• Dayane (9/5): - A localização é excelente, dá pra ir a pé ao Coliseu e a praticamente todos os pontos turísticos se tiver disposto a caminhar pela cidade (o Vaticano fica aprox 35/40 minutos a pé), isso ajuda muito porque achei que Taxi e Uber não funcionam muito bem em Roma (tempo de espera para localizar o motorista e da corrida muitas vezes daria pra ter chegado indo a pé). Muitos restaurantes, farmácias supermercados por perto. O quarto é reformado, banheiro espaçoso, e o atendimento foi bom. O café da manhã é bom, bem servido… a única coisa que sentimos falta foi de ter ovos mexidos (tinha ovo cozido, e eles explicaram que não poderiam preparar os ovos na hora lá). Isso não atrapalhou a avaliação geral do hotel que é muito bom, e apenas uma informação para quem gosta de ovos mexidos no café da manhã

El barrio de Monti es muy pintoresco y de tarde/noche tiene un muy lindo movimiento de bares y restaurantes. Las instalaciones son modernas y comodas. El personal que nos recibió toda la estadía fue excepcional, muy amables y predispuestas con el turismo. El desayuno muy completo y variado. Sin dudas volvería! Se generaba un poco de humedad en el baño por falta de ventilación, pero nada grave.

Als ich erwähnte dass ich morgens sehr früh los muss haben sie mir angeboten ein Morgenessen in den Kühlschrank zu stellen und die Kaffeemaschine erklärt Das Bad Stack ziemlich brach chlor die ersten beiden Tage so das wir die Tür immer geschlossen lassen mussten.

• Steve (8/5): An enjoyable trip - all good , plenty of local supermarkets , restaurants and takeaways . room done every day , The hotel is not manned much other than in the morning and they forgot to put out bath towels one day but a quick phone call and they bought some for us in 5 mins. We had not booked breakfast but you are free to use the kettle and tea and coffee in the breakfast area when you like. you have a code to get into the building and another to access the suite and a key for your room. There are only 5 rooms and we rarely saw anyone else during our stay.

• Michael (10/5): Definitely planning to visit again! - The location was outstanding as there were many shops and food places right at our doorstep. The room itself was fine; the daily breakfast was excellent with croissants, danishes, eggs, and other selections offered with coffee, tea and juices. Breakfast was ready at 8 am, quite a bit later than I am used to, but the upside is this forced me to stay in bed longer, and so I was very well rested during our stay. I have to say, Crystal was an outstanding hostess during our stay. We had a few hiccups during our travels that she totally accommodated and showed genuine concern and compassion when my partner fell ill, helping us to locate a nearby hospital. There are many more things I want to see and do in Rome. I plan to return for another stay at this hotel and hope to see Crystal again. Would be good if the staircase leading to the property were lit at night.
• vale (6/5): Desayunador proximo a las habitaciones lo hace extremadamente ruidoso por la mañana - La atención de su gente, limpieza y habitación. El desayuno se sirve en el pasillo pegado a las habitaciones lo que hace imposible descansar despues de las 7am y mas si te tocan huespedes ruidosos como nos paso a nosotros. Si no tienen problema con los ruidos el lugar es ideal pero es importante tener presente que es exactamente pegado a la puerta de la habitacion donde estan las 4 mesas para desayunar.

• MOSCHA (10/5): Μείναμε τρία βράδια.Η περιοχή πολύ ασφαλής ,με αρκετά εστιατόρια και καφέ πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό μετρό Cavour και στο Κολ - Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε μια πολύ καλή τοποθεσία παρά πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό του μετρό Cavour Στη γειτονιά υπήρχαν πολλά εστιατόρια ,σούπερ μάρκετ καθώς και μικρά καταστήματα

• Linda (8/5): - La posizione centrale e in zona tranquilla, l’ampiezza della stanza e la cordialità dello staff. La semplicità del self check-in. Letto comodo anche se piccolo Il forte odore di scarico in bagno (della suite), la dimensione del letto un po’ corto, io sono 1.79 m e dovevo davvero stare attaccata alla testiera per non sporgere con i piedi. Il fatto che la sala colazioni sia attaccata alle stanze, con conseguenti rumori anche presto al mattino, consiglio l’utilizzo di tappi se si è sensibili ai rumori. Un paio di consigli: in bagno serve una luce più frontale davanti allo specchio, che andrebbe posizionato un po più in alto, io dovevo chinarmi per vedermi la faccia, e comunque troppo poco illuminata. Serve un mobiletto in bagno, anche piccolo, dove poter appoggiare le proprie cose. La colazione è ok ma la parte dolce andrebbe un po’ arricchita a mio avviso.

Everything was very clean, they kindly provided a bed for our son, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was varied and fresh. Overall, everything was great, but what stood out the most was their kindness.

• Helen (10/5): A great place to stay in central Rome with good amenities, excellent staff and service and great communication from book - Conveniently located to reach all the main attractions in Rome and great choices of authentic restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly, hospitable, professional and attentive. They dealt with any minor issues promptly. Hotel was very secure with an entry code for the main building, then another entry code for the apartments and then a key for the bedroom. Great having a safe with a key too. Very clean. Could be more choices for breakfast but the current choices are still very decent. Toilet was a little loud. But nothing that would deter me from visiting again.
