Die Lage ist Top. wir dürften auch länge drinnen bleiben, da wir einen Abendflug hatten. Die wirklich coole Sache ist der wunderschön gepflegter Garten mit Sonnenliegen. Wenn man was negatives finden muss, dann hätte ich mir niedrigere Preise gewünscht- gilt aber allgemein für Dubrovnik.

Dom świetnie wyposażony - od przyborów kuchennych po herbatkę. Czysto, wygodnie, bardzo dobrze zorganizowane. Cudowny taras z pięknym widokiem.

• Dalya (10/5): - Beautiful and spacious house and garden. Right by the old town walls. Very comfortable beds, great outdoor space. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication. All was great!
• Lisa (10/5): Very nice! - Location, location, location!!! What a fantastic location. The place was spacious, clean and perfect for our needs. The patio was amazing but, sadly, it was a little too chilly to really enjoy it. Also, the property management company was very helpful. We had a vehicle taller than the garage provided and they helped us locate alternate parking. Washer and dryer. Our clothes steamed but never really got dried. Perhaps, main dryer vent needs to be cleaned. Tried to read instructions provided but not in English (washer instructions were but not the dryer instructions).

• Thanh Tran (10/5): - Quite a gem! We loved the terrace, a great way to start and unwind for the night. Lots of space, bedrooms were larger and great living room with smart TV. We do a lot of laundry with young kids and the facilities were great!

The location was ideal, and the outdoor area was so spacious and accommodating and great for an evening relax session. Nothing!

• Malcolm (9/5): Excellent - Excellent location, very close to old town and with some shops and a few restaurants nearby. Property was very clean, also very spacious and very well kitted out in the kitchen. All the furniture was good. The outdoor space wasexcellent too. A few minor things, water pressure in downstairs bathroom was poor. A door-handle and some stick-on towel hangers fell off. Very minor irritations.
• Conor (10/5): A wonderful cool oasis in the high temperatures of the Summer season in Dubrovnik - Holidaying with a family of 5 , the location is stunning with lots of room. We arrived in Dubrovnik with the Temperatures in the mid-30s but this didn’t affect us too much as the location of Festina Lente meant that we could escape the high temperatures in the Old Town (5 mins stroll to the centre) to our cool air conditioned accommodation. Every bedroom and living room has aircon. Absolutely no need for a hire car or a bus unless you want to explore outside Dubrovnik and even at that we booked a taxi/uber to take us there. The local beach is only 5 minutes walk away. All in all Festina Lente is a high end facility that I would have no problem booking again. There is nothing I didn’t like but if I was to find something to be critical about then it would be the price - but you get what you pay for.

• Zara (10/5): Perfect place to stay in a wonderful location. - The location was perfect. It had views of the sea and the walls. We could chose if we wanted to access the town via the gate with the steps or the gate without the steps as the property was near to both. The garden had sun beds and seating areas which were good for socialising and relaxing with our family. The house was near to everything: The town walls, the bus stops, the cable car, shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. The house itself was clean and comfortable and had air conditioning which is such a bonus. It also had a washing machine and a tumble drier and a separate toilet (3 toilets in total) which was great. Communication was excellent with the property and they helped us organise transport from the airport. We were very happy with everything and would definitely stay again. We have made many happy family memories. We were happy with everything - there was nothing we didn’t like.

Very clean, spacious and bright. Air conditionning worked well. Fabulous bathroom & additional shower on different floor. Good open plan layout, comfortable chairs and big dining table Kitchen utensils were scarce. Not enough cups or saucepans, no teapot. The hob had a crack on it which put us off using it, in case the crack got worse.

Very comfy and host left generous amount of basic supplies (detergent, toilet paper, tea bags etc) which was much appreciated. • Brian (6/5): Pleasant - The best thing about this property is the location to the old city. Great bathrooms and bedrooms that were clean. The garden was great to use and the outdoor eating area. Great laundry , but no powder supplied. Use of a safe Good instructions on use of the property Having to chase up the host for access codes & wifi codes after payment has been made. We were a family that wanted to cook most nights for ourselves which is one of the reasons we chose this property. The kitchen did not have numerous items to allow comprehensive use of the cooking facility. No Bottle opener, no tongs, no microwave cookware, no can opener, no serving dishes except two large salad bowls, no oven mitt , no roasting/baking trays, half a washing up sponge & one thin tea towel for a week! Most of the kitchen cupboards/draws are empty. Parquetry floor in the Main bedroom is coming away and creaking every time you walked on it, waking people up.

Also a great communication with receiption office, all our minor requests were handled quickly and efficeitly. Thank you!
• Kim (10/5): Perfect location, house was 5 star - The house was beautiful, clean and such luxury to have a beautiful Mediterranean style courtyard to sit out in even in the winter. The lighting out in the courtyard was sensational. The location for the Old Town was perfect only a few mins walk and the main reason why we chose it was we could park our car in the garage. The pillows were very hard.
• Christine (10/5): Fabulous Villa! Location, Location, Location! - Wonderful spacious villa in a fabulous location. Just a short walk from the old town and nearby to 2 great supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We visited as 3 couples to celebrate a week away for a 60th birthday. All rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable, pillows were much too big for us all, very minor but that was really our only complaint! Nice roomy bathroom with an extra shower room and toilet on the first floor. Washing machine and tumble drier in the basement with an extra toilet was great! The garden area was the jewel in the crown with fabulous views of the sea and walled city. We had breakfast outside everyday and met for drinks before heading out each evening. Would highly recommend this property. Pillows were too big and bulky for sleeping
