- Natalie (8/5): - Stay was lovely, host on arrival was excellent very friendly, welcoming and informative...especially for food recommendations. Great location, we walked to all main atteactions. Clean room and tidied everyday however we were disappointed and shocked that the top of the beds head board had a thick layer -a centimetre layer- of dust. Seemed this had been completely overlooked which was was so offputting we cleaned it ourselves as it was the bed! Other than that we really enjoyed this hotel.

- Fernando F (4/5): - The staff was lousy with the exception of Chadri, one of the reception guys and Maria a part time waitress. The safe in the room did not work and it took three days to get it fix, some of the lights went out at night and construction was going on and there was dust all over.

Elevator was very small, which made moving luggage difficult, would have been nice if there was someone available to help with luggage. Concierge was very helpful with fin ding us an Iliad store so we could purchase esims for our phones. Good overall.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Pleasant stay but not ideal - Great location, accessible to most places. Room was clean and beds comfortable. However, shower gel provided was very limited—barely enough for one use—and when we asked for more, we were told they had run out, which was quite disappointing. The room had power points with USB ports, but none of them were working, which was inconvenient as we had to share limited charging options. Definitely not what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard.

We stayed in the 2 bed suite with balcony, but didnt use the balcony because it looked directly into the building behind it. No real benefit of having the balcony. Staff were great and very helpful.

Clean but not immaculate. Staff nice but not special. Beds were comfy enough and the air conditioner worked and was quiet. Our room was getting tired. Bathroom 2 star. The location is convenient to most attractions. It is a 3 hundred dollar room at best

Very central location, could walk to all major tourist sites. The room was quaint and we loved the balcony but there was some apparent water damage on the walls and the shower was not cleaned well.

The hot water was out two days but was fixed each time. The hotel tried to claim we had broke the hot water to gouge us for money. Outside of this the staff was plesant and helpful and the brrakfast was simple but good. If you have any mobility issues this lovation is not safe. If you are healthy and able bodied just be careful on the stairs.

The elevator is very small Rooms could have been cleaner, especially the shower Our first night there was some sort of mix-up with our booking & we were given a room that required stairs & was not very clean. Our second - fourth were fine.

The bathroom was full of humidity and mold (I will attach the photos, if Booking lets me). The receptionist promised that they would clean it, we asked for 3 days, they didn't. The rooms need some deep cleaning. The breakfast is hostel quality, no fresh bread, no fresh juices, only hard boiled eggs. Value for money is extremely low. No facilities. This seems like a 2 star hotel, definitely not a standard of a 4 star hotel.

Cleaning of the room could have been more thorough; multiple asks for toiletries which were not replenished; whilst there is a lift there are steps to and within the room which should be more clearly stated when booking.

No luck. It was an annoyance, but otherwise we were fine. The room was gorgeous and spacious with two queen beds.

After mentioning it to the girl at reception, the next morning everything go upgraded with a big smile and with a real concern to our well being. Team both at reception and at breakfast were very accommodating, suggesting help with everything and always with a big smile. Breakfast could be improved

- Tania (5/5): Not a good experience - Only the location .Mrs Tamara was the only kind and friendly and helped us with some problems in this accommodation The room was super dirty.breakfast was not worth the money.they did not the change the towels.due to strike of aerials controllers in Greece I could not be there on Friday that I had prepaid on this accommodation and I did not take my money or they did not made a change for a checkout later.so i lost the money from my Friday staying that I could not have made it there.There was a lot of dust in the room.the cleaning of the room was worthless.breakfast was not full .

Near to anything you’d want to see or walk to. My second time to Rome and my first time to this hotel. I’d would come back to this hotel again, no questions. Know that the buffet breakfast is not included, it is €15 pp downstairs. WiFi worked well for me and my kids. Nothing perfect.

We loved the location, easy access to the famous areas of Rome but quiet location (from our room) The room was accessible by stairs and had a smaller bathroom (which weren't a problem for us but might be for others). The employees were friendly, spoke English and helpful. The Italian style breakfast was worth the extra cost and was a perfect way to start our day. We will be back next visit, for sure!! If you are from the USA... realize you are in another country (you're not in Kansas anymore). Don't be a spoiled American. Italy has some inconveniences due to the age of the buildings, plumbing and sometimes tight spaces. Do your homework if you need certain features (no stairs, large bathrooms, bathtub, etc.). Embrace the culture and history and enjoy your trip.

- Ozge (9/5): Highly recommend for families looking for comfort and a prime location. - The location is perfect-just in the heart of a bustling area, everything you need is a short walk away-restaurants, shops, cafes and museums. The room itself was incredibly spacious which was a huge bonus for our family of four. Two comfortable queen beds easily accommodated us. We also had a balcony. While it didn`t have the best view due to the surrounding buildings, it was still a nice touch. It gave us the opportunity to enjoy some fresh air. The hotel staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. All in all, everything about our stay was great.
