• Baldwin (10/5): Park Royal Hotel Experience - Disability room was fabulous, plenty of space, lovely and clean. Comfortable large bed. Inclusive breakfast was good. Lots of variety, lovely coffee. We had an amazing steak dinner the evening before in the restaurant. Would possibly stay here again if we needed to be near here again. The hotel is 2 mins from park royal tube station, which unfortunately isn't step free. The area isn't the best, the hotel looks old, but once inside its completely modern and beautifully furnished. Hotel on a very busy road, but didn't hear any traffic noise inside.

• Alan (6/5): It was fine for a short stay, but I definitely wouldn't stay here for more than a day or two. - The hotel was fine, the breakfast was good but could be improved with some chopped fresh fruit. The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel is only a 30 second walk from the local train station. On arrival the female staff member at reception was abrupt. She refused to believe that our rooms had already been paid for on booking.com, and insisted that the rooms be paid for. I did this to prevent an unpleasant argument at the front desk, and we were tired from travelling so just wanted to get to our rooms. I later checked my online bank and indeed it showed that I had already paid for the stay via booking.com. I then went back to reception showed the evidence to the same person on reception, no apology was utter from her. it took over 2 weeks to get a refund and several very lengthy phone calls, but all was sorted out in the end. Not sure I would return to the hotel because of this.

Arredamento essenziale ma confortevole. Pavimento in legno (non in moquette). Letto molto comodo. Regolare sostituzione asciugamani. Servizio igienico ampio, doccia ben funzionante, lavandino ben utilizzabile. Pulizia ben eseguita. Pompa di calore e condizionatore regolabili autonomamente. Colazione con vasta offerta sia sul salato che sul dolce (possibile prepararsi waffles). Lounge colazione ben pulita. Mancano appendiabiti. Relativamente distante dal centro.

• Vanesa (8/5): Cómoda estancia en el hotel Hampton by Hilton park Royal - Me ha gustado el trato de varios chicos de la recepción y del personal ayudante de cocina de los desayunos. Me ha gustado que esté situado al lado de la estación de metro Park Royal. Me ha gustado que hicieran una excepción y nos dejaran tomar nuestro snack para cenar en el lobby y después recoger todo y dejarlo limpio. Me ha gustado que nos prepararan el desayuno cuando hacíamos el check out muy pronto, en unas bolsitas para llevar. No me gustó que no nos pudieran dar almohadas etc al pedirlas por la tarde-noche por no haber personal de habitación. El tamaño de la habitación triple era un poco pequeño.No me ha gustado que nos cobraran la primera noche con antelación antes de llegar, pues yo quería pagar con Revolut para no tener cargo de comisión y la devolución no fue del todo exactamente como el cargo que había pagado. Tampoco me gustó que no hubiera aceite de oliva para las tostadas del desayuno ni tomate triturado.

• Fromthenorthernside (6/5): An ok place for a short stay - Our flight arrived early, and we got to the hotel well before the official check-in time, planning to leave our luggage in the storage room. Unfortunately, the receptionist greeted us with what felt like rather aggressive criticism for arriving too early. This made a very unpleasant first impression. The room itself was decent, although very small, with hardly any table space for our belongings. We didn’t even unpack our suitcases. The bed creaked every time you turned, but we still managed to get a reasonably good night’s sleep. There were three of us staying in a room with an extra bed, yet only two sets of towels were replaced daily. One night, the air conditioning unit went into an error mode, and the room temperature rose noticeably. Breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional, but a good enough start to the day. The hotel’s location is somewhat remote, and getting to central London requires about 30 minutes to an hour on the Underground. There was also a homeless person staying right outside the hotel entrance, which did not improve the overall atmosphere. The biggest downside, however, was the negative attitude at reception. Without that, the price-to-quality ratio would have been quite reasonable

Apprezzata la vicinanza alla fermata della metro (Park Royal della linea Piccadilly). In camera mancava un armadio, quindi lo spazio per riporre i vestiti era scarso. Inoltre, nel wc mancava lo spazzettone del water. Ho chiesto un cuscino meno soffice ma purtroppo ne erano sprovvisti. Ho chiesto un adattatore in aggiunta a quello in mio possesso ma me ne hanno dato uno non funzionante. Mi aspettavo di trovare delle ciabattine in stanza. Infine, la distanza dal centro è importante (circa 40 min).
