• Sargun Deep (10/5): - Near the Centraal station, and easy for visiting all attractions. The staff was super friendly and they helped us in all possible ways. Clean rooms to quick service to clean washrooms and clean lifts and stairs. It was the best hostel i have ever stayed at. They have a restaurant you can dine in downstairs and where they serve breakfast. It was a great experience in all. I would come back to this place everytime.

• Kelly (10/5): Excellent value and enjoyable stay!! - This is an amazing hostel in the heart of the City. Just a few minute walk from the Amsterdam Central train station. The pod rooms are very clean and very functional. We had a canal view room and the natural light was very nice. The restroom/shower room was well stocked with extra towels and wash clothes. Showers stocked with shampoo and body wash. There is a laundromat just a few doors down the street if you need to do your laundry. We chose to include breakfast with our stay and it was quick and tasty. The ladies at the front desk are very knowledgeable, super friendly and really make guests feel welcome. We would absolutely stay again on future vacations and would recommend This Hostel to anyone!
• Jesús (8/5): - I like the area of where this hostel is located, in the middle of the city centre! Everything is close by or a 5-10 min walking I just felt a bit too warm inside the room, luckily the staff at reception gave me a fan upon request, but still, it was quite hot and the mattress was a bit hard for me. Overall a good experience

• Karmela (8/5): - First time sleeping in a capsule style hostel. Pros - it was very clean inside the rooms and also the shared bathroom was clean. Good location to walk around, close to the train station. Cons - I personally wasnt used to the small floor space, was abit of a challenge for 2 people trying to get ready at the same time. Rooms took abit of time to cool down. I think this location is very close to the nightlife so it was quite busy on the streets. Overall, if small spaces don't bother you then you will be fine staying here. If you want alot more space then this hostel will not work for you.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location for tourist - Very close to train station and town ! A little hip hostel place, check in is the same as the restaurant, which is a bit confusing. Wish the shower had hooks. Room is clean, just very small with very little room to move but comfortable.

The other issue I guess is just the price was way over the top for a super tiny room but that was my problem for not checking other hotels.

• Veronica (10/5): - This Hostel was a great place to stay in Amsterdam! Staff were very welcoming upon our arrival and our room and hostel facilities were kept clean and neat. Hostel is divided into individual pods for additional privacy and space and the hostel has a fun vibe and decor. The area near the hostel is bustling and full of shops, places to eat and is very walkable.

• Hannah (10/5): - My boyfriend and I stayed at The Hostel for three nights and we loved it- perfect location and the most helpful staff, couldn’t recommend enough!
• Katy (6/5): - It is situated in the centre so very convenient. It has updated decor and is fairly clean. The issue is that it is so noisy, you can literally hear everything. From doors shutting, foot steps, talking, music etc. I am a light sleeper so barely slept. I stayed solo and the size of the room although small was not too much of an issue. However I do feel as though if there were two people in a room this would be very cramped. The bathrooms are for both genders, this was not an issue until one morning I was brushing my teeth whilst a man decided to wash his hair in the sink and then clear his nose in the sink too. I checked in and out on the tablets so never saw a person who worked there. Overall it was cheap so can’t really complain but I wouldn’t recommend it. If you do stay though I would recommend eating in Fiona which is attached to the hostel, especially on a Tuesday as they have a deal with tacos and a cocktail.

Wonderful facilities and decor - the privacy of the compact rooms made for a cosy stay! Had some challenges with my room facilities, but management addressed straight away. Definitely looking to stay again when I'm back in the city!

• Janice (8/5): - Very good location walkable to train station and canals. We stayed n the lowest floor and all 3 shower stalls did not have hooks to hang our clothes or towel. Since it is an all gender bathroom this may be awkward.

• Daisy (8/5): Super central, cozy pod - Loved staying at this hostel, the bed was really comfortable and spacious. The shared bathrooms were fine, good shower pressure and privacy, sometimes had a drain type smell but the area was clean. Hairdryer was hit or miss so if you rely on one I’d recommend bringing a travel one with you. The hostel is less than a 10 min walk from the train station and above a Mexican restaurant which was really nice. I’d recommend if you want somewhere nice to stay and are not fussed about having lots of space.

The property is modern and the free hot drink is perfect morning start. The cube room is compact as expected, bed size is great but not comfortable at all. Overall best place to stay in Amsterdam.

Se encuentra muy cerca de las principales áreas de la ciudad, desde Ámsterdam Central haces como 5 o 6 minutos caminando y de igual forma al Barrio Rojo, la zona es muy agradable por que hay restaurantes y bares cerca. La habitación me gustó muy limpia y agradable, importante tomar en cuenta que es un espacio reducido y no te puedes mover con facilidad pero para mi estuvo excelente! El staff muy atento y amable a toda hora! Sin duda regresaría!

• Kymmon (8/5): - Excellent Hostel with very close proximity to Amsterdam Centraal station. Bathroom area is shared by floor and kept very clean and constantly stocked with fresh towels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cube rooms are very small, just enough to crash after a long day but as a single traveller who isn't fussy, it was sufficient. Would definitely recommend.

• Mason (8/5): Pleasant stay at This Hostel! - We had a pleasant stay at This Hostel. The pod was clean and as described. Quite small for 2 people for the amount of standing space/bag area as the door opens into this area. Not a big deal, but something to be prepared for. Shared bathrooms were cleaned multiple times a day and had fresh towels which was nice. Free coffee in the morning was an extra bonus as well. We would stay here again!

• Matthew (8/5): - I picked up some kind of virus over my last night there. I still have the runs. When I first got to my room the bed blanket was wet in a few spots, as if they had merely spot cleaned the bedding rather than completely changing it with fresh bedding.

• Morgan (10/5): - The entire hotel was such a cool vibe, very clean and new! The rooms felt bigger than we expected and for two people with two carry on suitcases we had lots of space to change and sleep. The shared washrooms were well stocked and maintained and the entire building was very clean and well kept! Very convenient location to the train station, shopping, food, and famous landmarks. We would definitely stay here again!
• Constantine (10/5): - Located right in the centre of Amsterdam and only a few minutes walk away from the central station is in the perfect place to explore the city. Not your typical hostel, kind of a hybrid with your own (very comfortable albeit small) room and communal showers and toilets. Everything was shiny clean and the bathrooms were routinely cleaned and restocked. Staff were amazing too! Super friendly and helpful at all times and offered us complementary tea and coffee every morning.

• Andrew (8/5): Okay for a short stay - The employees were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The toilets in the shared bathrooms were small and cramped. The showers in the shared bathrooms had a weird smell to them and didn’t drain very well. The smell went away once you started showering however. I’d recommend flip flops when using the shower.

• Megan (10/5): Great location - The space is as advertised, very small. I would recommend getting one with a canal view because having a window make its feel a little less tight. If you get one of the ones with the floor beds then it's tough for a taller person to get in and out. Not much space outside the bed but enough to make it work. Once you are in your bed area then it doesn't feel claustrophobic anymore and it was actually really comfortable and nice to sleep. They give you an eye mask and ear plugs for sleeping. The view I had of the canal was the best! The location is walking distance from everything - 5 minutes from the station, from the city central. Communal bathrooms/showers were all clean and kept up with. Plenty of towels and privacy once inside the bathrooms/showers. We were there during the week so we didn’t have any issues with noise either.

We loved the size of the bed was comfortable and big for two of us. We were worried about it potentially being noisy with it being a capsule but it was quiet all night! The shared bathrooms were well laid out and clean. We loved our stay and would definitely book again if we came back. Thank you x
• Andrea (10/5): - Love the mix between private rooms and shared bathroom so still affordable on a budget - just a boujee hostel!! Love the complimentary water bottles (simple but was so needed when we arrived ahah) and coffees before 12pm. Towels provided too and earplugs and eye masks!! Beaut bathroom. Only things I’d say are the rooms really are quite cosy! And there was only 1 toilet working on our floor so had some queues but apart from that amazing!!!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Quick and easy stay in AMS. - Booked for a Friday night. In Amsterdam, and any other hot spot, the weekends tend to get charged at a higher rate, so expect it to be higher on weekends. During the week they are lower. First off, the place was close to Amsterdam Central Station, well it is about 6-7 min walk, but that is not bad. It is also centrally located and you are surrounded by restaurants, bars. The booked for two people, and we fit just fine. Just an FYI, we have traveled to Japan and have been to Capsule hotels and this is a little better due to having the ability to stay together as a couple. Most capsules are separated by male / female sections only. I like this place because the pictures were spot on about the room size. It was a little tight to move around, but we were not gonna dance around in the room. We needed a place to rest after a long flight. Please note in Amsterdam, you will encounter steep stairs, they are as common as bike lanes I AMS. Be prepared for that and make sure to pack light. We have no issues with that as we are one bag per person travelers (Travel Pros who been there and done the heavy rollers). The restrooms are shared and they allow both men/women/other to use them. There is a bar, and they close around midnight. It is cool to hang out and chat with others before they close. After the bar closes, you get into Hostel/Hotel with your room card. It is easy. Check-in and check-out was easy. I would go back.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Clean Room - Tatty and Smelly Bathroom - Little pod room was clean and comfortable (albeit obviously very small) but the bathroom STUNK, of the two toilets in there, one had a permanently broken seat. Most of the showers had broken locks on the doors or taps. Can appreciate it’s a hostel but it’s not a cheap one and the smell is pretty extreme.

The shared bathroom was clean and always had fresh towels and soap. Very good location close to central station with great dining options around. Staff were very friendly and helpful

• Jianping (4/5): - I think I set a private bathroom when I searching for a room. I didn't expect that there would be no bathroom, and the space was so small that it exceeded my imagination. But when I saw this so-called room, we were so desperate that we almost gave up to looked for another hotel.

• Margie (6/5): - Well, the area is close on everything. But, the room was really really TIGHT. Actually it was the smallest room i've ever had stayed of all 46 countries i've been too. Anyways, the bathroom and shower area was clean. The bed is good enough. The staff was nice. but, i probably not recommend this hotel for someone who are taller and i would say big person. I'm just 5feet and 130lbs..but i had a hard time getting in and out with our 2back packs and 2hand carry luggage bcoz of tightness of the room space. You can't move that much that's how small it was.

The staff are also very accommodating as they helped me with my booking after my flight was cancelled and disrupted my trip. 10/10 would definitely stay again next time I’m in Amsterdam. Location is also really central and in walking distance to almost everything.
• Sarah (6/5): - For a couple I wouldn’t recommend! The cubes are smaller than expected and even though it says air conditioning, it does not work! We ended up leaving after the first night but the staff were nice and super accommodating. Would only suggested this place if you are travelling light
• Rayne (2/5): Stay elsewhere - I would only stay here for it's location.. everything else, run away. My husband and I (have stayed in many hostels before) started our experience here by being given a room key, walking into "our" room, and seeing the bed was not made and the last guests' trash was all over. We went up to the front desk to speak to the worker (we felt bad for him in this situation!) and he essentially told us that they were fully booked and we were on our own finding another place to stay.. he then realized another guest had checked in and left the hostel soon after to find another place to stay bc he didn't like the room, so we were given his room.. lovely. The sheets were covered in mystery stains and our rooms door handle was fully falling off and faulty. The location is amazing, near the Red Light district and Centraal station, but look for another hotel/hostel in the area. We would not stay here again.
• Cramba (10/5): Nice place - Very nice location. Clean and confortable. If you are claustrophobic you have to be careful, the space is very small. The staff is verry friendly, i recommend evryone to stay and i will come again for sure.
