Silvio (1/5): Accoglienza da rivedere totalmente - Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura e l’esperienza complessiva è stata negativa. Durante il check-in ho avuto uno "scambio di opinioni" poco piacevole con la persona che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, che mi ha trasmesso una sensazione di scarsa affidabilità oltre ad avere un atteggiamento che ho trovato poco collaborativo e non professionale. Per cominciare, ci é stato richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 150 euro e in caso di pagamento con carta, mi è stato indicato che non sarebbe stato possibile pagare con POS, ma avrei dovuto fornire i dati completi della carta, una modalità che non considero adeguata né rassicurante. La struttura tutto sommato corrisponde alla descrizione, ma la gestione dell’accoglienza e delle procedure amministrative è molto migliorabile. Come se non bastasse, la mattina successiva, ho trovato due pneumatici squarciati (l'auto era parcheggiata nella strada antistante l'appartamento). Tale episodio ha peggiorato ulteriormente la percezione del soggiorno, anche per la sensazione generale di scarsa sicurezza dell’area. Esperienza complessiva inaccettabile, non tornerei.

Peter (10/5): Clean, nice area, peaceful. - The apartment was fine, everything was neat and clean. Giuseppina was very responsive. She was easy to get in touch with and was very to get along with. We accidentally passed the apartment when showing up the first time and she ran and tracked us down while we were pulling our suitcases. In my opinion she went above and beyond to help us. The apartment was a fine size it could easily hold more than the two we were. Shower and bathroom were clean. Area was peaceful and I enjoyed the local people that were super nice. Close to an area to get coffee, food and a nice walk to the train station.

La camera dove ho soggiornato è dotata di ampia scrivania, Smart TV, aria condizionata e bagno in camera con comoda doccia. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono una terrazza e una cucina condivisa ben attrezzata ove ogni ospite può preparare e consumare i pasti. Personale cordiale e disponibile a fornire informazioni, pulizia eccellente. Posizione ottima per i facili collegamenti con il centro storico tramite il treno metropolitano linea FL3 e bus urbani diurni e notturni. E' stato un breve ma piacevole soggiorno. Ci tornerò.

Milena (9/5): Superb - The host was amazing, he waited for us and then he explained to us how to get to the city centre. Near the property there is a train, which gets you to the metro and then metro takes you to the city centre. The travel time to the sight seeing part of the city is around 45 minutes. So it is not too far away, but you have to be on time for the train because it goes every 1 to 2 hours. The room we stayed in was quite spacious as the common room. The Wifi was amazing and all the have all the needed utensils If you are going by car, have in mind that even though it says it has private parking, you park on the street in front of the building, so there might not be free parking space.

The A/C was a lifesaver with the ongoing heatwave, the bed was super comfortable, both me and my partner really loved it. Very friendly owner. Little to no noise suppression, but that was known before we booked, just mentioning it here. The location is slightly far away from the center of Rome (about 1 hr away on train). That's about it, no major complaints, generally very happy!

Location was decent - not the nicest area but had some good cafés nearby for breakfast and was close to the train station so easy to get into Rome for the day. Shower was a little small for my liking but worked well. Only issue was with it being a shared apartment with other guests staying in rooms next door, the walls weren't particularly sound-proof so did get woken up by loud guests next door one morning...

Takkinen (10/5): Exceptional - Customer service when we arrived at the destination was particularly good. Public transport connections from accommodation to center of Rome was good and there was market neat the accommodation. Everything was clean in our room and in common spaces. We had nothing to complain about during our two day stay.
