, daraufhin meinte der Typ von der Lobby es wird am nächsten Tag gemacht was aber nie passiert ist. Die haben uns ein zusätzliches Bett hingestellt (Klappbett) der immer wieder zu gegangen ist von alleine. Beim Checkout wurde nicht mal gefragt ob wir zufrieden gewesen waren, einfach Schlüssel abgegeben und raus weil die Lobby wirklich gestunken hat. Das Hotel ist sehr günstig, wir haben keine hohen Erwartungen gehabt, aber denn noch erwartet man einen Service weil man letztendlich dafür bezahlt hat, wenigstens das man täglich die Handtücher wechselt oder das man freundlich empfangen wird stattdessen schauen sie dich komisch an. Für die weiteren die es vorhaben zu buchen würde ich euch das lieber abraten. Zahlt lieber bisschen mehr.

Thomas (5/5): All in all I think a 5/10 is a fair score. It was a comfortable, spacious room but nothing more. I never got the imp - I liked that it served its purpose. We had somewhere to stay and it was a 15 minute walk from the ferry in Ortakoy. The loitering lads congregating outside the front door, smoking. The downstairs room, check-in / check-out area being used as a make shift bedroom and den by said lads. The fact that you had to pay for water and there was no form of drink with breakfast - no tea, coffee, juice or water - just the same repetitive cheese, bread, jam & salad each morning. Also, the towels felt like sandpaper.

The main drawback was location, up a steep cobbled hill and would be fine if we were 15 years younger. Walking to Ortakoy centre would take about 20 minutes. The only sensible transportation was by taxi.

Havlular çok eski ve sertti. 4 gün boyunca havlular değişmedi. Banyo özensizdi.El havlusu asacak yer yok, tuvalet kapağı uyumsuz,banyodaki elektrik düğmesi kırıktı. 4gece için 2 kişiye 3 adet küçük şampuan, 1adet vücut şampuanı koymuşlar.Saç kremi yoktu.Oda manzarası sadece bir camdan kısmen boğazı görüyordu. Üst katta teras var manzarası mükemmel ama masa ve sandalyeler pis. ??????? (10/5): - Хорошее расположение отеля, в тихом спокойном месте. Вся инфраструктура в10 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Прекрасный вид из окна, особенно с террасы - Босфорский мост. Специально искали отель в этом районе, чтоб выпить кофе и позавтракать с видом на пролив - мечта сбылась. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. По запросу предоставили трансфер из аэропорта. Мпасибо работникам отеля за из гостеприимство и внимание.

Huseyin (2/5): - Wir haben die Panorama Suite für 6 Nächte gebucht. Alle Zimmer riechen stark nach Nikotin, welches sich an Möbel und Gardienen bereits angehaftet hat, weil drinnen wohl geraucht wird, obwohl es einen Verbot gibt in den Zimmern nicht zu rauchen. Staub und Flecken auf Tisch/ Boden/Schalter/ Bett/ Gegenständen in allen Zimmern, auch im Bad. Liegengebliebene Haare der Vorbesitzer. Der Boden sowie die Möbel waren betroffen. Aber am schlimmsten waren die Haare unter dem Bettlaken, an der und in der Bettwäsche. Dort waren die hygienischen Missstände am stärksten. Vor allem wenn mit allergikerfreundlichen Bettwäsche geworben wird, kann das erhebliche Gesundheit gefährden Risiken mit sich bringen. Im Bad waren auch noch Flecken von den vorherigen Gästen zu sehen. Um den grünen Daumen zu fördern, wurde auch nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir mussten drei Tage vorher abreisen, da die Missstände nicht behoben wurden. Leider wurden uns diese drei Tage begründet durch die Hygienesituation von Hotel Betreiber nicht erstattet. Die Aussicht auf den Bosprus von der Terasse war atemberaubend, einmalig. Man zahlt eher für die Aussicht als für alles andere. Da es auch weit oberhalb am Gang liegt ist der Fußweg zurück zum Hotel sehr anstrengend. Es fährt auch kein Taxi hoch, da sich dieser kurze Weg für die Fahrer nicht rechnet.

Hosting was friendly, but the location was top of the hill, no supermarket near the hotel, and if you didn't use the Uber, taxies charged you more than expected. for breakfast, had to choose to room or terrace and everyone's day was the same plate. Róbert (7/5): Good - The view from the roof terrace is nice. The room wasn't ready when we arrived. Our room was upgraded to deluxe room for free (by bookimg because of genius lvl), but homestly I don't think it was a deluxe room, the bathroom was very small.

Ziberi (2/5): Very poor - Nothing, everything was horrible staff was harsh just the view and the location were nice. First of all when we got there they wanted to put us into an apartment after we paid for a jacuzzi room. Secondly there was no parking we had to park infrony of some garages and some houses and we had to move our cars everyday. The roomz smelled horrible like cigarettes, it was so dirty couches had stains everywhere we couldnt sit, carpet was full of dust, plus service was horrible we had to call for breakfast 2 hours before and it would still come delayed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Vltn (1/5): Bad - Nothing only location is 50/50 good when the host saw us, he didn't even help with parking the car, because there wasn't a single parking space at the hotel, the room was all dusty, they accommodated us in a basement, there were no blankets, only one like a napkin, and they were extremely unfriendly, there was a carpet in front of the room, which smelled and it was very dirty, access to the hotel was difficult and there were no parking spaces

The location of the hotel was bad.We booked deluxe room with a view /we payed extra for that/,there was a balcony in the pictures but when we arrived I asked if there is balcony and they told us that if we want a balcony we have to pay extra 1015TL.We pay and get a room with balcony,but the view was newly constructed bulding.That was a bad experience, not worth the money.

Asheque (8/5): Short Stay - The hotel is 10 min away from the restaurents and bars. Its a steep uphill walk back. The neigbor hood is average. Rooms were large and clean. No restaurent or food at the hotel, you have to order out.
Muhammed (2/5): - Die Zimmer rochen mega nach Zigaretten, mehrfach die Rezeption darauf angesprochen, jedoch keine Hilfeleistung erhalten. Zwei unerfahrene Jugendliche führten förmlich die Leitung des Hotels. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Ddmgap (1/5): SCAM! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!! - The photos on internet did not.represent the reality. Be aware, this place is a SCAM! In order to attract costumers, thias hotel is extrimelly lower the price on booking.com, and when you go there with all your bags after 12 hours of traveling, they will increase the price to a maximum level. Despite that I had a valid booking, when I went to do check-in? this hotel raised my price forn80+ euros more than the price which was mentioned on booking.com. At 11 am I had to look for another hotel to stay in. They have wasted my whole day, and have destroyed half of my trip to Turkey. I wad almost forced to sleep on the street because the "Class Hotel Bosphorus" rejects the booking from booking.com I have reported the behavior of the staff and send complains to Booking.com and Turkish Ministry of (Culture and) Tourism. This hotel have to be closed by the authorities because it is a.SCAMMMMM!!!

Hidiroglu (4/5): I wouldn't recommend it - The small view from the balcony. Staff helpfulness. Sensors in the room was set too short, while having a shower the lights kept closing. There was no hair conditioner in the shower. There was a big construction going on in front of the view from the balcony. Also it was noisy.

Had to pay extra for the suite as that’s what I promised my wife. Secondly no mention that there is no lift in the building. Both I and Mrs suffer bad knees. It was a nightmare going up three flights of stairs. Reception staff very laid back helpful with taxis but non responsive. Thirdly the hotel is at the top of hill. Taxis charged triple price to take us back to the hotel. Very unfair. Walking up to the hotel was not an option as we couldn’t do the gradient. Normally very happy with what we book through booking . Com but this time very disappointed and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone Everything about the hotel. Really disappointed. Advertised as hotel with jacuzzi but no jacuzzi. Only in suite. Ognianpetrov (9/5): For sure will try them again. I gave some recommendations regarding their English language skills. - The location is perfect, not easy to reach. The view from the last 2 floors is stunning. Very close to the nice area for shopping and port Ortakyoy, where you can reach by boat each point of historical Istanbul. Because of the misunderstanding they upgrade us with the best room with jacuzzi at the terrace. It was offered with breakfast and parking. There was no breakfast included, no parking. Luckily we found a parking space near to the hotel. Unfortunately the people were difficult to communicate in English.

Verified traveler (6/5): Class Hotel, Bosphorous - We chose this hotel because it had a roof terrace as we wanted to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. Unfortunately the location is very high making it almost impossible to walk so we had to use taxis which added to the expense. The major problem was the overuse of air freshener in the reception area in particular. This prevented me from sitting there because I'm allergic to the chemicals. We didn't find the staff particularly friendly even on New Year's Eve. There were cotton wool wipes under the sick when we arrived and they were still there when we left. The shower also was not properly cleaned in the corners. The pillows were hard and our room was extremely dark.
