• Alexandre (9/5): Très bel hôtel, au calme et confortable - Très bel hôtel, chambre soignée (déco zen et bien pensée), lits confortables, onsen propre et efficace, petit déj très complet et varié (entre le style japonais et occidental), personnel au top Les lave-linge / sèche-linge sont un peu désuets - les deux laveries sont petites et bruyantes - et les ascenseurs sont longs.

Check this is the where you want to go as half way between tourist attractions/Shinkansen and Dotonbori, although both easily accessible by train. It is in a more quiet area though. We did find some great restaurants nearby and of course mini supermarkets. The room was one of the smallest we had, and with 2 suitcases laid out was a tight squeeze. Price was appropriate though. • Simon (9/5): Recommended as a calm location to escape the hustle and bustle of this busy city! - A very tranquil place, with a warm welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The staff are obviously very experienced with international visitors, and speak good English. The onsen is a highlight, and I relaxed well there! Breakfast tasty and varied, and regularly replenished. I would have liked more storage in the bedroom (there wasn't really anywhere to put my large suitcase, which was in a way OK as I only stayed for one night, but any longer, and it would have really got in the way). A small point though - a really enjoyable stay!

• Enes (7/5): Nice hotel but repetitive misunderstanding issue - The location was okay. I could walk to to Osaka Castle but apart from this you need to take the metro to reach main landmarks. I like the slippers provided both for the inside of the room and the inside of the hotel. Also you can enjoy the mouth wash liquid, toothpaste and toothbrush etc provided at the reception area. They provided me free activities inside the hotel such as cooking. I did not attend them. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that I had booked two rooms for myself. After an 11-hour flight, all I wanted was to rest, so it was really stressful. Luckily, I had printed my reservation before my trip to Osaka and showed it to her. She also asked to see the confirmation email from the hotel. After checking everything for a few minutes, she finally let me into my room. I think it was probably a translation misunderstanding. I booked a “double room,” but maybe they understood it as booking two rooms. I also saw another review mentioning the same issue. I strongly recommend printing your reservation pages before your trip, just in case.

Great water pressure and not too noisy. Could hear people in the hallway at 7am being loud. Otherwise the staff and hotel experience was solid. The water pressure, the pillows, the food.

L’accesso alla spa non è consentito a chi ha tatuaggi. Non abbiamo chiesto se, anche avendone di piccoli e coprendoli, avremmo potuto avere accesso perché non avevamo tempo. Però info da tenere in considerazione ed eventualmente se interessati chiedere in anticipo.

• Nikolay Pervykh (9/5): We will happily stay here again. - This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love its convenient location and the polite, friendly staff. This time, we would especially like to thank Ms. Matsuyama, who helped us retrieve an item we had left behind at another hotel. The rooms are clean, and the breakfasts are delicious and varied. Smoothies are our particular favorite. This time, we were also able to use the onsen on the first floor — definitely a bonus of this hotel. We will happily stay here again. I deducted one point because there is no option for a light breakfast (such as a sandwich and juice) when checking out early

• WEI HAN (10/5): - 這間飯店的裝潢充滿濃濃的日本風味很漂亮，雖然上面寫15:00才能入住，但我們13:00到就入住了。雖然這間離地鐵不算很近但也不會太遠，且附近也有超商整體而言是很不錯的，而房間大小普通，早餐偏西式、浴池的部分很棒，很有氛圍。

• Martina (10/5): Great!! Cannot wait to go back there - The hotel is WONDERFUL!! Just 7 minutes by walking from the station. The room was very clean and with all the necessary a guest can need: tea, coffee, small fridge, hairdryer, slippers, and also tote bags and slippers for the onsen spa, which was great and had everything needed as well (hair and body shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, face cleanser, moisturizer, … ). The breakfast was absolutely perfect, there were both salted and sweet breakfast with a lot of Japanese food but also European ones for a complete experience. Furthermore they provide free experience for the guests in the afternoon (when I was there there were the Takoyaki and the calligraphy ones). They also provide essentials in the lobby, like hair cups, brushes, cotton pads, stylers both for curly and straight hair, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash and more. And the staff was just so nice and kind. Definitely a great place to stay, with a good position, also for restaurants and 7/11 around!!

The breakfast was a standout, with a wide range of high-quality Japanese options that felt both authentic and thoughtfully curated. The bath facilities were a real highlight, calm, well-maintained and genuinely relaxing after a day out. Rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable, with everything you need. The lobby and common areas are beautifully designed, with tasteful interiors and striking artwork that create a refined, welcoming atmosphere. Nothing to fault.

• Sewon (9/5): A perfect retreat in Osaka - Staff members were very helpful and courteous. We really loved the location - it's a little tucked away and gave us a lovely retreat from the busy, touristy areas we explored. But there are still plenty of great restaurants that are within walking distance, and well connected by trains. The room was very peaceful and quiet, though it felt a little bit small. The breakfast spread was solid with a variety of traditional Japanese items as well as western-style breakfast items. Room (and bathroom) could have been a little bit bigger but it was perfectly fine for a short stay!

The location was good - a short subway ride from Shin-Osaka, but also easy to walk to some of the major museums and Dotonbori. The breakfast was excellent and possibly one of the nicest we had whilst in Japan. The breakfast room was clear and bright and the buffet was kept well-stocked. I particularly liked that there was a different freshly prepared smoothie each morning. It was a nice surprise to find that the hotel offered free classes to guests. Due to the timings, we were unable to join a calligraphy class, but greatly enjoyed the takoyaki making session. We also appreciated that the hotel provided very comfortable good-quality pyjamas. We could find no fault with anything.
