- Lucrezia (10/5): molto carino, sicuramente ci ritornerò - il posto in cui è sistuata la struttura è molto comoda si trova in una zona molto centrale. a pochi passi dalla struttura ci sono molte fermate del bus, tram e metro tutte raggiungibili in pochi minuti. ci sono alcuni ristoranti nei pressi della residenza e molti supermercati. le stanze sono piccoline, diciamo non sono il massimo, ma per una vacanza tra amiche e straci giusto per dormire lo spazio a disposizione basta e avanza. non vi aspettate un'hotel da 5 stelle, ma comunque ogni mattina ci sono le signore che vengono a pulire le stanze, rifare i letti e cambiare gli ascigamani in dotazione.

- bottanii (10/5): - struttura ottima, prezzo stra conveniente, personale davvero disponibile a ogni ora del giorno. camere pulitissime e letti davvero comodi. la struttura é dotata anche di un ascensore per adattarsi alle esigenze di tutti. molto carino anche il cortile comune! posizione ottima, per scelta personale utilizzavo un motorino elettrico, ma la spiaggia era tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi in soli 10 minuti. vi accorgerete che é sufficiente andare tutto dritto passando per la stazione dei tram anziché fare la strada che vi consiglia il navigatore, per metterci ancor meno tempo!. io personalmente ho avuto il problema della doccia, mi si é rotta a due giorni dalla partenza, ma il personale é stato velocissimo a trovare una soluzione, mi hanno fatto il cambio stanza (e con una anche più grande!😂). appena arrivati ci hanno fatto lasciare le valigie nel deposito bagagli, tutto gratuito e regolato con chiavi che possiedono solo loro. ogni stanza é dotata di una chiave magnetica che oltre ad aprire la porta di essa servirà anche per entrare in struttura, che é dotata di porte scorrevoli. é possibile accedere e lasciare la struttura ad ogni ora del giorno. cucina ottima, nonostante le dimensioni, ho cucinato tranquillamente per 15 giorni senza riscontrare alcun tipo di problema. tornerò sicuramente e consiglierò a tutti questa struttura.❤️

No podíamos dormir. Teníamos q dejar la puerta abierta o salir al pasillo. Los 2 ventiladores no daban a basto. No hay buena ventilación. Esto afectó muchísimo nuestro descanso y por ende, nuestra estadía. No deberían alquilar en verano, o hacerlo a un precio mucho más bajo porque se la pasa mal realmente.

Location is great with the L1 not too far away and parc de la Ciutadella. The fan that’s inside the room to cool you down doesn’t do much. But that’s not completely its fault

Mieliśmy pokój typu studio rodzinne w klimacie ikea, wiec wszystko dobrze zorganizowane i pod ręką, suszarka, mikrofala no i klima! Codzienie mieliśmy sprzątany pokój, uzupelniany o świeże ręczniki i kosmetyki. Na recepcji jest pomocny i uprzejmy personel. Pokój wymaga małego odświeżenia.

- Guest (9/5): Miejsce bardzo godne polecenia! - Jest skromnie ale schludnie, odpowiednio do ceny. Możliwość codziennego sprzątania, także w weekendy. Można poprosić obsługę o co się chce, jest pomocna, miła. Możliwość prania i użycia suszarki do ubrań na terenie obiektu. Bardzo blisko do taniego sklepu (Mercadona). Świetny punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania miasta (większość punktów turystycznych można odwiedzić na piechotę) oraz na plażę. W trakcie naszego pobytu trwał remont, przez co bywało trochę głośno i niekiedy korzystanie z windy było utrudnione. Pokoje mają cienkie ściany, jak sąsiedzi są głośni, to słychać. Z patio było czuć czasem zapach palonej marihuany (choć jest to zapach w ogóle wyczuwalny bardzo często w Barcelonie).

Solo nos dieron un ventilador que no funcionaba para nada. Las camas tenían chinches lo cual te picaba el cuerpo y quedamos llenas de picaduras. No recomiendo para nada este alojamiento ya que de verdad que no se podía dormir.

- Génesis M. (7/5): No te alojes en verano - La ubicación es maravillosa y el personal encantador, las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables. Tener un baño con lo justo y una mini cocina ( no usamos) y una nevera pequeña fue genial porque con el calor, teníamos refrescos y agua fría todo el rato. La instalación en sí está muy bien, la habitación tiene lo necesario pero NO tiene aire acondicionado. En invierno debe estar genial, pero lo hemos pasado horroroso con el calor que hacía. En la reserva, en la parte servicios, pone aire acondicionado y no, se refiere a zonas comunes. En las noches a veces salíamos al pasillo porque la habitación era una sauna. El día que llegamos vimos dos ventiladores que la verdad... No han hecho gran cosa.

Le confort des lits laissait à désirer, la 'climatisation' se limitait à deux ventilateurs bruyants et peu efficaces. La salle de bain était petite, peu fonctionnelle, et la baignoire n'était pas pratique.
- Guest (8/5): logement globalement bien situé ,fonctionnel et à bonne utilité pour des vacanciers à revenus moyen - chambre fonctionnelle avec sa petite cuisine et réfrigérateur ,belle vue de la chambre, assez calme, avec ascenseur quand on est fatigué le gardiennage et le personnel de ménage dans un lieu bien situé (plage et tout à proximité) wifi gratuite à disposition logement universitaire utilisé pour les vacanciers au lieu d'etre inhabité pendant les vacances scolaires pas de climatisation et sur les 2 ventilos 1 ne fonctionnait pas et l'autre très moyen , travaux un peu bruyant quelques fois et occupations des ascenseurs pour les travaux manque des infos sur les animations ,bons plans de visites frais d'inscription de résa en plus (cela augmente le tarif pour une chambre)

- Laura (4/5): Una estancia bastante regular tirando a mala para lo que costó - Buena zona, habitación con baño y pequeña cocina y mesita para comer. Que no tenía climatización, apenas unos ventiladores, la habitación era un poco pequeña para 2 personas, el baño era bastante viejo y hacía que pareciera sucio, la cortina arrastraba dentro de la pequeña bañera.. tuve que comprarme un insecticida porque había algún insecto en la habitación nada más llegar.. Estuve 5 noches, tras la primera noche dejamos pasar a que limpiasen un poco y nos cambiasen toallas, pero ya no volvimos a dejar entrar al servicio, porque el primer día desapareció de la habitación un bote de pasta de dientes nuevo y una botellita de lava vajillas también nueva.. preferimos quedarnos sin cambiar las sábanas y toallas en 5 días, antes que arriesgarnos a que siguieran desapareciendo cosas… Si a esto le añadimos que cuando llegue al establecimiento , lo tenía pagado y solo me faltaba pagar el impuesto turístico, Que eran 55€ de dos personas, y cuando voy a pagar me querían cobrar 300€, pues me quedé😳, como puede ser? Ese precio para dormir en una residencia universitaria? Me dijeron que era un error, algo que no entendí mucho… Las paredes tenían chorretes de suciedad de hacía tiempo.

- Cora Lee (7/5): - Excellent location. Good security. The kitchenette was a major plus, despite the sparse and poorly kept utensils etc. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. I know the city well and my room reminded me of some of the old apartments of friends. Honestly, despite the inconveniences I've mentioned, this was a very good option for me. Noisy cleaning staff at 7 a.m. (my room was one floor up from reception, next door to where the cleaning staff stored their things -- bad luck for me) No air-con, made for a hot and stuffy room. Mosquitoes are to be expected in Barcelona whenever you have open windows. Dirty walls (dead mosquitoes, old blutack and bits of paper). If the above points don't bother you, then don't hesitate because the location for the price is great.
