Sven (3/5): - Leider reagiert diese Unterkunft auf keinerlei Nachrichten. Unser Event wurde kurzfristig ein Tag vorher von Eventim abgesagt und wir haben versucht mit dem Hotel eine Lösung zu finden. Keine Reaktion… Daher: Nicht ohne Stornierungsoption buchen!!! Wir jedenfalls werden dort kein Zimmer mehr buchen, sorry.

Fiona (8/5): Prima hotel voor prima prijs en fijne locatie - De ligging van het Hotel is top! Je komt overal zo met openbaarvervoer. En zijn huur en leen stepjes in de buurt. Het winkelcentrum ligt aan de overkant met alles wat je nodig hebt! En het hotel is netjes Het personeel had moeite met engels en ons duits is best goed maar soms gewoon niet te verstaan. Onze hotelkamer stonk naar sigaretten bij aankomst. De koelkast deed het niet. En de tv niet. Gelukkig goed opgelost en meteen een nieuwe kamer gekregen.

Sergio (1/5): Irreführende Angaben zur Ladestation – Mangelhafter Service - Zimmer neu und gut ausgestattet Ich habe dieses Hotel gezielt ausgewählt, da auf Booking.com ausdrücklich mit einer Ladestation für E-Autos geworben wird. Leider entpuppte sich dies als Fehlinformation bzw. organisatorisches Desaster. Bereits Wochen vor meiner Anreise habe ich den Kundenservice bezüglich der Nutzung der Ladestation kontaktiert, jedoch keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Da es sich um ein Hotel mit Self-Check-in handelt, gab es vor Ort keine persönliche Rezeption, die Auskunft geben konnte. Die Antwort des Services erreichte mich erst am Tag der Abreise – um 2:00 Uhr nachts. Für Reisende mit Elektrofahrzeugen ist diese Unzuverlässigkeit inakzeptabel. Wer mit Ausstattungsmerkmalen wirbt, sollte auch in der Lage sein, grundlegende Fragen dazu zeitnah zu beantworten. Ich kann das Hotel für E-Auto-Besitzer daher aktuell nicht empfehlen.

Bojan (7/5): - The rooms are clean and overall great. There was options to choose separated beds in two-beds room and I picked it, however they provided us double(kings-size) bed instead two regular beds.
taggi (8/5): Im grossen und ganzen angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Es war sehr angenehm, dass man früh nach dem Aufstehen im Zimmer sich Espresso oder Tee machen konnte, Für Tee fehlten allerdings geeignete Gläser mir Henkel. Die Gläser vom Bad wurden zu heiss. Die Bettdecken waren dick und schwer. Das führte dazu, dass man über Nacht sehr in Schweiss lag. Bettlaken, Kissen und Decke waren nass und unangenehm, Man musste enden, brachte man nicht viel. Im Bad fehlten Haken rechts oder links vom Waschbecken, wo man das Handtuch hängen konnte. An der gegenüber liegende Wans war ein Halen für Duschtuch. Das Ventilatorgeräusch der Lüftungsnalage srörte Nachts beim Schlafen.

Christian (8/5): - Raum war sauber und Frühstück ok. Auch an der Bar am Abend konnten wir in Ruhe etwas trinken. Der Check-in hat schlussendlich funktioniert, aber... (s. negativ Bewertung). Online Check-in war gar nicht gut. Ich habe 5 Zimmer gebucht, 4 für meine Kollegen und 1 Zimmer für mich als separate Buchung mit einer anderen Emailadresse. Beim Checkin waren die falschen Daten hinterlegt und ich musste alles nochmals überschreiben. - Meinen Kollegen erging es nicht besser. Auch ist der Empfang die meiste Zeit verlassen.

Doerte (8/5): Sehr guter Comfort,nettes Personal, Buffet ausbaufähig - Ausstattung war sehr gut und auch das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstückbuffet war zwar sehr vielseitig, aber es gab wenig Auswahl für traditionelles Frühstück. Z.B. Kein Joghurt zum Müsli. Am 2. Tag gab es keinen Toaster und ich konnte das glutenfreie Brot nicht Toasten. Das konnte ich dann nicht wirklich essen. Das Abendbuffet war ausschließlich mit Fleisch. Für meineTochter wurden dann noch Bruschetta nachgemacht, das war sehr nett, aber insgesamt könnte man etwas vielfältiger für unterschiedliches Essverhalten werden.

Paolo Andrea (9/5): - Ottima Assistenza dello staff, camera pulita e silenziosa e confortevole. Bella l'idea di avere una macchina del caffè in camera con le capsule. Ottima colazione. In bagno un solo appendino e quindi non si sa dove appendere gli asciugamani e gli indumenti e non ci sono piani d'appoggio, la doccia è senza protezioni e quindi si bagna il tappetino e il pavimento.
Alexander (10/5): Optimal für Kurztrip zentral in Berlin. - Echte 5* für dieses Hotel. Zimmer schön, Frühstück klasse und Service/Rezeption extrem nett und hilfsbereit! Ich hatte ein Problem wegen doppelter Bezahlung, welche eigentlich Booking hätte zurückbuchen müssen...Hotel hat hier super reagiert und diesen Fehler selbst ausgeglichen, obwohl es von Booking hätte geregelt werden müssen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Es hat alles gepasst. Zimmer war wie beschrieben. Frühstück gab es nichts auszusetzen. Lage auch super. Personal TOP! Also keinerlei negative erlebnisse.

eduardo (9/5): It was a good choice - Great Breakfast, every day, something changed, wich is a good idea for guests who stay several day. Nice people. Good location. Central air conditioning and automatic ventilation (in the bathroom) could not be turned off, therefore, I always had some noise and dry air due to the airco. Also, it was not painted with Climate Coating products. This paint would improve the air quality in the room.

Hilal (5/5): Digital transformation gone wrong - I’ve stayed here before and it was great, so I had high hopes for this visit. They’ve traded the front desk staff for tablets, and you can also feel the budget-slashing once you get inside the room. Qq to the management: why would you remove “human” from hospitality? This is automation for the sake of cost, not the guest.
Katsiaryna (1/5): Unfortunately bad service - It‘s modern. Service has disappointed me. Check-in is very confusing (and I am a frequent traveler), their in-house system doesn’t pick booking details from the booking platform and people working there let guests use self check in which is far from clear and convenient to everyone. One of the guests had troubles to check in because the other one checked in before, and the breakfast - although being paid for during the booking - was not provided to one of the guests. Poor communication - bar personnel was not able to speak English and for sorting things out I had to speak German on behalf of guests. Instead of a relaxed stay it was all in all a lot of stress for the guests new in the city.

Sofía (6/5): Bien precio calidad - Era cómoda la pieza, estaba todo limpio y no había mal olor La ubicación del hotel, por lo menos está al lado de la estación de metro y trenes pero el sector no es muy agradable

Stefano Piazzini (8/5): - Ottima posizione vicino a metro e treno, hotel pulito e bello. Camera sufficientemente spaziosa. La colazione da migliorare, poco varia e non eccezionale considerando che costa 21 euro al giorno.

Petra (6/5): - Das Frühstück war gut. Sehr gute Auswahl. Mit dem Fahrstuhl kommt man nur mit Zimmerkarte. Ich hatte leider was im Zimmer, beim Auszug vergessen. Dies wurde nicht weggeschmissen sondern erstmal aufgehoben. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist genau gegenüber. Sehr schön wenn nochmal geshoppt werden kann. Auswahl an Kaffee war nicht gegeben. An der Rezeption hatte ich leider das Problem das kaum deutsch gesprochen wurde bzw das sie selbst mir bei Fragen nach einem Wegnicht weiter helfen konnten. Am Abend bzw in der Nacht konnte es sehr laut werden durch den Verkehr.

Tanja (9/5): Tolles modernes Stadthotel - Super schönes Hotel und die Leistung übertraf den Preis. Also mehr als gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer waren sehr modern. Schönes Bad mit genügend Ablageflächen. Ebenfalls sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Es roch gut und alles war sauber. Gegenüber ist ein Shopping Center, die Lage für uns prima. Tiefgarage kostet extra, aber ohne ist es schlecht zu parken.
Barbara (9/5): - Die Lage war für uns ideal. S-Bahn und U-Bahn-Stationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer waren sauber und hatten alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Im Hotel war es generell sehr warm. (Besuch im Frühjahr) Lag vielleicht auch am sonnigen Wetter. Im Bad fehlte eine Möglichkeit die Badetücher aufzuhängen. Leider wurden die Badetücher nach 1x brauchen gewaschen, obwohl wir sie nicht auf den Boden gelegt haben.
Horst (10/5): Hat Spass gemacht - Gutes Frühstücksangebot, Top Lage zu Fuß aber auch mit den Öffentlichen. Toll zu erreichen. Fenster gut Isoliert, kaum Lärm, auch von den Gängen nicht viel Lärm mitbekommen. Andere Gästen wussten sich zu benhmen Alles Online finde ich doof

Maria (8/5): Fabelhaft, ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Sehr sauber, Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Badezimmer sehr schön. - Ein angenehmes, sehr sauberes Hotel. Sehr freundliches, serviceorientiertes Personal. Eine schöne Sauna- Oase, die wohl nicht so genutzt wird, lohnt sich ! TV hat sich nicht automatisch mit dem W-lan verbunden. Aber sicher hätten die Mitarbeiter geholfen, es war aber leider zu spät.

ISABELLE (3/5): I was robbed! - I was robbed in the room and the property did not take responsibility for it. Still owns me a value of 95€ for the robbed object and stayed silent when I sent them an email to negotiate. If it wasnt robbed it was thrown in the trash. I went through every centimeter of the room and it was simply not there.

Miriam (3/5): Auf keinen Fall 4 - Sterne zugehörig!!! - Einzig und allein- die Lage und die Größe der Zimmer inkl. Bad. Angefangen beim sehr komplizierten Check-In. Ich wurde vor der Anreise bereits 2x per Mail aufgefordert den online Check-In durchzuführen. Dieses habe ich auch getan musste dann aber nochmals an der Rezeption den Check-In durchführen. Da fing das Chaos dann an, 2 DZ zur Alleinbenützung und 1 DZ waren gebucht. Bis diese Zimmer zugeordnet werden konnten, vergingen fast 20 Minuten! Es gab auch keine Einweisung bezgl. Zimmerkarte und Fahrstuhl. Man kommt mit der Zimmerkarte nur bis in den Stock auf dem das gebuchte Zimmer ist. Pech ist, wenn man etwas von den dazugebuchten Zimmer/Personen benötigt. Dieser Weg wird sehr schwierig und gestaltet sich als extrem kompliziert! Auch eine Gästeinformation, wie in Hotels üblich, fand man nicht in all unseren gebuchten Zimmern vor. In unserem gab es eine, die mehr als verdreckt und in einem sehr unhygienischen Zustand war. Fotos anbei. Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt auch mehr zu wünschen übrig! Vom Frühstücksbuffett kann zu schweigen. Abgepackte Marmelade, Honig … wie dazumal - nicht mehr der heutigen Zeit entsprechend!!

Romy (7/5): Gutes Hotel mit super Lage - Das Hotel ist super nah am Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen gelegen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind modern und sauber. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist recht teuer, bietet eine gute Auswahl. Leider kann man die Temperatur nicht selbst regeln. Es wird zentral vorgegeben und ist doch recht warm (auf den Fluren sowie im Zimmer). Jeden Morgen um 5 geht die Lüftung von selbst an und lässt sich nicht manuell steuern. Es gibt die Möglichkeit seinen Koffer vorher sowie nachher zwischen zu stellen. Leider ist der Raum aber durch jeden, jederzeit begehbar. Es wird nicht geprüft wer Zugang hat und/ oder wer Koffer mitnimmt.
