• Casula (10/5): Posizione ottima!! - Ottima posizione vicinissimo al centro e alla stazione.. si trovano a pochi passi bar e ristoranti.. la struttura è piccola ma ottima per accogliere due persone. Purtroppo non è insonorizzata e si sentono le voci dei locali sottostanti.. non c'è aria condizionata ma riscaldamento centralizzato che viene spento quando lo vorresti ancora acceso.. Purtroppo non c'è macchina per caffè..

• Alexis (6/5): Passable - Emplacement, confort du lit Globalement propre Odeur d'eau croupie, obligée d'ouvrir les fenêtres de temps a autres rien d'insurmontable Présence de cafard du certainement aux cuisines du restaurant en dessous (nombre : 6 sur 5 Jours ) fermez vos sacs et évitez de laisser de la nourriture dehors, nous avons tous mis dans le frigidaire. Tapis hors d'âge dans le sens ou même passer l'aspirateur ne suffit pas à le rendre propre, il faut le changer.

• Ramona (9/5): Tutto molto bene! - Il B&B è curato, accogliente, bello e molto pulito. La posizione è davvero strategica, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e a due passi dall’Arno, ideale per muoversi comodamente senza bisogno di mezzi. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolte è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Unica pecca: il riscaldamento non funzionava e, purtroppo, in camera faceva freddo. Per il resto, struttura davvero piacevole e con grande potenziale!

• Рауза (10/5): Прекрасные 2 дня во Флоренции. - Очень удобное расположение квартиры,в историческом месте, достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. В квартире чисто, мебель и сантехника хорошие,есть все необходимое на кухне. На удивление было очень тихо,хотя вокруг толпы туристов. Рекомендую.Вернемся ещё. Были проблемы с онлайн регистрацией,но персонал помог. Ещё совет: если до заселения вам разрешат оставить багаж- не кладите свои продукты в холодильник)

• Sean (8/5): - A very compact unit right in the heart of Florence. Location was fantastic.
• Rebecca (6/5): Pleasant - Beautiful accomodation in a great location and lots of space. Bathroom was very small and the water would take forever to warm up and then go cold during your shower as well has the pressure was terrible. The key to the front door was also hard to use.
• Aurelien (8/5): Very good - Very well located and spacious enough for two people. We had issues with the shower, but it was very quickly fixed by the staff.
• Igor (1/5): . Think twice before renting this apartment. - Close to the city center. A lot of restaurants near by. Location is good to explore the city. In order to check in, you have to call customer service. They let you in, and only after that you can collect the key. Our front door key wasn't working. Every time we go back, we have to call customer service over WhatsApp. The apartment is extremely small. The kitchen is terrible. The toilet flush was broken. No way to get a shower. Water is extremely hot or cold.
• Aurelie (8/5): Good expérience and the host was efficient when you need something. - Perfect localisation, close to everything! The bed was very confortable, it was also quiet and a lot of restaurants around Just some trouble with the hot water and a very small shower.
• Luisa (9/5): Clean confortable and good sleep - Great location lots of great restaurants close by. Easy walk to all attractions. Quiet at night Small issue with AC/heater it made some noise when running but we did not need it on so we turned it off for our stay
• Claire (8/5): Perfect short stay location near all attractions - Central location near to all the main attractions. The bathroom was very compact as was the living space, however if only using it as a place to sleep it was perfect for us. Some might find this property a bit too claustrophobic..

• Ling (7/5): Facilities are passable. Super convenient location. - The location is super. All major attractions are within walking distance. Quite and fairly spacious bedroom. Good wifi. Noise of the water pump in the living room. The steps in the flat. The small showering cabin. Not comfortable couch.
• Jorge (6/5): great place bad virtual service - the location is excellent inside the village by the Arno river. small beautiful apartment except the door is naroow, could not come in with my back pack on the service was bad, very dehumanized, all on the app until we reached whats app level and communicated better the day i arrived could not get the key and instructions were so poor but the lady was very nice and help me up. upload my passport by sending her a snap shot on whats app the day i left, the guy was very bad, i texted him to ask him what to do before i left he was connected on line and did not want to reply back, i had to call him. i am never coming back!

• Jade (10/5): Brilliant location! - The location was absolutely brilliant, in the middle of everything that what wanted to see. No noise from the streets at night. Apartment had everything we needed.

• Thomas (9/5): A wonderful stay in a convenient downtown apartment by the river - The location of the property was excellent. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment, and the water bottle that was provided upon arrival. The hosts were communicative, and we enjoyed that we could drop our suitcases off before the scheduled check-in time, which allowed us to explore Florence without having to drag our bags with us. The air conditioning in the main living space worked great. Great water pressure in the shower. We were impressed with the size of the apartment, being so close to downtown and the river. Excellent location. The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work well. We had to sleep with no covers as we were sweating. We could not find a fan to help circulate the air. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

• Emma (6/5): Fantastic location, very snug apartment - fantastic location, great kitchen facilities. Mouldy shower. Very Noisy, could hear upstairs walking around. Steps up to the flat and doorways were very narrow for luggage
• Annemieke (7/5): comfort enough, a little expensive for that price - the location was good. nice and quiet street. also, the staff is very friendly the television did not work. since i am learning italian, this would have helped me! there was a smell of food in the apartment, probably from a restaurant below, but that was kind of penetrant!
