Housekeeping staff is very helpful and friendly even they are tired. Food is great especially the fried rice, i love it. The location is very convenient, especially with a supermarket close by, which made everything so easy for us. The staff were extremely attentive to our needs and always ready to help. The front desk team also deserves appreciation for assisting with our requests promptly and professionally. There's a lot of good things I can say about the hotel, but one thing that truly stands out to other places is the customer service. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, contributing to a pleasant and quiet atmosphere throughout the property. While the immediate area isn't walkable, it feels very clean and safe. • smartrix (10/5): Lovely stay in Dubai without breaking the bank - This hotel turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. We booked this hotel for the sole reason that it was one of the most affordable ones in the area, especially at this time of the year when most hotels charge an arm and a leg. To be honest, our expectations were not so high, because “you get what you pay for”, right? Needless to say, all expectations were exceeded. Our room was twice the size of a normal standard room in Dubai, had floor-to-ceiling windows with a panoramic view of Dubai skyline - including Burj Khalifa. Our stay came with free breakfast and free parking, so for what we paid, it’s safe to say we definitely got our money’s worth. Breakfast at Spices was amazing. Nikita was very welcoming and helpful. Food selection was great. Location-wise, it is not very central (for touristy activities) with not much going on in the vicinity, but for us that was not a problem as we had a car with us and the purpose of our stay in Dubai was to do some work in the same area. We had a lovely stay, and will book there again the next time we’re in Dubai.

Very prompt service and very helpful. The food quality was very high and every day they served different types of food from different regions. I had zero need or desire to leave the hotel and get breakfast elsewhere. The dinners here were also very good. Overall my stay at this hotel has been very enjoyable!
• heatherbN1170WL (10/5): Amazing breakfast and service, so happy my original plans for logong fell though! - I was at the hotel for 16 days and every day Nikita was there with her beautiful smile and kind words to start my day at their restauran, Spices. She had great suggestions of new things fore to try and was interested in what I was working on. Anything I needed she was there! The food was amazing, flavorful, and so filling! Well worth the price for the buffet! When I went to the roof top pool, which was amazing in its own right, we got smoothies and they were really good too, a cool treat in the warm sun. The room was spacious, and had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable and that is not something I say very often. The desk area was great for doing my schoolwork and the room was surprisingly quiet, I only heard people in the other rooms twice and that was when they were extra loud! The entire staff was there to help with anything I needed. Not sure if I will make it back to this part of the world, but if I do the Urban Al Khoory Hotel has my loyalty for sure! 💙

I got 5-Star service from Ahmad. There's no need to order out when you can dine in and the hotel restaurant has so much to offer. Also, the breakfast buffet is scrumptious and offers a full spread of everything one may desire.

It ticked every box for a perfect, stress-free stay. The highlight for me was the breakfast buffet, which was included in the room price. It was truly impressive, offering a fantastic blend of authentic Indian dishes and high-quality continental favorites. I really appreciated the varied healthy options; the salad bar was always fresh, and the salad dressings were excellent. Coffee lovers will be pleased with the premium coffee served, and the pastry section—featuring four different types of delicious croissants—was a real treat every morning. The service standard matched the food. We tried in-room dining, and it was prompt and tasty. Housekeeping was exceptional; it was such a pleasure coming back after a long day of sightseeing to a spotless room. The bathroom, in particular, was always kept sparkling clean. We also made use of the excellent leisure facilities. The swimming pool was great for relaxing, and the gym was well-equipped for a good workout. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next trip to Dubai. Nikita was of great help too.

Service is excellent! Special thanks to the waiter Ahmad, who is always cheerful and attentive. Despite the hotel’s location, the atmosphere inside is completely different — warm and relaxing.

Everything was excellent — the food was truly impressive, the breakfast was exceptional, and our room was spotless and comfortable. I want to highlight the service from Ahmed. He was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always made sure we were well taken care of. He even surprised us with a small gift and we genuinely enjoyed every conversation with him. A perfect experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.

• Trek08112295961 (8/5): Wir waren zufrieden mit unserer Wahl. - We were very satisfied with both the service and the food. At first, we were a bit skeptical about the à-la-carte dinner concept, but it worked out very well. We always found something tasty to enjoy. The lovely lady at breakfast (Nikita) checked in with us every morning to make sure everything was fine and whether she could assist us with anything. You can also order omelettes upon request, which was a nice touch. A couple of suggestions: • The breakfast buffet could be more varied. It would be great to see different cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, and dips on different days. A darker type of bread would also have been appreciated. After 10 days, the selection became a bit repetitive. • The shuttle service to the beach would be more convenient if it offered two trips per day, allowing guests to choose between spending the morning, afternoon, or the entire day at the beach. Additionally, the shuttle should depart on time and not wait for late guests. On one occasion, we left almost 30 minutes later than scheduled, which is unfair to guests who arrive on time and shortens the time available at the beach. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team for their excellent work.
• TRolls77 (8/5): Recommend - Stayed overnight. The rooms are very attractive and spacious with a small couch at the window, our room had a view of the city lights and the Burj in the distance. Interestingly the lift is glass on both sides. There is no bar or alcohol on site but there is a small fridge which is empty so BYO if you are inclined! We had the breakfast buffet which had Fresh Fruit and all the usual suspects. I likes that you take a seat and just ask a staff member and they will make you eggs any way you like and omlettes delivered straight to your table. The buffet does have filtered coffee with hot or cold milk but again you can ask one of the really lovely staff members and they will make you a cappuccino, latte etc if you prefer. I really liked the Hotel however it is 'dry' and does not supply amenities such as shower caps, shampoo etc so remember BYO. We also ordered the Hot Mezze which was great value and really tasty. The staff are so nice, even the cleaners will stop to smile at you! Nikita was especially awesome! Good Stay sadly I didn't get a photo of the view at night!
• Cosmopolitan425201 (8/5): Good hotel with nice service - Hotel and Food was good, we had Breakfast and Dinner included. The Dinner is a Menu with a main course, which changes. The service, like Shanwanza was really great and friendly. The rooms are small, but we were only to sleep there.

He was extremely polite, professional, and attentive to every detail, making sure I had everything I needed. His warm attitude and excellent customer service truly made my morning enjoyable. • cheeerylx (10/5): I loved the time I spent at this hotel !! - The receptionists are really welcoming and helpful. I have been welcomed by Shajeeth and he was really kind. My room was clean and as beautiful as the pictures, the room service was on point. The only negative point maybe the location if you don’t want to use the taxi every time. The nearest metro station is 10min away from the hotel by taxi you can buy a Nol card there for the week and use buses.

• Stephen_A0101 (10/5): hidden gem in the outskirts of the city - This hotel is a hidden gem, away from the crowds and traffic, closer to the residential and industrial area of Dubai, al quoz. While there's very little around, the hotel itself is really nice, modern, clean, and the staff are super friendly. The buffet breakfast is pleasant, the gym is modern and quiet, the rooftop pool has a great view of the burj khalifa skyline. The nearest metro station is a 5 min taxi journey or a 40 minute walk.
