W kuchni wszystko co jest potrzebne do przygotowania posilkow. W szafce kawa, herbata, przyprawy, oliwa . Dostepne srodki czystosci, plyn do mycia naczyn i do zmywarki. • Joanna (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt - Są trzy sypialnie, skromne ale mają wszystko co potrzebne aby się przesiać kilka nocy. Salonik malutki ale można wieczorkami posiedzieć i odpocząć po aktywnym dniu. Kuchnia jest dość dobrze wyposażona. Podstawowe sztućce są. Jest też łazienka z prysznicem i toaletą a druga jest sama toaleta. Jedyny minus to zmiana temperatury wody w trakcie np brania prysznicu od bardzo cieplej po lodowata- cieżko ustawić. Apartament ma wszystko to co potrzeba aby pobyt kilkudniowy był udany. Z kosmetyków do mycia to tylko płyn do mycia rąk był ale mieliśmy swoje kosmetyki. Wszystko czysto, kontakt z właścicielem wzorowy. Do Watykanu 5 min na piechotę, okolica cicha, sklep na rogu dość blisko., metro też dość blisko. Małe ciśnienie wody i skoki temperatury, brak kosmetyków takich jak żel pod prysznic czy szampon

• Cédric (10/5): Parfait pour un séjour à Rome - L'appartement est très confortable, entre le Vatican et le château Saint-Ange, donc idéalement situé. La climatisation est vraiment très agréable en plein mois d'août. Avec la cuisine intégrée, on a pu faire la nourriture pour toute la famille. Rien à signaler.

• Łukasz (9/5): Pobyt z rodziną wypoczynek i zwiedzanie - Lokalizacja bardzo na plus. Duża ilość pokoi dla większej liczby osób. Dobre wyposażenie Pralka nie działa. Łóżko w salonie jest zepsute. Widać zużycie mebli i wyposażenia ale ogólnie było fajnie.

Un secondo bagno piccolissimo ricavato dalla riduzione dell'ingresso. Colazione non inclusa. Rapporto servizi/prezzo non adeguato. Poco dopo aver lasciato l'appartamento, ho ricordato di aver lasciato il mio Power bank sotto carica, ho telefonato subito per chiedere se potevo rientrare a riprenderlo, ma mi è stato comunicato che non c'era nulla.

He was super helpful, immediately helping with any questions we had. Also he let us store the suitcases there for a while. One of the best stays ever, and a wonderful trip. We did not want to leave the apartment and wanted to move in :)

• Elena (9/5): Rím s priateľmi - Apartmán má dobrú polohu, blízko Vatikánu, cca 15 minút pešo od zastávky metra Ottaviano. V blízkosti apartmánu(do 5 minút pešo)sú podniky, kde je možnosť výborných raňajok. Bonusom tohto ubytovania je, že oproti sa nachádza hotel Atlante Star s úžasnou panoramatickou terasou "Les Étoiles", ktorá je prístupná aj pre nehotelových hostí. Netreba ani rezerváciu. nemám výhrady

• Mile Alexandra (9/5): Estadía Genial - La ubicación, queda muy cerca al vaticano que era nuestro objetivo principal, desde allí caminas 15 minutos y tienes el metro o puedes caminar a los principales sitios del centro de Roma y disfrutar de la belleza de cada una de sus calles, cerca tienes el río Tiber, el Castillo Sant Angelo Las camas individuales muy pequeñas, el ascensor es pequeño pero nos sirvió bastante porque el apartamento queda en un 4 piso

It was in a good location close to the Vatican City, loads of bars and restraunts near by. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, highly reccomend. Nothing to note, really enjoyed the stay, would reccomend.

• Sylwia (5/5): Rozczarowanie - Jestem zadowolona z kontaktu z Frederica. Bardzo pomocna, sympatyczna osoba. Zorganizowała dla nas transfer z i na lotnisko. Miałam z nią stały kontakt. Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, winda była udogodnieniem bo byliśmy z małym dzieckiem. Mieszkanie było nie posprzątane. Lepiący się kurz na szafkach nocnych, kurz i śmieci pod łóżkami,na szafach również, problem ustawienia temperatury wody pod prysznicem, sama obudowa kabiny była w opłakanym stanie, popsuta kanapa, brak możliwości otwarcia okna w kuchni bo nie było zawiasów i okno mogło na kogoś spaść. Zdjęcia są stare. Bardzo szkoda bo sama lokalizacja, rozkład mieszkania jest fajny. Solidna firma sprzątająca i mieszkanie może mieć potencjał.

Property management was excellent and responsive. Great having 2 bathrooms. Very convenient for a large group. We had a great time. The front bathroom toilet did not flush well, but just had to flush again. The shower did not drain well. And would have been good to have a couple kitchen towels.

• Paul TL (9/5): Great Value! - Extremely good value, very spacious and plenty of beds. All rooms had AC, towels, closets. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. Free coffee and condiments. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had no issues! Very minor stuff, not even worth mentioning honestly!

The place was spotlessly clean, very well laid out, and ideal for larger groups – everyone had their own comfortable space to relax in. Communication with the hosts was excellent from the start. Andrea and Federica were especially helpful – they guided us with arranging transfers, helped us find a place to store our luggage after check-out (as our flight was late), and were always available for any questions. We received quick and clear responses every time we reached out. The check-in process was smooth and clearly explained. The location is also a big plus – just an 8-minute walk to the Vatican, and very well connected by public transport to all the main attractions in Rome. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! nothing :)

The kitchen was ideal and there's a Carrefour mini market on the corner for groceries. Beds were comfortable,very quiet at night and shower was hot . Definitely recommend this place and would happily stop again.

You have everything what is needed, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a bigger family. Easy check in and chdck out, super-fast comunication with the staff. there is a small shop with drinks and snacks open late every night. Great restaurants in the area. Very comfortable to reach if you have sn early morning Vatican visit. Could have been cleaner and have more towels but overall ok.

Please sort your shower out......first you freezing such cold water then you burn so hot it is. No hot water at the basin and kitchen. Also no plugs in the kitchen zink to wash dishes.

• Emily (4/5): Good location, but can't overlook the safety issues of the hot water situation. - I think the location was great and the price was cheaper. I like the neighborhood. I liked the layout of the apartment with three bedrooms and a separate dining/living area. The kitchen was adequate for cooking meals when there was hot water. I want to preface by saying that we own a rental and are managers so I am sharing this review to help the kind manager. We loved the area and would recommend after having these fixes considered. I read the reviews but thought that the hot water situation and mattress situation (really worn out) would be remedied. We reached out for help with the hot water heater and he responded right away. My husband is very handy. The shower went from scalding to really cold on a cycle that mimicked the noise of the hot water heater. We turned it off and on and sometimes it would work. We also noticed that it helped to clean the shower head out. There is a lot of build up in the shower head. My husband cleaned it out twice in one day and immediately afterwards you could get a consistent hot shower. Otherwise, it was dangerous for my kids to take a shower as the water would scald out of nowhere. So, you need to make sure the shower head is cleaned out. Unfortunately when we had solutions with the shower, we no longer got any hot water in the last two days in the kitchen. I never used the dishwasher because I didn't trust there would be hot water to appropriately sanitize the dishes. I just handwashed the dishes. I used a large pot and heated water on the stove to sanitize the kitchen properly the last two days because the kitchen faucet was cold. If there are specific instructions on how to work/finagle the hot water heater, I would leave instructions with the renters to help them. This apartment has a lot of potential to earn more money by updating the mattresses and remedying the situation.

• Simon (9/5): Loved our stay so close to Rome’s historical attractions! - Loved the location so close to Vatican City and walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants. The hot water boiler was malfunctioning during our stay, but that was only a minor inconvenience.
