Guest Reviews
- Antonino (9/5): Consigliato - Posizione e pulizia Niente
• Algunos enchufes no funcionan.
- Petitfrere (8/5): - Appartement calme
Très bon emplacement

- Dimitri (4/5): GREEDY GREEDY people! - The location was perfect, best in Rome, quiet, safe, close to metro station and Vatican museums. The apartment was good, but far worse than on photos. I booked it for 400eur (taxes included), then they told me to make a online check in and made me pay additional 72eur for city taxes they said. Ok i did. Our flight was late night and for late night chen-in they made me pay 50eur for the guy who met us by the door. Check out was at 10am. I asket for 11am to 12am because of kids. And they agreed for additional 20eur.
Plus the apartment was twice as big and way way brighter on photos, heating sorta worked. No shampoo, no dishwashing gel, no spare toilet papers, no spare trash bags. Very uncomfortable unfolding sofa bed
- Emily (3/5): Do Not Recommend - The apartment was in a great location, and the hosts did arrange a car to take us to the airport. There were so many things wrong with this stay, unfortunately. First, the checkin process was tedious and long, and it required us to sign a short-term rental contract, which I found to be quite weird. In all of my years of traveling, I’ve never had to do that before.
Next, everything with checkin was digital, which meant that there was no one there in person to actually help you. This is usually fine, but technology often fails, as was the case for us. They send you a link to open the main building door, and it didn’t work for us. We had to wait until someone else came in for us to enter the building.
The apartment was dirty and falling apart. The washing machine smelled terrible and the rubber seal was covered in mold, rendering us unable to wash our clothes in it since our clothes would end up smelling like mold as well. The shower ledge was disgusting and covered in mold. The shower head was encrusted with lime buildup and dirty, which makes the main shower head have barely any water pressure. The walls were moldy as well. The floor in the kitchen was broken and a tripping hazard, and one of the chairs was broken. The beds were uncomfortable, and the main bed was held up by a stack of magazines.
And finally, the Wi-Fi didn’t work upon entrance. When we expressed our issues with the Wi-Fi, Marco told us that he would contact the internet company and could “maybe bring an emergency Wi-Fi.” As can be seen in the messages, we never agreed to him bringing the emergency Wi-Fi. Instead, we got a forwarded message later in the evening when no one was in the apartment of a WiFi extender on the counter of the apartment.
This means that someone (presumably not Marco considering it was a photo that he forwarded from someone else) entered the apartment without our permission. We understand that in the contract it states that the owners might enter the property in emergency situations without notifying the tenants prior.
- Toni (4/5): Disappointing -
- Yo (10/5): Great place and location, specially if you plan to visit the Vatican - Very professional management, simple to check in and check out and a great location overall. Apartment is old but taken care of and everything works well. The extendable bed in the living room was a little less comfortable but probably normal for this kind of temporary use beds
- Claire (10/5): An excellent location for a family with children near the Vatican. - The size of the apartment was just right for a family of four with two small children. The apartment is on the first floor so it was easy to access. The street, although very close to the Vatican was quiet and not very busy. There is a supermarket just round the corner. Location was easy to reach by bus. There are plenty of restaurants around the area and a pharmacy too.
Davide and Stanley made sure to accommodate our check-in in a smooth manner. They also sent messages throughout our stay to make sure that everything is ok. We communicated via WhatsApp which made it easier to reach out if we needed to. There was no toilet paper and dish cloth to dry the dishes. Also not all the light bulbs work, but we made do with the various lampshades around the apartment.
- Attagalal (6/5): Pleasant - The place is close to the city center - the apartment is clean - the host's response is good The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator - there is no air conditioning. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable
- Sebastian (6/5): Pleasant - The check-in with Marco was great! The apartment is one block away from the Vatican museum and the area is really nice with bars and restaurants. The apartment was perfect for the hottest days in Rome The apartment doesn’t look like in the pictures. It’s not so well maintained. The fridge was dirty and smelly and the flush toilet was not working well.
- Laura (8/5): Very good - Very good location, Close to the Vatican and to the few shopping streets. In the apartment, we found everything we needed, nice to find olive oil or pepper :) Host Marco was very nice and helpful. The beds were not very comfortable, the pillows were small. The neighbours were very loud till late evenings and even at night. You can hear all their talks and not only talks...
- Agnieszka (9/5): Superb - Perfect location for a good price. Creaky bed
- Buhagiar (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent and the host too, helped us in our requests.
- Dunja (8/5): Very good -
