It is really wird to us. It is quite sad to have so much trash. But that was everywhere in Florida. So Hilton was great!!!

• SHERMA (7/5): - The hotel smells great! Its the first thing that hits your senses. The lobby area is clean and creates a sense of community. There was water and beverages ( free) to welcome you. Check in was quick and pleasant. The rooms and lifts were also clean and spacious. The location wasn't bad but particularly close to major malls. All in all location, rooms, lobby and amenities in the room and kitchenette were thoughtful and well designed. The lighting. Not sure if this is a Hilton standard but the lighting in the bedroom area was bad. Many lamps were placed around the suite but still the light was insufficient. At least a big dimmable light in the bedroom area would be great. The room was also super cold, luckily i had a travel blanket . But provisioning for an extra blanket would be great.

Creo que los costos, estan muy elevados, para lo que se recibio.

• Tracy-Ann (10/5): Exceptional value for money. - This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Miami. From the time you enter you can smell the cleanliness. The room was large and spacious and I loved the little kitchenette. Front desk staff were lovely, but Orlando was awesome. Breakfast was lovely and Mr. Orlando ensured that everyone was fed and happy. He interacted with guest making sure everyone was good, even asking if you were all good before closing off breakfast. The internet connectivity dropped in and out at times.

Airport transfer provided needs to be improved before I use this hotel again, calling hotel for pick up took at least 5 attempts, either no answer or being hung up on etc. To than be told 45 min to an hour wait.. website info is deceiving on this info. Also lack of daily housekeeping is a negative. Coffee/breakfast provided, not worth it. I waited 20 mins for a single cup of coffee, asked what the delay was at front desk, they shrugged me off. Went and spent money elsewhere, morning staff didn’t care guests were unhappy.

I booked this property while on my flight. I got to the hotel less than THREE hours later to be told they were sold out. My card didn’t process on what was a pay at the property booking so they canceled and gave away the room. Like seriously?? This was 11:30 pm. The front desk were additionally rude and extremely dismissive.

If you're energetic you can walk to Walmart and Miami international Mall. We didn't eat here so can't comment. The room was big and the kitchen well equipped The temperature control was good. 100% polyester sheets and pillows and bed cover. The sheets slid around. And make you hot and sweaty. That ruined an otherwise comfortable bed. Also the room smelt of years of old carpets with smelly feet on them.

Nos otorgaron aguas embotelladas de cortesía, el precio fue acorde a lo esperado, habitaciones espaciosas modernas bien equipadas y cómodas Si bien no es determinante porque aparentaban estar limpias, mi hijo estuvo descalzo y le quedaron los pies muy negros como si hubiera caminado sobre tierra, por lo que sugiero que hagan un lavado profundo de las alfombras.

Colazione ridicola con pochissima scelta e con prodotti a dir poco scadenti. Neanche un prodotto gluten free. Yogurt solo da macchina dosatrice fatto con latte in polvere e super zuccherato!!! Sarebbe meglio dire che non si offre la colazione gratuita! Oppure potrebbero farla pagare e offrire una colazione decente.
