They gave us no estimated time for our room. We would’ve waited but the fact that we could not contact one single person prior to arrival was frustrating. I have never had this happen before with any hotel. Will never stay at a Hyatt. Location was close to the airport which made us so congested. The elevator in the parking structure which was shared didn’t work.

We had a terrible experience at check in starting with we had to wait two hours for our room because housekeeping was way behind. There was confusion with our reservation as the staff said our reservation was cancelled. Also, poor communication from the staff upon check in about the hotel.

- Evan (6/5): If I had to, I’d stay here again. - The location. I flew in for a convention at sofi and flew out the next day. The hotel seems safe. There’s a bar and restaurant in the lobby. There was a Jersey Mike’s around the corner. The free hotel shuttle was easy to find. Good service to and from the airport. I would have paid for a secure internet connection. I usually have that option at hotels. I kept getting kicked off the public hotel WiFi. The hotel staff told me to remove my vpn so the connection to the public WiFi would stabilize. That’s insane. The hotel room was decent, for an airport hotel. But, they only had dim lamps to light the room. The bathroom was dim. I ended up using my ring light to put in my make up.

We booked a two-queen room only to discover it's an internal room with no windows to the outside. We asked if we could move only to be told that all two-queen rooms were windowless. As claustrophobes, if we'd have known that, we would have chosen to stay in one of the many competing properties instead - but it frustratingly wasn't advertised.

The accommodation was spacious and included a coffee machine. The breakfast was good. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I will stay there again. The location was far from our intended destination, but it was handy to the airport.
