- Francis (8/5): Very good -
- Alex (6/5): Not bad value for money for location but if tall or big cramped toilet facilities - Close to shin Osaka and also two public swimming pools. Granola for Brekky. Very helpful staff Incredibly small bathroom. Could hardly move. Very crowded Brekky space.
- Roland (8/5): Cool facilities including a sauna. A bit far from station - Open bar, sauna and laundry facilities Tiny room. Bunk bed was not done up and had to be set by yourself
- Anusak (8/5): Very good -
- Yoan (9/5): Superb - Very nice staff, clean hotel, convenient
- Henri (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (9/5): Convenient location, great value, friendly helpful staff. - Location, value, happy hour open bar & breakfast included. Would have been good if there had been a separate male and female sento. However the tub in the bathroom made up for it.
An English language channel on the TV would have been good.
- Isariya (9/5): Superb -
- Stuart (8/5): All you need for a short stay near the train station. - Onsen at property and inexpensive laundry facility.
- Renee (8/5): Very good -
- Anna (8/5): Comfortable stay for a good price - Nice location near Shin-Osaka station. Clean room, comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast, every day a little bit different set. Room a little bit tight, was just enough space to open a luggage on the floor.
- D (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pardeep (9/5): Superb -
- Florefe (10/5): Excellent breakfast and lots at amenities, very nice staff - Close to train station Room is a bit small
- Natalie (9/5): Central location, near train and local restaurants - I'm a returned traveller was my second time here. The breakfast is good. They have a welcome drink bar in the lobby between 6-8 free. Breakfast options are good self service. No negative experience
- Deborah (8/5): Very good - Convenience to Shin-Osaka station. No air conditioning in the hallways and common area. Was so hot and humid.
Really did not feel safe in the shower. Could be easy to fall. Did not like the awkward step down out of the bathroom.
- Tsuyoshi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maki (8/5): Very good -
- Jan (10/5): Welcoming - Many thoughtful details along with a genuine dedication to sustainable practices. I came in out of a downpour to check in, was soaking wet and the thoughtful staff welcomed me with a towel to dry off first thing. Later, when I went out for food, staff directed me to where they keep the umbrellas for visitor use.
The thoughtfulness didn't stop there... my room was detailed down to the crisply clean and pleated shower curtain. A choice of nine different kind pillows, pajamas and green tea helped make be feel right at home here. Unfortunately, the window in my room had privacy glass but no curtains and the was a very bright light shining into the room all night. I slept with an eye cover I had brought with me. This helped but having black out curtains would have been better.
- Brian (8/5): Suitable for us as 1 night stay. - The location was good, as we had a flight to catch next day it was close to the shin-osaka station where the express train to the airport was to depart. Breakfast choice was very limited.
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional - Location from Shin-Osaka and close to convenience stores and proximity to great restaurants. I will stay here again!
- Yong (10/5): Best hotel For a short stay at Osaka. - It is super clean and the hotel staff is very polite. The food is very delicious and everyday there is some dishes new. Highly recommended to anyone who is staying at Osaka. None
- Jessy (10/5): It’s in the walking distance from Shin-Osaka station. The staffs in the hotel are very nice. Will book again when I am i - The breakfast is better than average. I missed the chance to use the hot springs.
- Surasak (8/5): Very good - amenities breakfast is too limited for time.
- Ryan (9/5): Great amenities exceeded my expectations. Will be staying again at a super-hotel. - Breakfast was very good and filling. Coin operated washer/dryer. Free evening cocktails and drinks. Hotel room doors required a code to unlock. There was construction across the street (however this was beyond the control of the hotel).
- Nicholas (8/5): Very good -
- Ivar (9/5): Will return in future - Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Especially the woman working the morning shift, she helped us forwarding our baggage.
They offer free pyjamas and have a pillow library. Rooms are small, too small for luggage. Breakfast limited for vegetarians.
- Peter (8/5): Very good - The location, about 500m, from Shin Osaka subway train.
Very clean and good Japanese style breakfast,
staff are great. A bit hard to find as there are several 'so called' super hotels. The letters JR do not appear on the front signage or very large neon advertising sign at the entrance. So weary travellers might walk right past it.
At over 6 foot tall the rooms are very compact. We've stayed in similar sized accommodation before in Japan and it's all about the layout. Actually no where to put your suitcases except to block the entry door. Could be a fire escape issue if you have to get out quickly.
Probably more suited to a single traveller not a couple.
- Blesilda (9/5): Superb - Value for money Nothing
- Dee (7/5): Great for a 3 star hotel, friendly staff, could have better cleaning (carpets, air conditioning, air filter). - The breakfast menu rotates everyday and was delicious. There is a laundry and onsen on site. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is about 10-12 mins walk from Shin-Osaka. The carpet smelled like sweat, bathroom area is tight. The air conditioner and air filter was dirty, we had to clean it ourselves.
- Fan (4/5): Too small to relax - Location is great, washing machine is easy to use, cleaning is good, breakfast is ok. The male staff at the front looked unhappy, the room was too small to open your suitcase, hardly turned around in the bathroom, no smoking area.
- Selina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kinga (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (9/5): Superb -
- Xiao (9/5): Superb - Friendly staff, good room cleaning services, excellent breakfast, overall very clean facility. Small rooms + bathrooms. Sadly, couldnt walk in the room due to our luggages.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast and really really nice staff
Nice experience The pillows were a bit too hard but could get a new one at the front desk
Onsen could be a bit more cleaner
- David (7/5): Good - Location is great, close to shin-osaka station.
We loved the amount of amenities and pillow offers there were for free, it made the stay much more amenable. Breakfast ended extremely early, we could not sleep in after long nights if we wanted to eat.
The room was very small, our luggage took all the space the bed did not take. Only recommended if you are traveling light.
- Mari (9/5): Very comfortable, very good value. - Very good value for money. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Free drink at happy hour. Bed very comfortable with good choice of pillows. Above all, the staff were so helpful, especially Sakakiharasan. We were so grateful she sorted out our complex forward luggage forms. Nothing
- Meemooo (9/5): Convenient and comfy hotel near Shin Osaka - The hotel is about 5-10 min walk from Shin Osaka, which makes it convenient when you're taking the bullet train. The room was small but had comfy beds. The hotel was really convenient and offered just about everything you need, toiletries, pajamas, and even a selection of pillows.
The breakfast buffet was great, and in the evening, there's alcohol and a selection of drinks. I can even have sparkling water.
The onsen in the hotel has designated times for men and women, but it's enough for a maximum of 4 people at a time NA
- Halady (9/5): Excellent, safe and convenient location. - Central location near Shin-Osaka station, staff were courteous, breakfast was excellent. Staff being unable to speak the English Language.
Lockers to leave the luggage if we arrive early or check out and then go out to explore the city before flying out.
- Robert (8/5): Very good - Walking distance to shinkansen station Very small bathroom
- Esin (7/5): Budget friendly, close to shin Osaka, very polite staff - The staff were very polite and friendly, close to east exit or shin-Osaka, Ice + cold water machine was great after a long day! Very eco-friendly! Pillows were uncomfortable and small, room was small and compact for two people
Breakfast menu did not have separate ingredients list for those with allergies
- Tsz (6/5): Pleasant - Location Room was too small, not enough space for me to open my luggages in the room
- Laura (9/5): Good experience and onsen to try for sure - Free toilet amenities, pyjamas and slippers.
Eco-friendly cleaning service.
Opportunity to use the onsen (very experience).
Open bar from 18.00 to 21.00 (both alcoholic and not beverages).
No check-out procedures. The staff doesn't speak English very well but they were all really nice and always ready to help and make you feel at home.
Bathroom in the room a bit small and with a dangerous step at the door.
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luna (10/5): Amazing breakfast, comfortable, convenient, perfect for 2 - This was our second time staying in this chain of hotels. They're compact and provide the bare necessities, but it was sufficient for a very comfortable stay.
We got a double room, which was just right for us but already spacious by japanese standards. Beds were comfortable and they offer about 10 different types of pillows to bring up by yourself, at the lobby. They also had complimentary skincare samples and facial masks!
Their breakfast selection was small, even smaller than their Shin-Yokohama branch, but it was delicious and varied from day to day.
This room was a 10~min walk from the nearest station, Shin-Osaka, which was a very well connected station. There are tons of food options and some shopping spots inside it. There are also convenience stores easily reachable on your way to the station.
We had a great stay in this hotel and would absolutely consider this hotel chain in other cities too The location was just a tiny bit further than other hotels, but still easily findable!
- Kanogwan (9/5): Almost perfect stay - The breakfast was good with variety. The hot spring was superb and clean. The staffs were very helpful and nice. The hotel has welcome drink and bar around 6 pm and we did not know until the day we checked out. It looked very good though. We got only one pillow in the room and was told that it was for 2. They do has extra pillow to choose in the lobby but the first night we checked in late so there was only the small pillows with seeds inside left.
- Jain (6/5): Pleasant - Free items and free baar Room size, room cleaning
- Pin-rui (7/5): Tiny room, open a suitcase in room is difficult - Location Tiny room
- Gina (10/5): very good - near to train station
- Miyuki (7/5): Good - Near station Public bus’s time
- Gonzalo (9/5): Superb - Free breakfast was unexpectedly great. The room and bathroom were very small, although they were very clean.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Jassie-bree (8/5): a great little hotel in a convenient location with all facilities - the location was very convenient for Shin-Osaka station and everything was clean and tidy. the staff were lovely -
- Jassie-bree (8/5): a tidy hotel in a convenient location with great service - very convenient location and it was very clean and tidy only one pillow for a double bed
- Charles (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anita (9/5): Superb -
- David (8/5): Economical, good location, great staff, good breakfast. - Good location. Breakfast really good with a lot of variety, could have used a bit more egg/cheese dishes for Americans. Waffles would be fabulous for foreigners. Elevator work well and efficiently. Access to hot spring was nice to have. Sorry, we liked almost everything.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Pedro (7/5): Good - The breakfast is the best thing in this hotel. Japanese traditional products, all of them quite new for me. Enjoyed trying natto for the first time, and also the soups. I also enjoyed the onsen. The room too small for two people, but this seems to be very common here in Japan. I hate carpet floorings.
- Christine (9/5): it is a comfort stay to enjoy my trip in Japan. - the place is convenient to travel to elsewhere in Japan the room is a bit too small
- Brooks (9/5): Superb -
- Reds168 (7/5): Good - The onsen bath. The room is small and crammed.
- Tales (8/5): Very good -
- Massimo (8/5): Very good -
- Zairianti (8/5): Good Location to Stay - Great location. JR Train & Subway Stations are only a 4-8 minute walk away, making it easy to get around town and out of town as Shin-Osaka is one of the main stations in Osaka. Breakfast starts at 06.30 with a varied menu and good taste. The bedrooms were tidy and the staff courteous, always ready to help with anything you might need, including receiving our luggage from Tokyo and storing it. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I will come back to stay at this hotel for my next trip to Osaka. The bedroom is small, but this is typical of small bedrooms in Japan. The pillow filled with seeds (makura-makura" or "zabuton"?) was too thick and dense so it was hard, heavy and uncomfortable for the neck so I took an extra pillow which is available next to the reception. Cleanliness was not maintained, because I found lumps of dust under the bed and table.
- Yw (6/5): Very tiny room. - Breakfast was included & free drinks. Staff "tried" to be friendly, apparently they were exhausted as the hotel was very busy. Room is very small, no space to fully open even small suitcases (20"). Public Bath only has three showers and one wash basin. Very likely, guests might have to queue up for showers in their naked bodies.
- Jessie (8/5): Good value, great location and staff - Great and friendly staff. Very close to the station. Olsen was delightful Room is quite small but it is Japanese standard and is pictured. Pillows are also of Japanese standard and definitely an experience for sleeping on!
- Marc (8/5): A great place to call home for a few days. - The property is cute. Small, efficient rooms (but comfy). The breakfast experience is very Japanese. Nice selection of foods. Great service.
- Joanne (9/5): Nice hotel - Is near to shin osaka station There is a TV in the room but no channel to watch.
- Amy (8/5): Very good -
- Jackie (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean. There is absolutely no space to even unpack your luggage.
- Cameron (10/5): Cheap, no nonsense, low stress - Super hotel is awesome value for money, location close to shin Osaka station, staff are super cheerful and happy to help. Breakfast is tasty. Pillow selection on check in is better than most larger hotels. It is a business hotel, and not a lot of luggage space in the room. Bathroom is a bit cramped.
- Suteekan (1/5): Bad -
- Amy (8/5): Very good -
- Piotr (7/5): Good - Quite close to big railway hub of Shin-Osaka. Room on the small size (typically for Japan), but doesn't feel cramped and doesn't restrict movement (compared to same brand hotel in Tokyo, it is much better). Worse breakfast selection than same brand in Tokyo; pretty much entirely japanese. Breakfast room and elevator are overloaded.
As with every hotel of this network: get alternative pillow from reception or run away.
- Chrn0 (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Nadeau (8/5): Very good -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (6/5): Pleasant - We were only given one pillow for the 2 of us. When we asked for another pillow, they said they had none left.
- Piyachat (8/5): Good Value - Nice staff,Good breakfast everything good but bed quite not ok,too soft.
- Yun (10/5): Satisfied - Staff was very kind and helpful. The Onsen was great. Everything was fine.
- 崇瑋 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Linda (9/5): Great value near Shin-Osaka station with helpful staff. - Great for transit near the Shin-Osaka station. excellent staff that helped with my phone issue and luggage. very professional. Handy to have a breakfast selection provided.
- Pupae (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kime (9/5): Superb -
- Deibby (8/5): Great location, great breakfast. Must choose pillow carefully. - Love the breakfast!! The Onsen is not as clean as I liked.
the original pillow too hard, I had headache in the morning. Must get softer pillow from the pillow selection.
- Naomi (9/5): I’d love to stay there again. - The staff…especially MIKA at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I liked the Japanese style breakfast with a variety of foods. I was surprised by the hot spring on the first floor. Very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of toiletries products on the first floor…even yukatas. It was an easy walking distance from Shin Osaka Station. The bathroom was very small. At least there was a very nice bathtub. Not much space for a suitcase in the room. The hotel was located in a neighborhood that did not look too “crowded”.
- Masayuki (6/5): - トイレ洗面が狭すぎる
- Jessica (7/5): Good - Free breakfast, lots of free amenities, onsen in the basement. The double beds were very comfortable. You can choose from a range of pillow types. Chargers provided in the room. The top bunk of the bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable. Our group had 2 rooms and both of those who slept in the top bunk remarked how uncomfortable was. If you were staying here for more than 1 night I'd recommend sleeping in the bottom bunk.
- Natalie (9/5): Central location with great amenities - This hotel was central to transport hub. The amenities were great.
The location was quiet and residential with many restaurants to choose from nearby. No negative experience
- Le (10/5): Exceptional -
