We had everything we needed in the apartement, good communication with host. We definetely would come again! Everything was good.

• Pavel (10/5): Skvělé místo. - Pobyt se nám opravdu moc líbil! Ubytování bylo krásné, čisté a útulné. Cítili jsme se tam velmi příjemně a klidně. Všechno proběhlo bez problémů a rádi se sem v budoucnu vrátíme. Děkuji za skvělý zážitek!
• magali (10/5): - L'emplacement est top accès aux transports en commun + + +, 20 minutes à pieds à peine du quartier des theatres, big ben, saint James Park, tate modern, etc . Le quaerier est tres sympa. Les couchages sont très bons. 2 salles dd bain un vrai luxe, ambiance cosy

Nous avons apprécié pouvoir laisser nos valises dès notre arrivée. Le logement était très propre. La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée. L’ajout de verres à vin, linges à vaisselle, essui-tout, sacs poubelles serait apprécié.

• Tracy Vickers (8/5): Good location and good apartment - Location good, fully equipped kitchen, nice rooms Only the en suite has a shower, it looks like previous guests have turned off the extractor. Says with terrace but flat 3 has a small balcony not a terrace. WiFi did not work while we were there.
• Nick (7/5): Good location, clean and tidy but certainly wouldn’t rate it as any more than average and what you would expect from a h - The property was in a good location for us, there is a great pub at the end of the road where we could grab food and a beer at the end of a long day. Property is a little dated and the description that reads “beautiful flat with terrace” should really read “slightly dated flat with small ledge”. The wifi didn’t work when we checked in and despite numerous promises to get it fixed, nothing actually materialised. This was challenging given that we had traveled from overseas and have 2 children with devices and my wife and I needed to do some work.
• Andrea (10/5): Comfortable, quiet and attractive 2 BR apartment in a convenient area near Waterloo station - The apartment is attractive, comfortable, quiet, safe, well furnished and in a convenient location for a family (with a teen). There is a small cafe a block away for a quick coffee and pastry, and it's about a 10 minute walk to the Waterloo station and many busses. There are other local cafes and pubs nearby which seemed popular. We enjoyed this area of London and highly recommend a stop at the nearby Leake Street Arches for ever changing graffiti art. I wasn't connected to Wifi the whole day, so I missed getting messages from the property in a timely manner to assist with our arrival. I encourage others to check messages for updates. Our contact was responsive when we reached out.
• Michael (8/5): A lovely apartment in a lovely location - located on a small quiet, safe street It was clean, bright and has 2 bathrooms, ideal for 4 adults Check-in host explained everything Our only complaint in a really excellent stay was not enough power sockets for 4 phones etc. power sockets in bedroom not near the bed or we had to plug out the bedside light.
• Carmen (9/5): A good location for a visit in London - The apartment has everything we need for a family with two teens: a studio, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen. Is in a quiet place near 5-10 minutes to an underground and train station, 20 minutes walking to London Eye. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed staying in this place. The streets around the apartment are lovely , the house with colourful doors and 🌹🌹🌹, churches, pubs... The place needs a little refreshments: windows don't close quite well, some doors squeak.
• Isobel (7/5): Good location in a quiet street but make sure you have all the check in location details - The location was great for our visit to the National Theatre and South Bank. The apartment was clean and had all the equipment we needed. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The location is peaceful and quiet and felt very safe. Good powerful showers. The agency handling the property were generally helpful but I didn’t get the information about how to find the keys until very later. Once inside the building the apartments aren’t numbered. There is no patio as it’s on the first floor and I was told there wasn’t parking available.

• Richard (7/5): Lack of TLC spoils the overall picture, could be an excellent rather than good stay. - Location, Comfortable & Good Facilities. Lack of communication on arrival due to misinformation, location of keys no where near apartment. Paint coming off ceiling in bathroom and skirting loose. Incorrect WiFi information, heating timers poorly set. Both the locks on apartment entrance door and balcony feeble.
• Smith (10/5): Exceptional - Grabbing the keys from the lockbox was very easy. There was good communication throughout the time we were there, and I appreciated the videos for checking in and checking out. The location was great with a couple of pubs and shops around the corner. The space was perfect for four people. We only had one set of keys between two couples as one of the key fobs to get into the building didn't work. We had a couple of tricky times handing off keys.

• Jane (8/5): It was a nice stay overall. - Good amount of space, light, relatively close to the river and galleries/theatre. Around Waterloo station was ordinary though having the train was good so good side/bad side. Management impersonal and too many msgs but also available so not too bad.
• David (10/5): Great place to stay for any kind of visit to central london. - Great place to stay. Location is great - very central, but still very quiet. Easy access to central London and lots nearby. Property was everything you might want. Comfortable, spacious, well equiped. Information was really good. Far more flexible than staying in a hotel. Information prior was good. Nothing to not like.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - The location and the fact that it had equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms to accomodate 2 couples The appartment was not really clean, the floors were dusty (especially the bathroom floors) and there were no slippers offered The toilets were not great, at times you just could not flush which is embarrassing

We didn’t meet any host but we always had a quick reply to our questions The couch and the beds are old and not confortable. There is no light in the shower. The glass windows are very dirty, you can hardly see through.

• Helen (10/5): Peace in the heart of London - The location was excellent - with a 7 minute walk to both Waterloo Station and the Embankment near the Oxo Tower. However, it was very quiet and comfortable. The two bathrooms were great and the parking secure. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. All information received was helpful. Nothing at all - though there is a flight of stairs to climb, but we didn't have heavy luggage.
