Had so much space and the facilities were as clean as you can get! Even the small details like a shoe horn hanging by the door and supplying you with washing up supplies was ideal. There were so many amenities, even a washing machine to freshen up some of our clothes. It is on a main high street so there are convenience stores around every corner. The staff were also amazing and let us leave our bags in their office before check in time and after check out time. I have only good things to say about this place. Book now! Only negative is that it is quite noisy as it is on a Main Street in Shinjuku, but it did not bother us as we fell straight asleep after 20k+ steps in a day!

It was very noisy during the night due to the very lifely city. It would have been nice to have some curtains at the kitchen window to darken the room. A helpful house guide brochure explained everything we needed to know. Bed was comfy and the shower was lovely. Occasional noise from outside but the apartment is well insulated so it wasn’t too bad. - Anne-Laure (7/5): - Logement très bien situé au cœur de Shinjuku ( proche de l’arrêt de métro Shin okubo). Accès par digicode très pratique ! Nombreux choix de restaurants proches de l’ hôtel et dans la rue principale. On a particulièrement apprécié le restaurant dans la petite rue à gauche en sortant de l’ immeuble !! Appartement plutôt grand , bien équipé ( lave linge, sèche cheveux, four, micro-onde , …) , très fonctionnel et très propre. Nous avons eu un problème de valise qui ne sont pas arrivées à l’ aéroport. Cela a été très bien géré entre l’ aéroport et notre hôte qui nous a informé dès que les valises ont été réceptionnées. Nous les avons récupérées très rapidement à la réception juste à côté de notre logement. Étant sensible au bruit , le logement étant le long de la grande rue très passante, je n’ ai pas très bien dormi pendant tout le séjour. Donc sommeil léger s’ abstenir !

- GVV (10/5): Como en casa! - El apartamento es excelente! Tiene todas las comodidades que puedas tener en casa. Escogimos uno con cama y futón (éramos tres), pensé que el futón no sería muy cómodo pero me equivocaba. Es muy completo y espacioso. La cocina es grande, tiene lavadora y todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Hay dos estaciones de metro a 7 minutos cada una (una de la linea JR), las paradas de autobús están muy cerca. En la misma calle encuentras supermercados, combinis y restaurantes. El anfitrión dejó un libro con instrucciones de los electrodomésticos, de cómo debe tirarse la basura, indicaciones para el servicio de transporte, supermercados y restaurantes cercanos. Tuve una duda con el sistema de basuras y el anfitrión me contestó al momento. ¡Repetiría sin dudarlo! ¡Encantados de haber escogido este apartamento! Todo ha ido mejor de lo esperado, no tengo ningún comentario negativo.

- Sherry (9/5): Cozy and spacious, great for a traveling couple. - Very clean, cute and spacious for Tokyo apartment. Cozy and nicely upgraded, perfect for a traveling couple. Having extra pillows was so nice. Loved the kitchen, closet, and bathroom/laundry. Would visit again. Building was quiet but it was sometimes noisy on the street. Having no curtain on the kitchen window made it harder to black out the apartment in order to sleep in (we wore sleep masks). Bed was a little firm for us but it the extra pillows helped offset that issue somewhat.

- Prabh (6/5): Convienently located, but disappointing. - Location was good, only 10 minutes to Shin-Okubo station. Kitchen facilities were good. The sheets were old and seemed worn out. The bathroom was dated and required a big step to access (and thus wasn't suitibe for those with mobility issues). There was a large flight of stairs to climb before the elevator. The photos submitted here are slightly misleading as the interior of the rooms have been changed drastically.
- Melanie (9/5): Excellent place for families - Nice cosy and clean apartment. It has a complete kitchen with cutlery/plates/cups and having a washing machine was useful. Not much. It’s close to a subway, although not a JR station which means transfers to main areas are needed. A later standard check out time of 11am would be great though!
