Also the fast and efficient laundry service. Also the well air conditioners in good working order for a hot country. The intermittent WiFi signal during the night was hit and miss, but otherwise worked most of the time.

- Tanja (4/5): - Sänky oli oikein mukava ja huone muutenkin ihan hyvä. Bookingissa oleva all inclusive on vitsi. Todellisuudessa se on täysihoito heikolla ruualla. Ravintolassa olisi tarjolla vaikka mitä, mutta ylihinnoiteltuun hintaan saa valita muutamasta halvimmasta ruuasta Illalliseksi yhden annoksen. Lounas oli todella heikko. Bookingin mukaan juomat kuuluvat mukaan, mikä pitää paikkansa. Jokaiseen ruokailuun kuului yksi alkoholiton juoma. Kaikki muu maksoi ja paljon. Edes rantabaarissa olut ei ollut niin kallista kuin hotellissa.

Leaf Port Hotel — це справді приємне місце для тих, хто цінує комфорт, доброзичливий сервіс і вигідне розташування. Готель випромінює домашню атмосферу, де дрібниці стають важливими: скрізь чистота, зручності, уважність персоналу. Співробітники надзвичайно ввічливі, допомагають із будь-якими питаннями — чи це транспорт, чи уточнення деталей, чи навіть просто усмішка на рецепції. Фото відповідають дійсності. Дуже смачна і різноманітна їжа, у мене були тільки сніданки, але вистачало до вечора. Моя оцінка десять з десяти. Звісно , наступного разу знову обиратиму цей готель ❤️

- Gulgina (8/5): - В целом новый и чистый отель, хорошие завтраки, приветливый персонал, помогают решать возникающие проблемы. Хороший кондиционер, холодильник хорошо работает, хоть и маленький. Нет запаха затхлости, новая мебель. В комнате есть много мелких недочетов, которые в совокупности оставляют осадок и становится жалко потраченных денег. Изначально выбирала отель, чтобы он был чистый, со свежей мебелью и ремонтом, так и есть. Но: немного отбитые откосы, плохо закрепленный держатель для туалетной бумаги, плохой свет в ванной, моргающая лампочка, отсутствует большое зеркало, в комнате есть узкое зеркало на туалетном столике впритык к стене, в которое не посмотришься, и в ванной, где темно, у прикроватных тумбочек нет выдвижных ящиков, хотя кажется что есть, некуда ставить косметику в ванной - нет полочки, некуда ставить щетку и мыло. Очень хорошая слышимость между комнатами и из коридоров, была маленькая комната на 11,5 метров с дверью в соседнюю комнату. В коридоре хранят грязное белье
- Raskolin (8/5): Отель с удобным расположением у моря и набережной, чистыми номерами и всем необходимым - Останавливались всего на одну ночь, чтобы передохнуть после перелёта перед дальнейшей поездкой. Но отель оставил приятное впечатление, что здесь спокойно можно оставаться и на более долгий срок. 🏖️ Он расположен рядом с морем, красивой набережной, детской площадкой и магазинами — всё в шаговой доступности. Есть бассейн, номер оказался чистым, свежим и уютным, есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. -

Breakfast waiter very miserable , sound transference from rooms. Smoking around the pool area . Wi-Fi knocking you off all the time having to log on .
- Anna (9/5): Dobra jakość za rozsądna cenę - Przestronny pokój, klimatyzacja, dostęp do basenu, ładna duża jadalnia, czystość. Bardzo mała szafa ubraniowa w pokoju. Za mała nawet na 1 osobę. Ubrania musiały leżeć w walizce przez cały pobyt. Zero przyjemnego widoku przez okno. Widzieliśmy tylko dach. Śniadania jednakowe każdego dnia. Osoba która nie je pieczywa, nie miała dużego wyboru.

- Secil (6/5): God beliggenhed og hjælpsomme receptionister - Jeg vil starte med at skrive at hotellets beliggenhed er god i forhold til strand og offentlig transport. Gode butikker i nærheden, supermarkeder, apotek samt hæve automater. Receptionisterne/personalet er meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi valgte Leaf Port udelukkende fordi det var tæt på “Sarisu Kadinlar Plaji” som er en strand kun for kvinder. Det tager 10 min med en Taxa fra hotellet og det er også muligt at tage bussen. Morgenmaden var okay. Der er desværre lidt støj fra udefra på grund af bilerne, men til et kortvarigt ophold vil jeg sige det er acceptabelt. Afslutningsvis vil jeg skrive at rengøringen blev gjort uden omhu.. Der blev ikke skiftet sengetøj når vi satte “clean my room” skilt på dørhåndtaget.

- Sai (6/5): - It was quite clean, staff was really friendly and room had all necessities. Couple of things were bad: First of all, some items on the breakfast were first come first take. They said that breakfast was from 7 to 10, but if you came after 9 then some items were missing, and when asked to be added, response was we're out. Secondly, coffee and juices were awful at breakfast, it is not that I was waiting for super fancy coffee but at least decent quality was missing. And regarding juices, they we not freshly squeezed and we're quite cheap once. Also, there was an issue with pool beds: some rude guests were leaving their blankets and "reserving" places, but problem was they were leaving for half a day. When we went to pool, majority of the beds were reserved, even tough there were only few people there. Granted, this problem was resolved after I've spoken to manager, but still I don't think they will be solving this issue, reception girl even said they have no such rules, which is really weird.
- Hilmi-Kemal (7/5): - Die Lage war top. Frühstück war gut wurde immer frisch nachgefüllt und der Koch war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sauber. Ich hatte 4 Zimmer reserviert. Eines davon war mit 3 Betten ausgestattet und für 3 Erwachsene vorgesehen, daher konnte es uns mit den Kindern nicht zugeteilt werden – das war nachvollziehbar. Bei den übrigen 3 Zimmern hatte ich darum gebeten, dass wir mit den Kindern das größte bekommen. Leider hat man uns stattdessen das kleinste gegeben, obwohl die anderen deutlich geräumiger waren. Bei meinem Bruder traten zusätzlich Probleme mit Kakerlaken im Zimmer auf. Am nächsten Tag erhielt er zwar ein anderes Zimmer, trotzdem war die Situation sehr unangenehm. Auch beim Frühstück gab es einen Vorfall: Eine ältere Dame ist ausgerutscht und gestürzt. Zum Glück ist ihr nichts passiert, aber geholfen haben ihr andere Gäste – der Mitarbeiter vor Ort reagierte erst später, als die Reinigungskräfte dazu kamen. Darüber hinaus habe ich nach einem Espresso gefragt, den ich auch extra bezahlt hätte. Der Mitarbeiter meinte jedoch, er sei im Stress und habe zu viel zu tun, und wollte ihn daher nicht zubereiten. Das fand ich schade. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber wegen dieser Erfahrungen würde ich persönlich nicht noch einmal dorthin fahren.
- Cynthia Carolina (6/5): Atento si no eres fumador - La ubicación no estaba mal, las instalaciones modernas. Nuestra habitación olía a tabaco de la habitación contigua, era como si estuviésemos fumando nosotros. El desayuno tenía algunas cosas que no estaban tan frescas.

Smell of smoke in the corridors, bad smell in the swimming pool from external bathroom, I found 2 big scarface in the bathroom. Breakfast is good but after 930 poor refill. Position of the hotel 13 minutes from the sea not in a perfect view and location. Rooms are very small

All the staff were very lovely and friendly and very helpful, and smiling all the time ( a special thanks to them ). We really enjoyed our stay there. I totally recommend this Hotel !
- Ülkügül (10/5): Danke für die erholsame Zeit ❤️ - Perfekter Familienurlaub – einfach nur empfehlenswert! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie ein paar wundervolle Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Essen war jeden Tag frisch, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker – für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Besonders das Frühstück hat uns begeistert: eine große Auswahl, frische Zutaten und liebevoll angerichtet. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war top – sowohl im Zimmer als auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Auch die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und familienfreundlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf gutes Essen, Sauberkeit und einen herzlichen Service legt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Einziger Hinweis: Die Lage ist eher ruhig und daher für Jugendliche, die viel Action oder Nachtleben suchen, weniger geeignet. Für Familien jedoch perfekt!

- Klaudia (9/5): - Struttura abbastanza buona oer vacanza da riviera, anche se le spiagge della zona non sono bellissime. Noi ci siamo fermati solo pochi giorni durante un viaggio itinerante. Pulita e personale gentile. Piscina pulita e abbastanza grande per rinfrescarsi. Letti comodi, camere ben insonorizzate,.con doppio bagno, anche se iil secondo un po' piccolo. Aria condizionata ben regolata. Colazione apparentemente abbondante, ma in realtà poco varia. Succhi da brick di scarsa qualità. Odori strani nei corridoi, come di moquette non ben pulita, oltre ad odore di fumo, forse di qualche ospite che riusciva a fumare in camera. Odore non presente comunque nella propria camera. Posizione su una strada principale abbastanza trafficata ed in una zona con spiagge non bellissime, vicine al porto e poco pulite.

- Edgars (9/5): - Kopumā viss, netālu līdz pludmalei un promenādei. Blakus arī dažādi normāli veikali u.tml. No trīs numuriņiem, vienā ienākot nedaudz oda pēc kanalizācijas, bet tas ieslēdzot elektrību/ventilāciju ātri vienmēr pazuda.
- Hakim (6/5): Hôtel assez moyen et loin de la plage - La piscine Le responsable à l’accueil et un autre membre du personnel (il travaillait au buffet) était vraiment exécrable, le petit déjeuner ne correspondait pas à la description, l’hôtel est beaucoup plus loin de la plage, la wifi ne fonctionnait pas, beaucoup de mouches et des cafards.

- Hilary (8/5): Very enjoyable and relaxing. - Breakfast was good although the melon ran out early and not topped up, fresh orange juice would have been welcomed. We really enjoyed the pool area. Staff lovely and helpful. We did not like the paper cups for our tea/coffee. A bedside light for reading would be good and definitely need a full length mirror! The smell from the drains in the bathroom were a little over powering at times.

Staff were super friendly and very helpful when assisting with various asks. Room was extremely clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet every morning was amazing! We will be back here again!

- Leyla (9/5): Amazing Stay, Would Recommend and Come Again! - We were staying at this hotel with a group of family and friends, around 15 people total. Although there were some issues when we initially arrived (something was wrong with the electricity so the generator was working), the staff was very helpful and quick to fix or alleviate any discomfort. When a room was getting poor WIFI service, they changed the room or called someone to fix it the next day. The rooms were cleaned every day, everything was renovated and clean. The pool was also clean and bigger than expected. It is in a great location, a very short walk to the beach and surrounded by cafes, coffee shops and supermarkets. Also located near a bus stop for easy transport to the city center. The breakfast had new things every day, all very delicious. Overall, a great stay, would definitely recommend and return here again.

- Iman (9/5): Je recommande. - L’établissement est situé à proximité de la plage, quelques restaurants et une supérette. Quand nous sommes arrivés, c’était très propre. Les femmes de ménage nettoient tous les jours à notre demande. La piscine est un grand point fort: nous nous sommes régalés. Quant au petit déjeuner, il était varié avec des spécialités turques principalement. Pour finir, nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité/prix est très correct.

Karşılamada Uğur Bey’in misafirperverliği bizi çok mutlu etti, kat görevlisi Ayten Hanım ise son derece kibar ve nazikti. Her gün odamız düzenli olarak temizlendi ve çarşaflar değiştirildi, bu detay bizim için çok önemliydi. Alakart restoranın yemekleri gerçekten lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı da yeterli çeşitliliğe sahipti ve doyurucuydu. Keyifli ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık, teşekkür ederiz.
