- Kevin (10/5): Excellent hotel with welcoming staff, great amenities, and a convenient location. - My stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. As an English-speaking traveler who does not speak Japanese, I truly appreciated how well the staff communicated and how accommodating they were throughout my stay. Every time we left or returned to the hotel, we were warmly greeted, which made the experience feel incredibly welcoming and personal. The hotel also provided a wide variety of complimentary amenities, including toothbrushes, razors, Q-tips, and single-use washcloths, all readily available for guests whenever needed. These thoughtful touches made the stay even more convenient and comfortable. The location was another major highlight. The hotel is only about 20–25 minutes from Haneda Airport and is conveniently located near several train stations, making it easy to travel throughout Tokyo. There were also countless dining options nearby, along with every major convenience store brand directly across the street, including 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson. Toyosu itself felt extremely safe, clean, and welcoming, with a wonderful sense of community. Lalaport Mall was easily accessible through a connected walkway, making shopping and dining effortless. There was also a beautiful nearby park with riverside walking paths that provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel’s front driveway made taxi and bus pickup/drop-off incredibly convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Between the outstanding staff, convenient location, thoughtful amenities, and surrounding area, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. Nothing

Fantastische Aussicht aus dem Restaurant und der Bar.Superior Zimmer relativ klein und auch das Speisenangebot im Restaurant war relativ übersichtlich. Sonst sehr sauber und der Limousinen Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür nach Narita und Haneda ab. Wenn man die Auktionen im neuen Fischmarkt anschauen will, dann ist das Hotel ideal. Keine relevanten negativen Punkte

Die Lage war super, direkt an einem Einkaufszentrum, 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt von TeamLap Planets und die Anbindung zur Straßenbahn auch richtig gut. Das Frühstück war eine 10 von 10, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gab ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet wo wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Eindeutig die 5 Sterne wert!

- Boccanfuso (10/5): Beautiful views, onsen and amazing breakfast plus so convenient with transport at the door. - Love the location. We had stayed in hectic Shibuya so was lovely to spend a few days here at the end of our trip. Huge shopping centre, not crowded, next door. Plus so many food options underneath, across the road (McDonald’s 🤣) or in the shopping centre. The Airport Limousine bus stop is right outside (not for an early departure to the airport though as earliest is 5.15am and can book online which I suggest). I have the timetable in the pics. The hotel itself is so beautiful with the views, the onsen and the best breakfast yet. We would definitely stay in this location next time as the city is only 15 minutes on the train which is at the doorstep. We just loved that there were no crowds around. Absolutely nothing. We will be back.

- Clément (8/5): Tres bel hôtel, mais qualité de service à améliorer - Nous avons appréciés l’emplacement, la station de métro accessible directement depuis l’hôtel. De plus, l’hôtel a une vue incroyable sur Tokyo et l’hôtel est propre et très beau. Le problème est que le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Ils ne sont pas organisé, ni commerciaux, on a eu à plusieurs reprises des problèmes au restaurant, et aucunes solutions n’ont été apportées. Et le point très problématique c’est que les chambres sont très humides, nos vêtements étaient presque mouillés… aucunes possibilités de faire déshumidifier la pièce même avec l’appareil mis à disposition. Nous ne recommandons pas le petit-déjeuner, beaucoup trop cher, et pas assez varié pour le prix. Concernant le restaurant, les plats proposés sont bons, bien maîtrisé, mais par contre le service est pas bon du tout, deux heures à attendre, pour au final voir que des tables sont vides. Je pense que le problème vient de l’organisation et la formation des salariés. Et le point qui m’a vraiment surpris négativement est qu’on nous force à consommer une boisson, alors qu’on vient seulement dîner dans l’hôtel dans lequel on séjourne pendant 9 nuits… si seulement le service était satisfaisant, nous serions bien volontiers revenu plus de fois au restaurant..
- Takuma (10/5): 東京を一望できる、お値段以上の高級ホテル - エントランスが36階最上階という時点で、ホテルに入った瞬間から大興奮です。一緒に来た彼女も大興奮でした。そして、たまたまですが、角部屋で、かつエントランスとは違う方角だったので、東京タワー、スカイツリー、レインボーブリッジ、すべてが見ることが出来て、まさに東京を一望できるホテルでした。 お部屋も高層階しかないので、どの部屋にしても眺望がいいのが、また素敵です。そして、朝も東京のウォーターフロントを眺めながら朝食を食べることが出来て、本当に眺望は日本一と言ってもいいと思います。 お部屋もキレイで、値段の割に広めだと思います。そして、東京では意外とトイレバスが一緒のホテルが多いですが、泊まったお部屋は別々で、浴槽も大きく、ゆったり過ごすことが出来ました。 本当に、非の打ち所がない、デートや特別な日におすすめなホテルです。 アメニティグッズの置き場所が、エレベーターホールの死角にあり、帰る時まで気付きませんでした。とは言え、必要なものはすべてお部屋にあるので、特に困るわけではありません。

- Ami Decker (10/5): - It was a high quality hotel with a comfortable bed and hot shower. The view was amazing. We would stay here again. These are not showstoppers for us. The bathroom was on the small side. They say it is a 5-star hotel but it does not meet the luxury and service we've experienced at other 5-star hotels. Again not a deterrent for us but want people to know if they are looking for a true 5-star experience.

- Monia (6/5): Correct - Hotel bien situé et bien desservi en transport en commun. La vue panoramique sur Tokyo Bay et Mont Fuji. La chambre standard est vraiment trop petite, le lit est minuscule! De l'attente au petit dejeuner tous les jours. Pas de matcha au petit dej alors qu'on est au Japon ni de chocolat chaud.

It is located in a very calm and relaxing area with a beautiful Marina Bay–style atmosphere, while still being only a few metro stops away from the center of Tokyo. Almost every room offers a spectacular panoramic view over Tokyo, depending on the room category booked. From the 33rd, 34th, or 35th floors, the city views are absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The breakfast selection is exceptional - an incredible variety of high-quality food with both Japanese and international options. Everything feels carefully prepared and premium. The staff is highly professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout the entire stay. In addition, the public bath area is beautifully maintained, extremely clean, and designed with great attention to detail. Overall, an outstanding hotel experience that combines tranquility, luxury, excellent service, and amazing views of Tokyo.
- Vishal (7/5): - View of the Tokyo Bay No concierge service for the luggage. No cold bath in the Onsen. Breakfast was really not good, everything had seafood. No bread. We found it a bit expensive compared to other 5 stars hotel we stayed in Japan where we had much better service compared to what Mitsui offered. Room could have been a bit more spacious. In the photos it looks big but in reality it’s not.

- Rajesh Christophe (7/5): Chambre agréable, petit déjeuner nul-médiocre. - L’emplacement est très bien à côté du métro. Le personnel très sympathique et serviable. La qualité du lit et surtout du coussin extrêmement confortable. Très belle réception avec une jolie vue. Extrêmement déçu du petit déjeuner. Toujours la même chose sur les 6 jours. Peu de choix offerts. Cher payé l’hôtel pour un tel petit déjeuner. Peut-être agréable pour une ou 3 nuits mais pas au-delà! Cependant le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.
