The staff was nice and SUPER SUPER NICE. I would definitely stay here again. It was simply perfect. It’s a bit hidden. So walking to the Main Street is bit far. A 300 meter distance is far because you can just take that one road . But with a grab scooter everything manageable

You cannot open the window, so the room is not getting any air and is quite smelly as you can’t aerate it at all. There is no plates or any cutlery. I was told they are trying to be sustainable, however if you do want to eat in the room you have to buy single use plates and cutlery. Which doesn’t make sense. And i also didn’t understand the need to put the rubbish behind the door. So when you do walk to the elevator for example you are just seeing all rubbish bags from other rooms on the way.

- Sophia (8/5): Great stay, very helpful staff and spacious room, but thin walls and limited pool seating. - was definitely the security staff – especially one gentleman who was extremely helpful, attentive, and thorough. He always made sure we were safely picked up and that everything was well organized, which really impressed us. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Any small issues were fixed immediately, which we really appreciated. The hotel is also very quiet – you barely hear any noise from outside, aside from the occasional dog barking. The pool area is beautiful and a nice place to relax. The walls between the rooms are quite thin, so you can hear more from neighboring rooms than you might want. Breakfast was not offered to us, which would have been a nice addition. Also, while the pool is great, there are not enough sunbeds available.

The serene, intimate, dark-blue-tiled courtyard pool offers a delightful escape after a sizzling hot day. And the staff is very helpful and friendly; special thanks to Chan, Earn, Dan and TK. Some unconsiderate guests spoke loudly for an extended time along the corridor in the evenings.

- HeyMarilena (10/5): Overall a great value for money - Rooms are new, spacious and very comfortable, the internet wifi works fairly fast for working remotely, and staff is lovely. There is a shuttle that takes you to the main road (Sukhumvit) every 30 min that's also convenient. The pool is nice, too bad it closes at 8pm. There is a cafe with pastries and a restaurant on site which makes things very convenient in case of munchies. Breakfast available on site for around 400 baht. I'd say the noise levels are very low due to the fact that the hotel is not on the main road, but then again I sleep with earplugs so I can't judge that entirely. Overall a wonderful stay for us. In case you'd like to do an early check in (before 3pm) you'll have to pay 1000 baht. A bit excessive in my opinion. We're also still waiting for the 3000 baht that they put on hold upon check in but I hope this would be rectified soon...

- Marine (3/5): - Séjour très décevant, d’autant plus que nous avions signalé qu’il s’agissait de notre honeymoon — aucune attention particulière, ce qui est regrettable. Malgré plusieurs messages envoyés avant notre arrivée (early check-in, ajout d’une nuit), nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse. Sur place, tout a été compliqué : attente au-delà de l’horaire prévu, informations contradictoires, et mauvaise gestion de notre nuit supplémentaire (carte désactivée). Le personnel à l’accueil est peu aimable et peu aidant (contrairement au bar et au chauffeur de la navette). Les prestations ne sont pas au niveau attendu : équipements très limités, serviettes abîmées, pas de peignoirs, minibar vide. La télévision est également très basique, sans possibilité de connexion (Netflix, etc.). Les espaces communs sont quasi inexistants : bar fermé le soir, accès extérieur impossible, aucun lieu confortable pour se poser. Enfin, récupération de la caution conditionnée à une vérification de la chambre, ce qui donne une impression désagréable. Une expérience globalement décevante, avec un manque de considération et de service.

- Filippo (8/5): Great stay thanks to modern and very spacious room - Modern, well-designed hotel with very spacious and very clean rooms. The pool and outdoor areas are also nice and enjoyable. The hotel location is not close to most key attractions, requiring 20-40 minute taxi rides. While the staff is friendly and helpful, their English proficiency could be improved, which occasionally made communication less smooth. Additionally, the air conditioning is too strong even on the lowest setting, but overall not a bit issue.
- Hsinyi (10/5): 這間飯店附近的環境很安靜也很高級，雖然離BTS站有段距離，但走路大約10分鐘，飯店也有嘟嘟車可以送到BTS站，不算缺點。而且房間真的好大好舒服。 - 房間很大很舒適，甚至還有更衣室，覺得非常超值。浴室是乾濕分離，也不會偏小，很舒服。飯店的員工超級親切，很仔細的介紹環境，有需求基本上都能快速的協助。飯店還有接駁嘟嘟車可以到BTS Thong Lo站，每半小時就一班，非常方便。 淋浴的水溫忽冷忽熱有點麻煩，嘟嘟車接駁只到晚上8點、洗衣間也只到晚上10點，對晚出晚歸行程的我比較不方便。

- TOLGA MUSTAFA (8/5): Fena değil. - Lokasyon biraz karmaşık ve biryerlere gitmek için çok yürüyorsunuz. Odalar çok güzel ve yeni fakat odalar arası ve koridordan çok ses geliyor. Havuz küçük ve güneşlenmek için şezlong sayısı çok az. Spor salonu küçük fakat kullanışlı. Fiyatına göre kabul edilebilir bir otel. Yeni bir tesis odalar geniş ve konforlu.

- Filshill (5/5): - The room was really big and really clean. The bed was so comfy and I slept very well each night. Most of the staff were very friendly. The pool is heavily highlighted online and in the photos, however in reality there is no direct sunlight in the pool area and almost nowhere to sit, with only three sunbeds available. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you enjoy sunbathing by the pool. I arrived at midnight with limited cash and no credit card, and the hotel required a 3,000 baht security deposit. I was not aware of this beforehand and ended up having to give them all the cash I had in my bag, which was quite stressful as a female solo traveller arriving late at night. After checking, I saw the deposit is mentioned under legal information but not clearly under the main property policies, and I did not receive any communication from the property after booking to inform me of this requirement.

Nice facilities and reasonable on site cafe and reestaurant for breakfast but your better to walk to Bartels. Location is tucked away, quiet suburban area. Walk to sukhumvit road is 10min and daily shuttle from hotel every 30min from 8am to 8pm My overall experience was great however upon checking out i was infuriated by a $15 charge for a broken glass. Problem with thai people is they are not trained to think for themselves. They are robots, follow policy and do not provide.commob sense thinking that would protect customer experience & brand reputation. Ive travelles.the world staying at numerous 2 & 5 star hotels nd never have i been so annoyed by such a stupid minor accidemt policy. Front desk manager only wanted to show me terms and conditions in fine print as her defence I dont blame the employee, just doing her job following policy so as a reminder to the executives of this brand, put yourself in my position and ask yourselves is a bad review worth this poor customwr experience. - Asta (10/5): - I am so so so happy for choosing this hotel for our stay, the experience was incredibly nice - from a doorman to the final exit from the hotel. We booked Premier King Room and if someone is wondering if it’s worth the money - it is worth every single cent. We were greeted with extremely nice hospitality and as a woman I didn’t carry any bag or opened a single door! Felt a bit as a queen 😀 Bed was so big and comfy that i didn’t sleep - I blacked out, one of the best sleeps I had. Truly. The shower was spacious, we had robes and slippers in our room. Breakfast had plenty of options and is really suitable for European/American stomach if you wondered. Staff is so pleasant, always helpful and never rude. We felt cared for 😊 That I didn’t book a longer stay.. :(

- Rachel (8/5): - Staff are amazing - thank you Bee, Cucumber & Earn for going above & beyond! Rooms are large & beautiful. Pool is gorgeous. Cafe is cute and shuttle is helpful. Rooms can be quite noisy depending on which one you get & there were electrical issues in two rooms I stayed in. TVs don't work. Bottled water should be limitless (or more than 2 bottles per day).

- Monika (8/5): Es war sehr ruhig, aber für mich zu weit weg vom Geschehen und wer in Bangkok den Verkehr kennt..... - Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Personal seht freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das man als Raucher nur eine kleine Ecke hatte, die nicht gemütlich war. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, hätte man auch für diese randgruppe etwas mehr tun können. Somit habe ich mich nicht rundum wohlgefühlt
