My room was above the kitchen, so early in the morning you could smell the aroma of food and hear the clatter of plates, but it was absolutely nothing!

Everything was perfect, and the hotel really went above and beyond to make the day special. They helped us decorate the room and surprised us with complimentary treats, which was such a lovely touch. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and everything was clean, beautiful, and well cared for. The staff were wonderful overall, but I want to especially mention the receptionist. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. We left with only the best impressions and warm memories. Thank you so much to the entire hotel team — we would absolutely love to come back!

- Raffaella (5/5): Non corrisponde assolutamente ad un 4 stelle. - La posizione è eccellente, in un quartiere bellissimo e tranquillo; si trova anche parcheggio facilmente. 1) l'ingresso dell'hotel coincide con l'ingresso del Bistrot Dafne che fa parte della stessa struttura, quindi appena arrivati non capivamo se il bancone fosse per il check-in dell'hotel o la cassa del ristorante.. era entrambe le cose. 2) Le camere sono posizionate a "piano strada" subito dietro la "reception" e divise dall'ingresso a cui accedono tutti, anche persone non dell'hotel che vanno a mangiare al bistrot da una porta a vetro scorrevole, per nulla in sicurezza. 3) La mattina nelle camere arriva un odore forte di cucina poiché la porta a vetro non isola il corridoio dove sono le camere. 4) Le camere non sono per nulla insonorizzate; si sente tutto, qualsiasi cosa, anche il vicino che russa come un trombone e raffreddato che tossisce e sputa il catarro (mi dispiace dover riportare questo ma è realmente accaduto, lo abbiamo sentito in continuazione) 5) I cuscini sono durissimi; gli infissi sono inesistenti poiché entrava acqua dalla finestra; il bagno con le piastrelle piccole e bianche sembra un bagno di ospedale, mantenuto malissimo, la doccia rotta e con muffa agli angoli. 6) La colazione viene servita nello stesso spazio del bistrot, ma anche il bar è in realtà un bar aperto al pubblico. 7) E' obbligatoria la consegna delle chiavi della stanza ogni qualvolta si esce fuori, ma vista l'affluenza di gente esterna all'hotel che può entrare senza problemi e vista la posizione della reception/bancone ingresso del locale con le chiavi appese sulla parete, non è per nulla sicuro. 8) Del personale l'unico a salvarsi è un ragazzo italiano che si occupa della colazione al mattino; sottolineo italiano poiché gli altri sono tutti stranieri che non parlano nè capiscono mezza parola di italiano nè di inglese e purtroppo diventa complicato anche chiedere un dentifricio (che non ci è stato fornito perchè il ragazzo del turno di notte non capiva nulla).

Special thanks for very friendly treatment of a man from reception, really nice attitude to the guests! We could also leave our luggage until the late afternoon. The room was on the 2nd floor and fine enough. For breakfast, I personally prefer a buffet style, but this is not really a big minus, just a comment. The shower was a bit small for a big person, but not dramatic, I have seen worse in Paris.

Расположение гостиницы достаточно хорошее - близко к главным достопримечательностям города и 4 мин. пешком до метро Lepanto и автобусов в практически любое направление. Прогулку по Риму рекомендую начать с площади Санта Мария Пополо (Piazza del Popolo) - 13 мин. пешком от гостиницы. Номер удобный, функциональный, чистый. Уборка производится каждый день. Мне всё очень понравилось, спасибо большое всему персоналу гостиницы за теплый приём и приятную атмосферу! Из-за близкого расстояния кухни ресторана гостиницы к номерам, немного неприятный запах в коридоре (в номерах пахнет хорошо, никакого запаха из коридора), немного непривычное постельное белье, но такое оно в очень многих европейских гостиницах.

- Pablo (10/5): Hotel acogedor a las afueras de Roma. - La amabilidad del personal, especialmente los camareros del restaurante. La habitación era grande, con jacuzzi fuera del baño. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. Hay nevera el la habitación. Las vistas de la habitación daban a otro edificio. El hotel no está cerca del centro de Roma, si bien hay una estación de metro muy cerca con la que puedes moverte cómodamente por la ciudad. Hay sólo dos líneas de metro, y puedes sacarte un billete para viajar libremente durante 48 horas por 15€, cosa que recomiendo totalmente si se va a estar 2 días o más.

- Thuri (8/5): Legközelebb nem mennék ide. - A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt,az ételek finomak voltak. A szobánkban volt jakuzzi, de nem tudtuk használni, mert nem volt meleg víz. Ezt leszámítva szép emlék maradt volna, ha a recepcios hölgy aki nem olasz volt (koreai, vietnámi) nem csapott volna be minket.

- Rotsthein (9/5): ממליץ בחום לחופשה ברומא! - המלון ממוקם כשתי דקות הליכה מקו מטרו ומוקף בתחנות אוטובוס עם קווים לכל העיר. צוות נחמד, החדר מרווח מאוד והכל חדש נקי ונוח. ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית אך טובה מאוד. הזרם במקלחת מעט חלש ובגלל המסעדה שבלובי המלון יש קצת ריח של אוכל במסדרון (לא הפריע לנו ולא מורגש בחדר בכלל!)
