- wangje (1/5): 최악의 숙소로 딱입니다 - 주방시설이 있었음에 취식은 편리했습니다 직원들은 친절하지 않았습니다. 자신들이 주인인것을 항상 티냈고 투숙객의 편의는 고려하지 않았습니다. 다리수술하여 불편한 몸이라서 1층을 요구하였으나 매니저는 무시했고 제일 높은층인 3층을 객실로 주었습니다. 객실에는 바퀴벌레엄청 나옵니다. 잡은 바퀴발레가 거짓말 안치고 100마리가 넘습니다. 룸서비스는 제공되지 않고 수건또한 바꿔주지 않습니다. 장기투숙객들이 있는데 그들또한 인성이 좋지 않아 싸움이 자주 있었습니다

- Luiz Felipe (1/5): Turned away despite confirmed reservation - Nothing. We booked a 23-night stay at this hotel. When we arrived to check-in with our CONFIRMED reservation that we booked IN ADVANCE, they turned us away because they had no rooms available. The front desk person made no attempt to find another hotel or help us in any way. It was 5pm and we had to go from hotel to hotel until we found one that had a room available. However, it was far away from were we wanted to stay and was considerably more expensive.

Reservamos por 8 días, después de 3 días pedimos que nos dieran toallas limpias y papel de baño y dijeron que solo proveían lo que encontramos el 1er día. Lavar ropa fue una odisea con las máquinas pagué el uso de la secadora en 3 ocasiones y nunca funcionaron.

The curtains were stained, the smell of bleach was so strong it burned our lungs. I have severe asthma and it would have been dangerous for me to breath that into my lungs. There is a lot of drug use, and the residents who are clearly temporarily housed homeless people will try to get rid of you if you say anything about it. There also seems to have been fighting happening on the property, and at least one drug dealer. At some point, one woman was declared to have been a prostitute.

It is only a month that I lost my mom - I am over 60 , there was no kindness from the front desk lady neither the manager. . I felt so mistreated to the lack of empathy during the time of Thanksgiving and Christmas season !! OH my God !! This room is run down to its maximum : 1- bed - is like getting to a hole 2- The rugs are imposible to Put your feet on 3- safety hazard in the kitchenette 4- bathroom - I can not put my naked feet in the shower floor- so disgusting 5- 2nd day Roaches in the bathroom. 6- 2 transparent towels I got sick - so I departed … Definitely , will need to have my money back . Unfreundlich am Telefon nicht kooperativ

- Terra (1/5): - Location, gym and shopping were nearby. There was incident the night before I checked out where staff attempted to barge into my room. He was looking around as if he was up to something, whether it was theft or something more serious. He threatened to call law enforcement, I was headed to the store and saw law enforcement on the property about a half hour later and overheard an officer stating "we'll come back tomorrow since you gave her a free night." The employee wouldn't bring my paperwork with my receipt attached to the officers and I, so that he could also explain why wait until after 8:00 to call the police on a guest who should have been out by noon or why wasn't law enforcement called before the office closed at 7. He and the maintenance man seemed to be perverts and the maintenance began ducking, running, and hiding when I told law enforcement I believed the maintenance guy had something to do with the guy coming to my room because I was tired of always running into the maintenance man.

I made the grave mistake of assuming arriving at 9pm would not be a problem and there was no one there to check us in. I had to find another hotel late at night for 2 hours because there was no vacancy in most places nearby. On top of that they charge me the first night stay. The office is in filthy condition and this is just not the place to be. I paid not very much above what I wouldve paid here at la Quinta and they had breakfast included. Take your money somewhere else.

Loud neighbors. Drunk guy knocked on my door at 3 in the morning. Laundry facility would not accept credit, debit, or cash. Super sketchy neighborhood. I could look out my window and see drug deals in the parking lot by the dumpster.

DO NOT BOOK IF U NEED FAST INTERNET. 5MBPS DOWNLOAD that’s if you get a room that has WiFi. Was on the phone for about 4 hours my whole trip with their “dedicated IT group” just to never get internet in my room the whole 7 days that I stayed. Was offered a new room on day 4 but at that point I was already upset. “GM” directed me to companies website to look for the regional managers number instead of himself giving it to me. Blamed my devices as the ones that don’t reach the WiFi signal. I NEED A REFUND FULL FOR 60% of my stay due to the inconvenience and not providing all services. If this was the other way around my entire deposit would be held for an inconvenience. Also seen 3 cockroaches

The bed was ok if you like a harder bed. The air conditioner worked. Jose was the only friendly employee. It had some roaches and black mold. It is nothing like the pictures. I arrived after hours because of my flight and was told they would have a key for me. They didn't and I had to pay for another hotel for 2 days because they are closed Sunday. They have no pots, plates or cookware. The floor was dirty. The staff was rude except for Jose. They only give you one toilet paper and one bar soap. No dish soap. It was so dirty you have to wear house shoes or your feet will be black. The room stank horribly.(bring spray) no ramos for handicap people or strollers. A lot of homeless people and I saw a drug deal happening in the parking lot.

The room right next to me was banging on their door until 5 o'clock in the morning. If people was also having sex outside in the middle of the night. The room was not clean. It was nothing like the picture at all. It smell like it was wet.

- Arnold (5/5): Passable - Their beds were very clean and housekeeping is good. They also have laundry and vending machines whenever you want to get a snack. They also have great customer service. Booking canceled because of a card issue but Jose was still able to get us a room. Very kind. They were cockroaches EVERYWHERE. By everywhere I mean everywhere, on the beds, the floor, the kitchen counter, etc. I was not happy about it because we had to buy cockroach spray. There are also cats everywhere, I think cats are cute but they were everywhere.

- Jlina (2/5): - The room I stayed in was very dirty there was a lot of roaches, the shower was very nasty the tv was not working the pool was not clean and the room smelled really bad.
