Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La sua cordialità ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo e ospitale. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Das große Schlafzimmer, mit seinen hohen Decken war okay, leider ohne Fenster, nur mit einer Balkontür auf einen öffentlichen Zugang. Die Lage. Furchtbar schmutzig und mitten im Slum. Wir haben das spanische Viertel gewählt um in einer guten Lage zu wohnen, leider ist dieses Apartment an der Grenze zum Slum. Schon eine Straße weiter wäre es deutlich schöner gewesen.

• BenjiRich90 (10/5): Perfect accommodation! - I was there for a conference in Naples, few days before arrival i got link to the very helpful video that explains literally step by step on how to arrive, then Gabriel was waiting for me and welcomed me in person (not so usual nowdays to actual meet someone real instead of just getting a code to enter!) and he helped bringing up my luggage and provided with best info's and best tips for me to eat and move around the area. Room was perfect: stylish, clean, nice and cosy, private bathroom, good connection free wifi and the free air conditioning was included during my stay, a laundry service its also possible for cheap and extra cleanings if you need them. There was also a cool roof-garden that i enjoyed bringing my laptop sitting outside to work at my presentation. Prolonged my stay for another day cause my wife and son joined (Gabriel was able to add an extra bed for him) and we finally enjoyed visiting Naples beautiful city centre after my conference. Gabriel was always kind, always helpful and available to give us the best tips on where to go and eat, prompt to give us an extra towel or pillow if needed, booking a taxi, print our tickets or holding our luggage for a couple extra hours after the check-in. Definitely recommended!

The location is super centric and you can easily visit all the most important neighborhoods of Napoli. Historical center, chiaia, vomero. The rooms are super cool with a fantastic design and touch a unique touch. Gabriele the host was super responsive and always ready to help. Definitely recommended
• David (10/5): Spanish Quarter, the real Naples - Host was very welcoming, and helpful. Location was perfect for exploring the real city of Naples.
• Rhythm (1/5): Unprofessional Host & Invasion of privacy - We had a deeply disappointing experience during our family holiday. While the property advertises air-conditioning, the remotes were withheld because the host deemed the spring weather not warm enough although in his message, he says "AC can be switched on at 22C in May", and it was 21C that day. We did find a way to turn it on without the remote, so we did. The next morning, the host unlocked the front door without permission and entered our private room, where a family member was still asleep. He criticized her for wearing “too warm” clothing and turned off the AC, all without consent. This was an invasion of privacy, trust, and completely unacceptable behavior. When we raised our concerns, the host was defensive and dismissive, suggesting we leave early if we couldn’t follow his rules. We chose to leave. This experience left us feeling unsafe and disrespected. I would strongly advise against booking this property. There are many other options in the area that offer better hospitality and respect for guests’ privacy. We are also disappointed that Booking.com does not more thoroughly vet hosts to prevent such incidents.
• Célia (8/5): Definitely good, Gabriele was a great host, very nice and always available to give us information and to help us. The ne - Wonderful room in an old Neapolitan house. The frescos were amazing, the bathroom big and well equipped. Nothing to dislike about the property, the only thing that people should be aware is that it is in a steep hill. Fortunately, our host kindly told us about the funicular, which helps us a great deal.
• Yvonne (8/5): Great location in the heart of Naples. - Gabriel was an amazing host. I have to say I have never actually met any of the hosts from any other privately run accommodation so it was very refreshing to actually meet the person that owned the apartment. Gabriel gave me some good advice and even organised a taxi for me so I could get to the train station when it was time to leave. The location is fantastic as it feels like you are right in the heart of Naples and get to experience what life is like for the people living there. It is not a 'touristy' area which is exactly what I wanted. It was very safe, and I would stay there again. Unfortunately I was there at the end of September and it was a bit too hot for me. I could not use the air conditioner due to Government regulations. Apparently not allowed to turn on cooling and heating at certain times, so do check this before you book to make sure you are ok with not having cooling. Heating is not so bad as you can always put extra clothes on to stay warm. Harder to stay cool without a fan or air conditioner.

The host Gabriel was incredibly nice and friendly, always ready with great suggestions for places to visit and things to do in the area. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions. The apartment itself was lovely, well-maintained, and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

• Barbara (9/5): Lovely! - Location was excellent, just near the centre of Quartieri Spagnioli. the building itself was really quirt for Napoli, we felt secure and comfortable. The only downside is, you have to be prepared to climb - a lot! However if you follow the instructions provided by host, you'll have no problems getting there. Host was really great and discreet. Overall it was great value for the money and would definitely recommend. Our room had only one window - on the balcony so it was bit dark. Also, I would recommend adding more superior bed and furniture because everything is so beautifully restored (the apartment was part of old monastery) it would elevate general value. Also, the balcony had plastic eave, which when the rein fell was leaking and it can get pretty nosy.

The host was so kind, giving information helping with suggestions and answering all questions about Naples while providing excellent customer service for the best experience to discover the city. Excellent location with perfect position for moving freely by walking around the best districts in the very central area of town. Looking forward to coming back very soon! • Fernanda (8/5): Authentic, gorgeous, friendly, in the real heart of Napoli - It’s an actual Palazzo, with frescos from hundreds of years ago, high ceilings and an enormous bathroom. It’s located on top of a hill, so you need to be in good shape, but it’s at the heart of Napoli -a real Neapolitan neighbourhood, full of soul and flavor. The instructions and communications were clear and quick, very friendly and helpful. Be aware it is atop a hill and on the second floor, with no elevators. It isn’t hard to climb up, but it’s not for people with mobility issues.
• Giuseppe (5/5): A pleasant experience ruined because of shaving few euros off for electricity. - Position is very strategic, host was keen to provide all information requested. Room was okay, See below for the not so pleasant experience. Upon arrival, there was no way to have the AC remote. This is the first time in my life I run into this issue, ever. Owner claimed a vague reference to a regulation but failed to provide evidence. and since he has air conditioning listed in the facilities provided, I consider this a violation of the terms. Upon the last night, the remote appeared in the room with a WA note that he was not able to get a copy of the claimed regulation yet(I am still waiting). He also claimed they care about the environment (with my credit card, not his). We have a saying about this ("everybody is ..."), but Booking would censor it. Then he cited the fact they have to compete with others, but clearly this is not an ONG, so as the others do your homework and either factor electricity bill in the price, else remove the air conditioning from the services offered. Is that complicated?

The room is clean and comfortable, and in a great location (right in the heart of the characteristic Spanish Quarter, walking distance to the port and train station). Thank you for a great stay! Be aware that there is no window, there is only a door to a shared balcony, because we didnt feel comfortable to keep the balcony open during the night or when we left the apartment, the air in the room tended to get heavy and hot, there is an ac, but during our stay the controller was not in our room, we stayed during september.

• Marcia (9/5): Nice apartment in a strange neighbourhood - The hotel is newly renovated. The host is very kind and helfful. Smart TV with Netflix, which was very helpful for the rainy days we spent in Naples. There was the possibility to do laundry. There was a refrigerator in the kitchen. The district is decadent, dirty and weird with narrow and dark streets. There is no elevator in the building. There are 50 high steps to the apartment. It was very difficult to get a taxi from the train station (more than 1 hour). The taxi drivers were charging much more than the fix price allowed. The host stayed in touch and tried to help. He sent the contact of a rafio taxi. The host was very kind to make the reservation for the taxi to the airport. This one was very punctual and charged the correct price.
