• IOANNIDOU (9/5): - I liked everything except the problem with the smell in the bathroom after we shower The only thing that kind of disturbed us was the really bad smell from the bathroom. After we had a bath then the smell was up. Maybe the siphon had a problem

The rooms feature brand-new, spotlessly clean facilities with a full range of toiletries. The host has also thoughtfully prepared snacks and coffee. The host is incredibly warm and always ready to offer help.

Fiyat performans açısından iyiydi diyebilirim. Tesiste ağır bir koku vardı. Giriş holündeli kokularını değiştirmemişleri gerekiyor. Buna ek odalarda havalandırma yeterli olmadığı için hafif rutubet kokusu vardı.

Wszędzie blisko, metro, kawiarenki, sklepiki w odległości kilkunastu/kilkuset metrów. Bardzo urocza pani właścicielka. Przyszła nam otworzyć drzwi, pokazała wszystko i zostawiła klucze. Na koniec pobytu zaproponowała również możliwość zostawienia bagażu gdybyśmy mieli późniejszy wylot. Jeśli będę w przyszłości planowała kolejny wyjazd do Rzymu chętnie wrócę w to miejsce. Smaczna kawa w pokoju, dobrze zaopatrzona lodówka m.in. w ziemną wodę w butelce i mleko do kawy, soczki. Codzienne sprzątanie. We wspólnym korytarzu mikrofalówka. Łóżko duże i wygodne. Do tego stolik i dwa krzesła, można zjeść śniadanie, które również jest do dyspozycji w pokoju, jeśli ktoś lubi chemię i węgle z paczki. Łazienka z dużym prysznicem. Jest mini sejf w pokoju. Widok trafił się na wewnętrzny dziedziniec, więc słaby. Ale nie przyjechałam tam patrzeć przez okno tylko zwiedzać miasto.

• Maisaa (9/5): Clean, Quite and comfortable - Our stay at this place was excellent. The space was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We had a restful night's sleep. The owner thoughtfully provided complimentary cereal and milk with some other snacks in the room, which was a lovely way to start our day.
• Rodeo (9/5): Overall it was excellent. Daniele was super helpful when we needed assistance. - Its location is within walking distance of St Peter's Basilica and other points of interest in Rome. The room locks system. I wish they used a key card but I do understand it's a traditional way in Rome.

• Rocua18 (10/5): - The apartment was really well equipped. Daniele was absolutely helpful and friendly. We got new bottles of water and coffee capsules refilled every morning. The location was great, close to a commercial area but not too close to be annoying. To be honest, nothing comes to my mind. it was a pleasurable stay and the only point to consider here would be that the apartment is not super close to city center, but close enough: 20-30 minute comfortable walk away.

• ruth (10/5): Clean and Comfortable - The location was very clean, the bed comfortable and all the necessities were provided. Check-in was quick and easy, with instructions provided by location for entry (be sure to look on the left side of the door for the correct button to push). Everything appeared to be new in the room, which was well decorated. The breakfast is grab and go style (cereal, roll, yogurt, coffee, milk, tea, water) but sufficient. A safe is also provided in the room and a small refrigerator. The location is two blocks from a metro stop, about a 10-15 minute walk to Castel Sant'Angelo. I believe it is close (but longer walk) to the Vatican but I didn't visit it this trip. The booking on booking.com advertised "free" shuttle to the airport which is not the case. They can arrange transport which is $60 -$70.

• Raymond (10/5): - Location, Location, Location! It’s located in the Pratti district and just an easy 15 walk from St Peter’s. The neighborhood is very safe with lots of dining and shopping just steps away . The property itself self was incredibly secure and the room stylish and clean .Owners are on site so no issues checking in or out . The bed was a little firm for me but everything was top notch so that was no issue .

• Tianyu (5/5): - 1）地理位置很不错，在地铁A线勒班陀站出口不远，从罗马Terminal火车站可以地铁直达，到市中心景点很方便，可以直接走路到达梵蒂冈。 2）周围环境安静、安全、舒适、方便，酒店位于较高品质的居民区内，周围有很多小店和超市；再往前走1个地铁站（A线Ottaviano站）是商业中心，西餐和中餐都选择很多。 3）酒店本身有电梯搬运行李，带着大行李箱也不需要担心上下台阶的问题；内部配置比较齐全，餐具、开瓶器这些都有（部分放在公共区域）。 4）需要注意，这个residenza是4间客房合用1个公共区域，并非独立享用1套公寓，但是每间客房带有独立卫生间。 5）服务人员态度好，会提前添加微信沟通，并且可以提前预约机场transportation服务，不过需要现金支付。 1）卫生间有很浓重的下水道臭味，没有窗户，仅靠1个小换气扇完全无法排出臭味，我们努力了3天也没找到解决办法，臭味影响让我们一直睡不好。 2）房间隔音效果很一般，我们住在靠内的3号客房，但是隔壁4号客房和客厅的钥匙声、脚步声和谈话声都能听见，同样会影响睡眠。

• David (10/5): Cozy place - The hotel was cute boutique style hotel with all the basic amenities. I loved that they provided coffee juice small fridge with yogurt. It was close to local restaurants and public transportation and walking distance to Vatican. The staff met us at a designated time since we were coming from a cruise. Everything was well organized. Great instructions how to enter building. Only negative the walls are thin. You can hear some light conversations. It was not too bad.
• Christopher (9/5): Check it meets your needs first... - We were delayed getting to the property, but Daniele ensured we could get in, even at an unpalatable time! The room was small but contained everything we needed, and although it was a 'tray breakfast', it was good enough to get us on our way. There was a stock of items in the communal area that we could use if we ran out of coffee, tea, etc., which was fabulous. Our room was serviced every day with fresh towels after 2...it was safe and quiet in the evening. The bed was a little too firm for us, which is surprising since our bed at home is firm. There is little in the way of noise cancelling between rooms and light sleepers will struggle with the comings and goings of other guests. The toilet hadn't been checked before our arrival, which was a little disconcerting. The shower was a little 'relaxed', let's say, and there was nowhere to put soap, etc., in the cubicle itself, which was not ideal. Our location was okay but others may want to stay more centrally. As we like to walk, it was fine for us... taxis were plentiful but UBER totally unreliable!

• Nicole (10/5): Perfect Home Base for Rome - This was the perfect spot to explore Rome from; clean, quiet, safe neighborhood, walking distance to everything and just 5 minutes from a Metro stop. The staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room had truly cold air conditioning which was very necessary after the hot days exploring Rome. The food in the surrounding areas is surprisingly affordable and delicious compared to the rest of Rome.
