- Shirley (10/5): A elevated apartment hotel stay with - Josiah was wonderful when we checked in at the front we love the hotel room number 444. I gave it a home away from home feeling the lotion that was offered in the bathroom was great. Be having two would be awesome for people that are booking more than one person. I love the location of our room that we were able to overlook the courtyard area. The gym was a wonderful addition and I like that we had the pool access as well. The gentleman on Sunday, his name was Dieter was kind as well. One of the security guys that night was also very kind. There was Band-Aids that I needed for an emergency so having this amenity was great thank you so much for a wonderful hospitality. Look forward to booking here again. It would be a nice feature that if we needed to have late checkout, even if it was 30 minutes to an hour, that would be wonderful to add since Miami is a place that doesn’t sleep and they weren’t able to accommodate that so maybe having that.

- CatAK (7/5): I have very mixed feelings, maybe a different unit would have gotten a better review. - Wonderful swimming pool on the roof! Parking in the building was and worth the expense. The location was good with a good variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. The street art was great. We were given an ADA unit. For some reason, they removed all the shelves in the kitchen cabinets so there was no room to put dry goods. Just because someone in a wheelchair might not be able to reach a shelf doesn't mean you need to remove access for use by others! There were two bathrooms, one with the floor level to the shower which was a good design for mobility issues (and it had the best showerhead), but there was no counter space. The single washer/dryer combo did neither well. I get it that such an appliance is accessible, but get one that works! There was no coffee table even though there was enough room for one. The kitchen was poorly appointed, having only two pans, a cork screw, bottle opener, and a spatula. The drawers were so small that the flatware had to reside on the counter top. The overall decor was minimalist, which I'm not opposed to, but this is verging on unactractive and is not done with any thought about functionality.

It’s a good location if you’re looking to be in the heart of downtown Miami with nightlife but not too far of a drive to the beaches. The lobby had snacks to purchase and they do have a pool. The noise level was adequate during our stay nothing too loud. There was a washer and dryer in the room, which was nice.

- Suzanne (8/5): Wonderful Wynnwood Hotel with comfy beds in a great walkable location to a variety of restaurants - I didn't see a breakfast downstairs. I just had the water that was offered in the lobby. Loved the roof top pool just lovely and relaxing! Would have loved to see snacks or a little breakfast served up there on the roof top either outside or inside. Also appreciated having a suite type room with kitchen, table, more room in living area. My room was facing the street with the fabulous views, but it was extremely noisy on Friday night - cars, motorcycle, airplanes, music. Saturday evening remarkably was pretty quiet most all the night into Sunday. Room itself quiet, didn't hear anything next to it, above, or really in hallway.

- Tour61525194000 (2/5): Violated - At one point in time, male staff and contractors who Sentral gives room keys to- from pest control to maintenance- were constantly barging into my room without permission and in violation of my lease. Mind you I am a woman and was not dressed. There were lots of “I'm sorries” from Sentral, but nothing changed. It got to the point where I had to obtain legal advice. While we arrived at an agreement, it soon happened again, and I let the manager know. *Crickets* Very surface level. They are friendly and use many words, 0 actions. You will only start to notice after you have a problem that takes more than 1 second to resolve. I was here for months and months before I noticed their pattern. Do not want to work. It's like, ‘yes, I wish that for you too, that you could retire’; unfortunately I do need the services that I'm paying for to be completed. It's not cheap here. These folks would be in for a shock if they tried to work elsewhere (e.g. New York or even developing countries I've visited). They would not make it. Nothing happens unless you prompt it: “ok you've noted the issue, but you're not gonna be here tomorrow. So are you going to let someone else know?” Staff: “oh ok I'll tell such and such” 0 follow-through. They'll tell you that “they have a meeting right now” and will do such and such to address your problem after. *Crickets*. Then next they see you, they'll try to avoid you. It'd be taken as disrespectful, if not for that it's so overt that it's comical. Also lol, you don't need to avoid me; I'm not going to chase you to do your job. I wish I could say it was just a single individual. The staff have friendly personalities; I would be friends with all. As Dumbledore said haha: "It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to our enemies, but a great deal more to stand up to our friends".

- Nancy (10/5): Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. - Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Gebäude ist sehr komfortabel. Der Aufenthaltsbereich und Poolgarten auf dem Dach sind wunderschön und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage. Man kann durch Wynwood schlendern oder zu Fuß den Design District erreichen. Die Rezeption war 24/7 besetzt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns hier wirklich wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Shared long term residents alongside short term vacationers make the atmosphere a little strange - a neighbour’s aggressive dog was very scary on one occasion. Also it’s very noisy being right under the flight path and in a busy night-district with only single glazing.

Convenience store downstairs was never stocked with drinks or stuff. Room sinks kept clogging. No curtains and extreme noise disturbances. Elevator also was repeatedly down.

- Ebony (9/5): Sentral Wynwood for the win! - Check in was a breeze. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved how spacious the rooms are. It was practically an apartment. The bed was so comfy and soft. The roof top pool and surrounding area was so luxurious! I booked early and it was cheaper than most luxury hotels but BETTER than them! The hallway to my room felt a little dark. The carpets looked a little worn in the halls-a lot of people stay here for long term. The long term customers you can spot easily- they walk through the halls and lobby with their bikes and their pets with a quick pace as if the short term people are annoying them. It felt like I kept saying excuse me and getting out of their way. That's not the hotel's fault, just sharing for future travelers.

La zona de la terrassa amb piscina i el gym esta força bé. Durant tota la nostra estada hi havia molts problemes amb un dels ascensors, i es perdia molt de temps. A la zona de la piscina es troba a faltar un bar.

- Audrey (8/5): Awesome - the gym is very well equipped the location is really convenient and practical the rooms are very comfortable and clean close to restaurants and stores the pool is really nice The staff is really nice and polite one lift was not working but they will repairing it soon
- Seda (1/5): Dirty and bad service - One of the elevators was not working A log wait during check in Double charge on security fee No help with luggages The room was extremely dirty and smelled like puke
- Silvana (8/5): It was good. Be aware there is no cleaning any day even if you stay a week. Garbage becomes a problem in more 2-3 days. - Space, location. I received the unit clean. The claims people did at the count / front desk were made about double charging. Did not like that.

The service and accommodation has maintained its standard of providing good value comfortable accommodation. I found the location very good and safe. Wynwood is a wonderful base to explore Miami. The 3 bed apartment we had was clean and comfy. The beds were great and it had a the things we needed. Staff where very helpful. Would recommend if you are looking for a good base to explore Miami. The coffee and cake shop next door is great,

- Corey (10/5): Adding Sentral to my short list of must return to hotels in all of wynwood. - Location. Size of unit. Decorations. Staff very helpful Room key expired during stay and had to make a very long walk back to front desk for help. Security was great and able to assist quickly with remaking the card.
