• Domenico (6/5): - la struttura è nuova, pulita e ben posizionata con market e bar sotto casa. ottimo per chi visita spesso la città e non ha bisogno di visitare zone turistiche. Le tende, entra troppa luce e si dorme poco. il tavolo andrebbe cambiato, una volta aperto è pericoloso.
• Eliana (9/5): - Posizione ottimale per raggiungere i vari luoghi da visitare con i mezzi di trasporto. Locale luminoso. Supermarket vicino. La mancanza di una doccia, lavello del bagno piccolo, poco profondo. Divano letto non ottimale per dormire, materassi dei letti singoli non troppo comodi.

• Cristina (8/5): - Posizione ottimale per raggiungere metro, presente un supermarket sotto casa Andrebbero riviste alcune cose, casa un po' datata, tende rotte, lavandino in bagno molto scomodo. Non siamo riusciti ad accedere il riscaldamento

• Madalena (6/5): Suficiente - A receção foi muito calorosa. Lucas é um rapaz super simpático e prestável e deu-nos imensas dicas. A localização da casa também é satisfatória. A casa é desconfortável para 6 pessoas. O sofá cama é desconfortável, sente-se um ferro nas costas. Apenas uma casa de banho é bastante limitado para 6 hóspedes (aconselho a colocarem mais espelhos nos quartos). O chuveiro da casa de banho não tem pressão nenhuma (independentemente da temperatura) e é dificil tomar banho. Os blackouts dos quartos não funcionavam bem e dormimos com luz pela manhã a entrar no quarto.
• Julien (7/5): Appartement bien dans l’ensemble mais qui gagnerait à être rafraîchi, notamment du côté des équipements! - Idéalement situé, au calme, commerces et transport en commun à proximité. La literie est de mauvaise qualité, excepté pour le seul lit double du logement! Ressorts saillants sur les 2 lits simples! Quant au canapé lit, nous sentions toute la structure du canapé dont une barre métallique à fleur du couchage au niveau du dos!

• Armide Agoney (10/5): - Ubicación El día que nos íbamos nos dijeron que dejáramos la llave en la estancia, al bajar nos encontramos el portal cerrado y sin llave no podía abrir y estuvimos 1h cerrados en el portal, hasta que nos abrió un vecino

• Maria Clara (9/5): Excelente piso. Recomendable - Muy lindo el piso, completo, todos los electrodomésticos, productos de limpieza e higiene. Muy buen estado de todo el piso. A 20 minutos a pie de la Sagrada Familia y tiene dos metros cerca que te llevan a todos lados. Excelente todo lo único que podría decir es que el sillón cuando se hace cama queda un poco incómodo porque una parte se mueve y la otra tiene una parte dura un poco incómoda.
• Alessia (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked the area, a shop and pharmacy are just around the corner and the subway stop is less than 10 mins away:) also lots of options for food! The floor had water damage right underneath the air con in the living room and it was sometimes tripping us over, also, while this is not directly related to the host, the elevator had been playing up for a few days and then we got stuck in it for around 45 mins which was stressful

• Catalina (9/5): Nice stay - We had a lovely stay, market nearby, good communication with Stay U-nique. AC in the living room need to be repaired.
• Diana (5/5): Passable - 2 days prior our arrivel we were told that the flooring was damaged because of a problem with the AC, but we saw in another review that the issue was older and it was not fixed. A part of the floor was missing actually and you could easily get hurt. The curtains also had problems and because of them we couldn’t open the windows. The foset from the bathtub was broken. The pillows were uncomfortable
• Magdalena (9/5): Nice place - The apartment is nice and comfortable, it has all the necessary household appliances. Great location. Quick and pleasant contact with the staff.
• Salah (7/5): Good - The apartment was well prepared and the location was also good and pretty central. Well furnished. I have received the car park entry's instructions too late.
