- Raffaella (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Tutto: la posizione fantastica vicino alla metro e alla funicolare, l'host disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta e l'attenzione in ogni dettaglio (pulizia giornaliera, bottigliette d'acqua nuove ogni giorno, etc.), letto comodissimo, stanza e bagno spaziosi e con ogni comfort, colazione abbondante e ottima in stanza, appartamento al terzo piano ma con ascensore ("d'epoca" carinissimo) e accesso facilissimo. Sicuramente tornerò qui per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Napoli. Assolutamente nulla.

- Valerio (9/5): La struttura merita per come si presta e per la posizione. - La posizione è ottima per poter visitare la città. Vicinissima alla metro e non lontano dalla funicolare. Inoltre lì intorno il Vomero è vivo di attività commerciali. La proprietaria è gentilissima. Ottima la colazione con le classiche paste napoletane di ottima qualità. Purtroppo un po' di rumore dovuto al traffico, che in quella zona è particolarmente intenso il fine settimana. Inoltre il garage dove ho parcheggiato applica una tariffa diversa per il fine settimana e se sgarri oltre il tempo limite ti fanno pagare la differenza. Ho pagato 70 euro per due giorni più 10 euro per aver preso la macchina alle 13 invece che alle 12. D'altronde in quella zona è impossibile parcheggiare. Per chi può suggerisco di raggiungere Napoli in treno e poi muoversi con la metro

- Laura (8/5): Comodo per una coppia - Posizione comoda e tranquilla La non accoglienza, il dover gestire autonomamente chiavi ecc dato che il codice per entrare non funzionava ( ci ha aperto una signora del palazzo non essendo in turno il portinaio). Camera piccina per essere una tripla, si faceva fatica a muovere. Il terzo letto va bene per un bambino in quanto è una poltrona letto apribile risulta scomoda nella piega per un adulto. La doccia aveva in rompi getto mal funzionante.

- Margherita (6/5): Vicino alla metro e stanza spaziosa - Camera e bagno spaziosi, vicino alla metro e a tanti negozi. Check in molto agevole. Colazione buona La mattina non c’è un buffet dove ognuno si prende quello che vuole ma ci sono le cose già preparate per ogni stanza (in base alla tua scelta di dolce o salato). Quello che non ci è piaciuto è stato il bussare alla porta per dire che la colazione era pronta. Se uno, un giorno, decide di dormire di più e riposarsi, non è piacevole essere svegliati e uno dovrebbe poter essere libero di mangiare quando vuole, entro gli orari stabiliti dalla struttura. Un’altra cosa spiacevole è stata quando il signore responsabile della colazione ha parlato, a voce alta e incessantemente dalle 7 di mattina con gli ospiti, mentre noi dormivamo nella stanza accanto. Glielo abbiamo fatto presente e la risposta è stata “eh, ma quella stanza è così”. In sostanza, nonostante la cifra sostanziosa per la struttura, non abbiamo mai riposato in pace e per bene. Suggeriamo di considerare meglio le esigenze del cliente.

Taxi driver recommended was amazing and appreciated to get to both airport and train. Grazie mille! Room lighting is harsh, easy fix is replace bulbs above bed with softer lights. If you face street, will be noisy so ear plugs recommended if you're a light sleeper.

Communication with the hosts was excellent and very responsive. Often difficult to access the main gate from the street. Lighting in the rooms was very bright. Maybe more fruit at breakfast.

Dispiace vedere un BnB in un palazzo storico ed in uno - Posizione La camera prenotata, una King Deluxe, era totalmente diversa dalle foto Una camera con mobili di scarsa qualità, spaiati e cuscini bassissimi con materasso bassissimo; il letto, appena arrivati, sembrava usato poiché le lenzuola erano poco tese ed i cuscini posti in maniera diversa; bagno con lavandino del bidet che perdeva e con luce automatica che si spegneva come in un bagno pubblico, per non parlare delle finiture che manifestano una totale assenza di manutenzione di base; assenza di termosifoni ma solo aria condizionata da settare sul caldo molto rumorosa di notte; colazione buona ma servita senza chiedere se ci fossero intolleranze (quindi zero opzioni in caso ci fossero)e ad orario che decide autonomamente chi le prepara visto che all’inizio viene chiesto un range di orario in cui servirla; abbastanza rumorosa poiché affacciata sulla strada; servizio clienti su whatsapp non reattivo davanti le richieste fatte (mai ricevuto una risposta a due domande proposte); porte delle camere come quelle di una casa, quindi si sente ogni rumore proveniente dagli altri ospiti della struttura. Insomma una esperienza che di deluxe non aveva nulla.

- Valerio (6/5): Basta poco per diventare top - La posizione per.qjello di cui necessitavo andava bene, letto comodo. Lo stato della stanza, il bagno dove non si poteva scaricare la carta igienica, la doccia che non si teneva in alto, la polvere, l'assenza di servizi aggiuntivi dichiarati presenti sulla tv, tipo Netflix, ma non esistenti, le finestre che non chiudevano bene e facevano entrare il freddo.
